The Prince Claus Fund extends its solidarity with Ukraine and deplores the violence of the Russian Government against the Ukrainian people. Together with our global network, we stand with our Ukrainian partners, friends, Awardees and all the victims of the war. The Prince Claus Fund supports artists and cultural practitioners who work towards a more inclusive future, based on human values of trust and respect, where there is no space for the racism, hate, the enormous suffering and cost to human life that such violence brings.
We are concerned over the illegal destruction of all forms of cultural heritage in the ongoing military operations and urge full respect for international humanitarian law. Our Cultural Emergency Response programme is on standby to offer expert advice and first aid to cultural heritage that has been damaged or is under threat. Requests for assistance to protect heritage can be sent to cer@princeclausfund.nl, or you can simply reach us via our social media channels.

Dear Ukrainian Friends,
As Borderland Foundation team we would like to express our solidarity and support for Ukraine today. Our International Center for Dialogue Krasnogruda used to be a space for our common programs, meetings and creative cooperation. In this difficult time we want for it to be a space that could serve as at least temporary shelter for You.
We understand that most of You want and have to stay in Ukraine but for those of You ( and Your families) who are in need of such opportunities we would like to transform our current residency program dedicated to artists, writers, translators and cultural animators to adjust it to Your needs.
We can offer accommodation for a month, work space and a scholarship in the amount of 1000 euro. You are welcome to come with families.
Krasnogruda is located on Polish-Lithuanian borderland. We are cooperating closely with Borderland Center located in the nearest town - Sejny. As Borderland Foundation team we are using different artistic and educational tools to work with local community and international partners on intercultural dialogue, community building and social transformation. In Krasnogruda we run different laboratories, based on the symbiosis of art and education, led by an experienced team of artists, culture promoters, and educators developing theatrical performances, concerts, films, exhibitions, books, and innovative educational programs. Here is our website: www.pogranicze.sejny.pl
We would be happy to host You and support in any way we can.
Please contact: weronika@pogranicze.sejny.pl
In the last days, our team at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw redirected its resources to provide humanitarian aid to people fleeing the war in Ukraine. At the moment our facilities are used as a sorting office for medical aid, which is shipped directly to a hospital in Ukraine.
As of today, we have launched three-month long paid internships for 15 Ukrainian refugees. Together with our Ukrainian partners in Warsaw we are transforming our facilities at Pańska 3 street to a Cultural and Integration Centre for refugees fleeing the war. In a partnership with major humanitarian aid and pro-migrant NGO, Fundacja Ocalenie, the Museum will host an auction of artworks with all the proceeds to support refugees

The accommodation available on the farm has two bedrooms (four people + a child possible). It is in a separate house fully equipped with its own bath, kitchen and appliances.
We have no grants available, but we offer the accommodation for free. We will not do any sort of artistic vetting at this point as a residency but rather focus on to offer the accommodation. The artistic work projective will be secondary.
Please call or mail before for availability.
