Prologue
Hello, YouTube, Gamejolt, discord, whoever is watching or reading this. Today we've come to talk about a content creator who's been widely known across the utc as a content creator as well as one of the people that started the Dusttrust drama: Underplay.
Underplay is a youtuber who does a lot of videos playing and showcasing undertale fangames. They've amassed a lot of fans and subscribers, but more people know of him because of his pure HATRED for dusttrust takes.
But we're not here to talk about his videos. I’m here to discuss something a lot more serious.
Warning: From this point forward there will be mentions of NSFW aka Not Safe for Work content and distribution of CP, or child pornography for short which has been censored for your protection.
Let's get started.
Part 1 - The initial findings
So initially 2 weeks ago we joined Underplay's server to see what his next Dusttrust rant was going to be about. But we discovered something else. Surprisingly, we discovered an NSFW section on the roles page.
And in that we ended up finding out that there were MINORS who were as young as 13 - 17 years old who had access and were actively looking at the NSFW portion of that server.
Underplay was confronted by members (anonymous) and Bread Boy, in which Underplay had the defense of saying since he had seen it when he was 14 it’s ok for others of the same age to see the same thing.
Now that in itself is incredibly wrong. Bread Boy and (anonymous) stepped back after realizing Underplay wasn't going to do anything, I chose to step in.
Part 2 - The closer look and the horrors we found
After 2 Weeks with no results, I decided to make this notice public.

I made this post and a lot of people agreed with me. Some people disagreed and others even said I had no right to get into someone's business into doing whatever they want.
I stayed up and replied until late in the morning then went to sleep.

The following day, Underplay was found to be in possession of Child Porn back from 2022.
And so in the morning, the trial began.
Part 3 - The Trial
The Trial consisted of 10 different large Russian UT creators.

They will answer your questions and they will respond in kind as to what has transpired.
But after a 4 hour conversation with some additional questions asked by myself which was hard because they were all Russian- we have put everything into an agreement and have created this:

Following the four-hour trial of Underplay, we learned the following information:
1. Underplay has had child pornography regularly appearing on the NSFW channel on
the server since 2020;
2. Underplay is not ready to admit his mistakes, he only can compromise;
3. The moderators on the server do not give a damn about the distribution CP.
4. And Out of 10 people, only Rinat volunteered to defend Underplay.
In connection with this information, by decision of our "tribunal", the following actions have and will be taken:
1. QuinUT (aka: Q7Gaming) writes a second post about the distribution of child
pornography (continuation of the first post with the NSFW channel);
2. We have already collected all the necessary information, and we will provide it to the
police through an FSO officer;
3. Underplay decided to delete the CP, but not the NSFW channel;
4. Probably, all of the above will serve as information for creating an exposure and a full
cancellation.
That's all we could agree on. I'll keep you updated on any new information on this situation.

Additional Update: They did confess in discord to having 1 as well as 2 loli images.
Conclusion
Underplay held possession and distribution of child pornography over the course of 5 years and after conversation, a report has been filed to the police and over the coming hours of this document, will be going behind bars hopefully soon.
