Halloween disco -

Nursery event to be held separate from main event and during school day
School money app to be used for payment
Pumpkins: Decision made not to hold the pumpkin competition.
Christmas events:
Guess the Name of the Elf
Guess the amount of chocolates/sweets
Both events payment on School money app.
Christmas fair:
It has been decided not to hold this event this year. There are many similar events in the village and surrounding area. It is difficult to establish a date which does not clash with other ongoing events. It also requires significant PTA organisation but is not as successful or as well attended as other PTA events. Discussions around a new event such as a Christmas Movie Night may be held. Christmas movie shown at school with drink/popcorn included in price. Children can wear Pjs and bring a cushion. Possible fee £5 but can all be discussed in more detail outside of meeting.
Xmas jumper sale: Pre loved xmas jumper sale held in run up to christmas. Stall held after school along side a pre loved uniform sale

- Valentines disco

- Break the Rules:
Similar as previous event however with a homework free voucher so child can use it when they wish
- Guess name of Bunny/Guess the amount of sweets
Bingo:
Term 2 new event will be a Bingo themed night. A fun spin on Bingo!

Spot prizes - we already have some prizes available
Big Prize
Silly Prizes!
The Stillhouse is probably the more suitable location to hold event due to the capacity of The Barn.

- p7 Prom
Colour Run:
Possible event is a School Colour Run. Burns Soccer school may be able to run the event. Needs to be held either early in school year or in the summer term. May 2025 may be a more suitable date.
- AOB:
Moirathon:
Although this was a very successful event it may be better to hold every other year to ensure the interest and runner numbers. It takes big commitment with fundraising and it may not be as successful holding this every year.
