There are a few things before you dive into the doc

Firstly, I was completely aware of the document on my friends and how their charges were mostly nonsensical. I stuck by in secrecy, acting as an inside-man to gather any information I could from the TIGK dev-server. It's wrong to deceive, I know. But in this case, it was to clear their names.
Secondly, although this doc is meant to clear up things from the accusations made on them, it also contains call-out cases and some overlooked examples from whom Amelia and her group had completely neglected.

Something I really want to write about because I found this really annoying reading into the original claim, as it felt like they made it about themselves and provided little on my side. Whatever was mentioned already I won’t go through again, but here’s some stuff I wanted to mention about all this.
First, I shall explain how all of this was for me.
The Monday Incident started with me inside the TIGK Dev server, where I was dealing with Amelia and others (but mainly her) shitting on Twisted Toons and it wouldn't have been that bad if that was the only time. Amelia and the others CONSTANTLY shit on Twisted Toons over the years, so after that, I went to the Twisted Toons Dev Server and was venting about it and saying I might just leave TIGK because of how rude Amelia is.
After my vent-rant, I returned to class, resuming my daily duties until when I did come back, Ilpa had invited Amelia and started kicking people which resulted in Waltz, Max, and Bon to leave the mod. This hurt me a lot. Ilpa, who is one of my best friends, invited the person who was the reason why I was thinking about leaving TIGK, joined and ruined everything. It was really sad for me to watch as everyone departed, further breaking me into the inner-turmoil I had endured for days. They weren't just ANY devs, they were also my friends.
Ever since then, I have been mentally unwell for about a month

At the time, my mentality was not doing so well either, I clearly wasn’t feeling like myself and it had shown in my comments.

I honestly don’t know why this was but if you talked to me you could clearly tell something was off within the time period and sometimes when I did talk or typed he could be slightly agitated and his mood changed between happy to annoyed pretty easily, it was pretty clear. Then, on the 6th of April, I had opened up about how I wanted to leave DM, part of the reason being Amelia and her constant “criticism” which often felt more like she was shitting on me and my projects rather than criticizing.

Case One, Max
Max's current allegations serve little information to go off from, mainly screenshots taken from previous servers of her saying “Smash” and defending a member of TT (Twisted Toons); King Gooner,
As you may see, there is no further context provided to make any assumptions of her being a “Freak”. But if I were to guess, it was for shits and giggles, a game of “Smash or Pass” that was during many of the VCs that occurred in the server. As for defending King Gooner, you'll soon find out that it's not as bad as you would assume.

Case Two, SusKid
(Formerly known as King Gooner)
King Gooner's case shares a similar track-record of screenshots taken out of context and claims such as jokes about gooning, old TT work which were meant to reference a existing joke media (such as the Festive Frights piece) and his previously existing name as King Gooner being one of the previous “drama” during his time in TT before eventually changing to SusKid.
Speaking of which, let me explain this previous “drama” for a better picture. During the prime days of TT, King Gooner was accused of cat-calling and making one of the devs uncomfortable; Cherrie (same gal who accused him). The claims would eventually be debunked as assumptions from Cherrie's paranoia. But after some months, another (former) TT dev discussed with Cherrie about him, providing the true story behind her fabricated lie and paranoid thoughts.
Waltz (myself), would clear things up with Cherrie and Gooner eventually making amends and reinviting him to Twisted Toons as a spectator before it was canned. Which would've been a misunderstanding from the past, never to be spoken of..
..or so I thought. Because in recent times, in the doc, those SAME resolved allegations were put into his case with the following claims such as Manipulation (gaslighting and lying), Intransigent (refusing to change his ways) and as stated before; previous allegations of Cherrie's claims, all which can be debunked by the screenshots shown below of Waltz and Cherrie's talk & Gooner & Cherrie's resolved conclusion.

Also to chip in for further confirmation, Cherrie had mentioned the resolution in the Deus Machinum Dev Server, further proving her two-faced nature.

