UE Jr Tigers WINTER 2025-26 Indoor Season

Must be a resident in the Union-Endicott School District

Practices are Friday’s from 5pm to 6pm at 434 Sportsplex in Vestal for u8s and UP

  • An additional practice will be provided at Ann G McGuinness Elementary
  • DAYS and TIMES for each age group is TBD
  • Teams go by Birth years.
  • U8s - 2018-2020
  • U10s – 2016 and 2017
  •  U12s - 2014 and 2015
  •  U14s - 2012 and 2013

ALL TEAMS WILL BE COED for indoors, unless we have enough u10s, u12s and u14s register gender specific teams.  Unfortunately we have not had the past 2 winter seasons.

Fall outdoor leagues allow u13s to play with the u12 team but NOT indoors and NOT in the Spring League as well.

Cost:

  • $50 registration fee ONLY if you did not register for the Fall League
  • If you registered your player for the FALL League you already paid this fee
  • There is a DISCOUNT for registering MULTIPLE players from the SAME FAMILY
  • U8s for players born in 2018 and 2020 will be $100
  • U10s for players born in 2016 and 2017 will be $125
  • U12s for players born in 2014 and 2015 will be $135
  • U14s for players born in 2012 and 2013 will be $135
  • We DO NOT encourage playing up an age group UNLESS it is discussed first with the HEAD COACHES and myself.  We make the final decision for any player playing up an age group.
  • Most of the time it is not safe and not warranted.  Most times the next age group up just means BIGGER kids not necessarily more skilled.
  • 434 Sportsplex will have different skill level divisions in each age group.  

PRACTICES:

  • u8s, u10s, u12s and u14s EVERY Friday at 434 from 5pm to 6pm
  • An additional practice will be provided at Ann G McGuinness Elementary
  • DAYS and TIMES for each age group is TBD  

GAMES:

  • u8s, u10s, u12s and u14s will play all their games at 434 Sportsplex in Vestal
  • Games are every Saturday and some Sundays.  Game times can vary but here is a GUIDE: (below times are JUST A GUIDE)
  • U8s 8am till 11am
  • U10s 8am till 1pm
  • U12s 11am till 3pm
  • U14s Noon till 5pm
  • Schedules for games sometimes are released as late as Wednesday for that weekend's games, but most times earlier but never more than a week early..
  • There is nothing we can do with the time the schedule comes out because 434 is doing the best they can and trying to accommodate too many requests which delays posting schedules.

What the cost covers:

  • Every player MUST be registered to play for UE Jr Tigers at any time of the year to play.
  • Registered with NY State West, which is our governing body and provides insurance for each player and each club.  Which is a must.
  • A Jersey for game use when you register your player once a full season, not every session
  • Registering multiple teams in EACH age group into the 434 Sports Plex League and referee fees:
  • U8s are $450 PER team for 10 games
  • U10s are $750 per team (plus $9 ref fee per game) for 10 games per team
  • U12s are $925 per team (plus $9 ref fee per game) for 10 games per team
  • U14s are $925 per team (plus $10 ref fee per game) for 10 games per team
  • App that we use to collect registration, communicate with all the players and teams, the place where all schedules (practices and games) are located with directions.
  • Equipment needed for practices and games.
  • Coaches yearly Risk Management passes
  • This is NY State West mandate that any parent that is coaching in any capacity has a background check and has gone through training to be able to coach children.
  • Etc.

JERSEY INFORMATION

  • This year's jersey price is included in your registration fee.
  • If your player registered in the FALL they will wear the SAME jersey.
  • If you are signing up a player for the first time this year (Aug-June) you must pick a jersey size for your player when registering
  •  Please pick the size of your players’ jersey.  The jersey sizes are in the below grid.  These jerseys will not shrink.
  • There will be NO NUMBER picking going forward.  All numbers will be determined depending on when you REGISTER your son/daughter.  The later you sign them up the higher the number will be.
  • The below chart is to be used for Jersey sizes

BLACK SHORTS and BLACK SOCKS

  • Are needed to be worn for all games

·        OTHER INFORMATION:

  • COACHES ARE ALWAYS IN DESPERATE NEED.  A minimum of basic soccer skills is preferred but will work with anyone willing to coach.  Each coach will need to get a RISK MANAGEMENT PASS from New York State West.  They do a quick background check, and you must take a few online modules about sports injuries and dealing with children.  There is a minimal cost that the Club will reimburse you with proof of a receipt.
  • HELP SPREAD THE WORD,
  • VOLUNTEERS ALWAYS WELCOMED and NEEDED, during registration there is a place to volunteer.
