Where can I find a petition form to print and what’s next?

  • Follow this link Maryland’s petition form.
  • Complete the top section by filling in the appropriate Congressional District, County (or City), depending on where you’ll be collecting signatures. Each sheet should represent a single Congressional District, and all signatures collected on that sheet should be from that district only.
  • Fill in the following information in the appropriate spaces:
  • Name:  Andrew Yang
  • Address:  393 West 39th Street #204 New York, NY 10018
  • Party:  Democratic
  • Print a copy and then go out and collect some signatures!  Please put only ONE county’s voters per petition sheet.
  • When collecting signatures, make sure you encourage people to write legibly and they use the name as it appears on the voter registration. The cleaner our petition forms are, the higher the likelihood of signatures being accepted.
  • You can use these websites to help people double check their voter registration status/Congressional District information:

Who do I send my petition form to after I collect signatures?

  • After you’ve collected signatures on your petition, complete the bottom portion with your information as a “Circulator.” Don’t forget to sign!
  • After any collection effort, fill out this form. This data will automatically populate our state tracker.
  • Scan or take a photo of each sheet and email to petitions@yang2020.com
  • Mail (via fedex or certified, so there’s a tracking number) or deliver  the physical petition to:

Lindsey Wilson

3135 Tilden Drive

Baltimore, MD 21211

What are Maryland’s requirements and deadline?

  • Maryland requires 400 minimum signatures from each of the 8 Congressional Districts by January 23, 2020.  To be safe, we will collect a minimum of 600 signatures from each District since some signatures may not count.