Case Three, Springnerd
Hi, Springnerd here. And I'll be directing this case to debunk (or explaining better) all of my allegations As most of them are out of context or previously resolved problems.

As of now, these are all of them and I'll be debunking them by top to bottom.
1. Being in Creaming Crusaders is not a valid reason to cancel someone. When I was invited to the server, I originally thought it was a friend's server, and since Zayzor is my boyfriend, I joined, but I will admit, the people there had influenced me in bad ways and I cut ties with them after I realized (after the doc.)
2. I have never done victimizing ever and if I did, I promise it was accidental.
Also no??? I didn't know that and is most certainly a lie
They were for sure baiting this reaction from me, they are so unbelievably rude to me and others, and when this happened, I was really stressed out and dealing with the Twisted Toons Monday incident. During that month, I experienced mood swings a LOT which is the reason for that screenshot being one of my swings. I live with the very memory of lashing out, a moment I wish dearly I could undo.
I was going through some rough times and I did ban her, but after I came back to my senses, I re-invited her.

3. Okay, I will agree that yes, countless times, but when told to stop by others, I do, and I do learn from my mistakes.
4. The racist jokes are in the same boat as number 3, when I am told it was uncomfortable or hated upon, I do actually stop. A good example is when I was confronted about it in TIGK and I did understand my wrongdoings, agreeing to stop them in which I did.
This video doesn't have the n-word in it (but might be implied) as I've always been against videos with them even during my old racist jokes era (which I do obviously regret)
I never knew how much it affected people, I was stupid and I will take full accountability for that.

This also shows another problem they have which is not telling me the stuff they are uncomfortable with and instead keeping it a secret from me (and the others). I've learnt from my mistakes, telling me about my current problems you have with me helps a lot.
(And do note, I am Hispanic and am a minority myself)
5: This one is a bit complicated but doesn't matter for I didn't support them, I had them there because I forgot about the whole transphobic allegations and invited him, but once I did hear about the PD allegations, I instantly got rid of him.
6: Yeah, I did that. But it IS a joke and that is completely on me, I should definitely know better but at the time I just didn't realize it was that serious and I'm truly sorry about that.
7: I never said I supported Zeal, I said that “he MIGHT be innocent” and I’m sorry for that misunderstanding, and I'm guessing this also has to do with Pressure being a planned comic in SS (Springnerd’s Symphony), but I literally said I was “pulling a Maniac” and didn't support them. (Due note that that quote was in VC but me saying I don't support zeal awhile ago is a screenshot of do have.)

Case Four, Zayzor
HIIIII it's me, Springnerd again, I would get Zayzor to make this but because of recent events he hasn't been online recently. I will try to explain his actions to the best of my abilities due to me knowing a lot about him.
Here are all his accusations, I'll be explaining these as best as I can just like I did with my own case above and will be in the same fashion as mine.
1. Honesty, I don't know much about PenTaler as of recent times but I doubt he would ever cover for him as he was a victim of Pen in the past (he's the reason we know he's a pedo)
2. Owning the server isn't as bad as you make it out to be, Zayzor was in the same boat as me, he is easily influenced by others and he even told me about how he regretted what he did

3. Just so you know, this is not him cheating, he kinda just says this to anyone (blame his ex-friends from CC) and like I've said before, I've known him long enough to tell he doesn't actually mean any of this. This is just how he talks and I do agree he should stop, which I told him recently to do.
4. This is easy to explain, first of all, this was just ship art, second of all, Zayzor can show the time-lapse of this art to prove it. They were not fucking and he was just joking about that.
5. This one honestly is the most stupid one, Zayzor HATES Stear more than any of us, which does make sense since after all, he was Zayzor's Ex. Over the months, he's told us about how much he doesn't like him.

