• Travel/convenience fees: $25 plus .45 cents per mile travel & $2.50 per notarized sheet. We reserved the right to determine where and how far we will travel
• State fee limits: The fee for the actual notarial act (signature acknowledgment, jurat, etc.) is regulated. For example, in many NJ counties, the county clerk's office charges $2.50 for standard notary services.

We can notarize a document for a signer in another state only if the signing occurs while you’re in NJ (or via remote procedures as allowed) — We cannot be physically in a foreign state and apply our NJ notary commission there.
