Preamble

Whereas, the wording of the State of Caution and Emergency Act can be confusing,

THE SENATE OF SIMDEMOCRACY PROCLAIMS

Article 1 - New Wording

§1. The §4. of the “Article 1: State of Caution” of the State of Caution and Emergency Act shall be amended as follows:

“§4. When the State of Caution is activated, there is to be a vote of the Senate of SimDemocracy as soon as possible to support or reject the activation of the State of Caution, if there is not a ⅔ majority support vote of the Senate for the State of Caution then the State of Caution is to be immediately ended. Otherwise, the State of Caution shall continue for a week from its activation.”