Case Five, Sniper
Hello there, I’m Max and Spring, and we will be dealing with Sniper’s case.
In regards to her Sniper is being charged with both accusations.
The first thing is her username being “Futa Sniper”. The Futa thing was an inside joke and also wasn't even chosen by herself, someone else named her that.
The second and most important thing is this drawing about Bon, she's NOT a pedophile as Bon doesn't actually have a sona, the character was just some character that has NO correlation to a representation of himself WHATSOEVER. Additionally, the character itself is 18 as proven by Bon himself with the character's history and insight that all predates BEFORE Sniper's drawing.

Case One, Cherrie
Waltz here. Although Cherrie's claims were all mainly of feeling uncomfortable around the VCs at the time, she too sent (and said, in VC) similar sexual jokes (the following screens were taken from TT before its deletion).
Also, there were some other weird remarks from Cherrie, such as
Case Two, Maddie
Bon directing.
Maddie is an individual who contributed to the Twisted Toons document; who was originally meant to be a part of the doc for previous accusations. Amelia and the other writers of the doc are choosing not to punish her for her actions, as she had been the one to reveal the Creaming Crusaders server and provide evidence for the document.
It seems as if Deus Machinum is picking between people who have something to offer. Waltz can offer good art to the DM team (Amelia’s mod), and it would not be beneficial to get rid of him despite how obvious it is they dislike him; so they chose to compromise with him.

Waltz & Spring here to direct Amelia’s case who was another developer on TT and SS, as well as being one of the current owners of DM. It's also worth noting that the same three accusations below used in the Twisted Toons doc are a subject to hypocrisy with Amelia marked as a suspect for violating these points multiple times.

So first we have a lie about me being aware about Midartist's poor mentality during the TT productions of
“Aspiration” and not caring about it.
Literally all what he said were lies and I have proof that I did know and cared about his health.
Yeah, I knew about your health and that's why I told you THIS in the dev venting channel, I cared about you more than the work you created.

Along with this, mid and other AAG/SOS devs such as Ghosti had been harassing Pen for a while
Do note, that we DO NOT support the actions Pen did, but the constant harassment after he had removed himself from the community is still not good to do no matter the person.

Case-One, Buzi
Waltz here.
Buzi isn't a controversial character, however he is one of the many who are overlooked for similar claims to of which SusKid was charged for. Unlike SusKid however, Buzi was the one who drew said suggestive works - often with large proportions and suggestive attires.

Along with these, Buzi is also pretty active on Discord whiteboards, and can typically be seen drawing there, which includes the type of “gooner bait” art from earlier.
where he made some.. questionable art of a Dandy’s World character; Toodles, who is confirmed to be a child.
Overall, Buzi isn't necessarily a “bad person”, but since he was overlooked for similar claims, It felt necessary to add him here as an example of malfeasance.
Side-Case Two, Stear
Waltz here again.
Before I start explaining the first half, trigger-warning for during Springmerd's other half will include jokes of r*pe.

A former member of a variety of mods (mainly DM and TT) and a good friend to Ilpa, was accused and was removed for his diabolical actions towards Zayzor (when they were dating at the time).
These actions consist of Rape Jokes, Possessive Control, Constant Aggression & Victim-Blaming.
All which were downplayed in the following screenshots.

Additionally (and this'll tie into Amelia, Cherrie & Ilpa's cases), they made claims such as Manipulation, Infidelity & Influencing while overlooking Stear as a “dismissed case” excuse to further shit on Zayzor’s well-being.

While every message was responded to in real-time, I (Waltz) had monitored and shared this to Zayzor, and this is what he had to say in response to your bunch.
Hey, Spring here (again), I hate to include this but for more context on what Stear did. Zayzor was venting to Stear about how he was raped by his best friend and Stear said a very immature joke and said “was it big?”
And as of now, Stear is back in their dev team.
Case-Three Ilpa
Waltz here.
Ilpa is an Interesting case. Ilpa is a little gullible and often influenced by others (mainly Amelia), an example is when he invited her into TT, completely NEGLECTING the fact that Springnerd (his best friend) didn't like her. And now with the early release of the doc was shown, he had the gull to talk to Springnerd and try and help him,
But meanwhile in the TIGK, he was a part of the talk in Stear's case. The context isn't just due to being influenced by the two problematic, two-faced jerks, but because he and Stear were (and probably always have been) good friends.
At the time, he was unaware of Stear's actions and even when Max (a good friend of Zayzor) had told many people who knew Stear (including Amelia) and they wanted him gone for said actions, Ilpa constantly defended him.
Tau was booted sometime before 3/14, Stear back in February or so, and the CC server became active with new members on 4/5
It doesn't help that even after Stear's removal, he was accepted back into the TIGK team after Zayzor’s case was shown. Completely eradicating the previous conflict as a “misunderstanding” as a reasonable excuse to bring him back to TIGK.
Side-note, in the screenshots of Max case where she's saying “smash”, Ilpa had also been a participant of this game, as most of the people in that VC were playing “Smash or Pass”, which I, Bon, luckily had recorded it.

When I first saw the doc, I wasn't sure why I was let go so easily. But I didn't want to leave behind people I cared about, so I stuck by. Acting like an inside-man to gather existing screenshots of TIGK to support many of the cases you have seen, I made lies about being oblivious and losing connections with those who were accused. So with that out of the way, this is my testimony.

Amelia, you self-proclaimed critic, an excuse for you to continuously shit on others' work despite your lack of artistic talent or talent of any. You're sensitive, resorting to extreme measures such as the doc for our jokes despite being charged for the same crime. You're problematic, but even then you find a way to ruin the lives of already problematic people, talk about hypocrisy.
You are a Parasite. That's as truthful as I can be of you.

Cherrie, you never shared your problems with us, often staying quiet and sounding like you were joking and you make it OUR fault that we couldn't catch on, our DMs were ALWAYS open for you and yet you refused to do so. You reused the old and resolved case of SusKid as an excuse to add to his nonsensical case and yet you call the US careless? For someone who claims to “care” for others, you sure have a way of showing it in your testimony.
But as if recent events.. you aren't bad, you were confused, scared and only wanted to help the doc directed by Amelia, so whatever reason you might've had to go against us. I really hope you decide to talk with us first.

Honestly, I'm upset of you two (Amelia and Cherrie), I trusted you guys, I thought we were finally getting along, I was drawing a gift for you two before this doc happened because I appreciated you, just for me to find out it was all an act, I thought we were finally friends and it hurt a lot. I tried to help you two when you guys were going through stuff and this is how I get repaid. Sure, you canceling me was a good wakeup call when it comes to my deviant humor, it was completely unnecessary to go to this extreme of a level, after my cancelation, I have been trying to do better and its been quite effective, but it's also made me realize how much of an asshole everyone in the tigk devs were to people and I genuinely feel bad for the people who constantly are clowned upon in that dev server. The only one to blame for that is Amelia and maybe Radioactive, you two were bad influences on everyone there, including me, it's the reason I was mean in the first place.

I'm especially disappointed and ashamed with Ilpa and Frisk.
For Frisk, I've known you even before you joined the LWP community, you should have been able to tell how much of a lie all of that was, even if you were informed of their side of shit.

And you Ilpa, you didn't really do anything bad and I have to say, thank you for giving me advice over the years, you have been the reason why i haven't killed myself twice, im grateful to have an amazing best friend. Ilpa as much as I like you, I have to admit that Amelia and the others are also a bad influence on you. But you're not as bad as the others are.

I hate that I have to say this stuff but it is how I feel about you all now, you guys were all just snakes. I honestly was crying on the first day of the doc because I trusted you guys. I hope you parasites get what you deserve, and especially you Cherrie. I was on good terms with you till this happened, genuinely disappointed with you. After all the times I've tried to help you, and THIS is how you repay me? Maybe I was just too nice, you guys took advantage of my kindness and I hope you all pay the price, you deserve to suffer like I had, during the Monday incident when I almost killed myself and again when the doc came out. I never want to see any of you again.

Oh and I've seen what all of you TIGK and SOS devs have said and done related to me, making fun of a suicidal person isn't “funny”. OH and speaking of which, I did ALMOST kill myself over this drama, so I hope you had fun making fun of me and the others who were suicidal like me. And as a bonus, I never hated Waltz, we talked in dms all the time, I didn't like the Monster-Club, until now when the doc was being made. This doc was the whole reason we all (The Monster Club) became friends again.

I have one request to the people who banned me over this bullshit. I would like to be unbanned when this is all over. As much as I don't like Amelia and Cherrie, the Pibby community is what gave me purpose and I would like to work with its members again.

I don’t have problems with most people here other than Cherrie and Amelia. For Amelia my time working with you on TT has been one of the most stressful times of my life and honestly you’re a bitch and you should’ve been banned sooner consistently bullying others and their work and getting all pissy and shit when people do the same to you. So genuily fuck you Amelia, I could care less about what happens to you after this.

Now for Cherrie, you were different. I really did care for you as a whole. I thought of you as a friend and I tried to be there for you, try to cheer you up, and tried to be someone you can trust, so when reading how you truly thought of me, it fucking hurt more than all the stress from TT ever did. So all in all fuck you too, all I wanted was to goof around with friends on a LWP × Dandy’s World FNF mod and that shit got ruined so hard and seeing how you guys had such a negative effect on others pisses me off. Cowards is what you two are and I'm glad you two found each other because that's all you two deserve and as I'm typing this out right now my hatred for the both of you grows. I hope to never see you guys again for as long as I live. You bastards deserve everything that's gonna happen to you.

Hiya, Sniper here. And I was apart of TT for a few reasons. To make friends, try-out for a VA role for a Dandy’s World character I like (Yatta) and just have fun. Unfortunately, that fun would've cut short, igniting the fuse to an explosive meltdown and the collapse of TT. Because from what I've seen and know, a singularity. One person who brought my well-being to turmoil.
Amelia.
To the gal who I don’t even know, only have I heard so much shit about her because she was seen as a bad person, and now I understand why. She never enjoyed working with others in TT, she acts like a dictator, if she doesn’t like someone's art or who they are as a person, she shits on them, not to mention she is just so annoying to be around from what I was told, because there is a lot of people who know but don’t like her. I only stuck around because the people who don't enjoy her presence are also the people I really enjoyed spending time with.
Even after all of that, she's telling her “friends” the same jokes that were made, the SAME person who said the TT devs were weird and made others uncomfortable, but she doesn’t care. Like, it’s so stupid because she has done the same thing over and over because she can’t seem to get any attention from people so she has to take stuff out of context and make the US look like the bad ones. She has literally NO skill and has the gull to be some critic; “quality control may ass. Even after all of this, she still doesn’t stop, she takes it further with mocking and joking about these people, even her closest friends mock her, she may seem like she understands but nope, she's just as problematic. She doesn’t care about the well-being of others if they were accused of half-baked, nonsensical cases.
She just can't stop sucking her own DICK, I really don’t think she even cares about certain roles either, like TT, she doesn’t even own the mod and she just wants to boss everyone because she's fixing the problem, when in reality - she makes it WORSE. All because she is “so close with the owner of the mod” and her friends just go with whatever she says because one person has the say on what goes and what stays, there were 2 owners of TT, and she only got verified by the one she's close with DESPITE how much she hate-talks about TT in TIGK (from what I've seen).

I don't have much to say other than I feel honestly so upset, I don't hate any of you I know I should but I just don't,I will mention this DID affect my irl life and you guys really didn't have to do that but I guess, still I feel like this would've been prevented if you just Dm’ed me? I am sorry I did a few things it's just those were taken VERY out of context although I feel as if I shouldn't have said those things but Jesus Christ stop with the death threats I have gotten 10+ dms of people telling me to kill myself I don't know ANY of them all I'm saying is just I'm very annoyed and just angry at all of this, again I don't know why, but I still don't hate you guys.
