Contact
I will only accept commissions initiated through my order form. This is so I can keep my queue neat and orderly. I will not accept commissions via notes, IM, comments or email. Once the client has filled out the order form, I will email them so as to discuss the order. Please do not email me first.
Discussion of Commission
I will not discuss any matter pertaining to the commission with the client in any medium other than through email, notes on FA, or instant messenger if necessary. Once I have accepted the client’s commission, I will not answer shouts, or comments regarding it.
Obtaining a Slot
I will decide how many commissions I take at one time. Generally, this will be no more than five. I will not open a new set of slots until my current one is completed. Slots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. I will only fill slots after the client has filled out the order form, I have accepted it, and the client has made payment.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason, without stating a reason.
Waiting List Policy
As of now I do not offer a waiting list service. Please do not ask if you can reserve a spot.
Payment and Refunds
-Payment Methods and Plans
I primarily accept PayPal. I may accept Western Union transfers, USPS Money Orders, and cash in the mail (U.S. only) if PayPal is absolutely not an option. I am not responsible for anything lost in the mail.
Please do not initiate payment. I will send an invoice via email.
For orders below 100$, I require 100% of payment upfront. For orders 100$ and above, I am willing to work out payment plans.
-Payment Deadlines
I will not start working on the commission until payment is made. The client has two days to complete the payment transaction from the time I confirm their order. If no payment is made in that time, the client forfeits their slot and I move on to the next person. For orders paid in installments, I will send the client an email informing them when the second installment is due. They will have up to two days to pay once they have responded to said e-mail.
-Refund Policy
I will offer a 100% refund if, for whatever reason, I decide to cancel the order, regardless of how much I have completed.
I offer 100% refunds if the client decides to cancel the order before I start working on it, and a partial refund if the client cancels after I’ve started working on it. How much depends on the type of commission and how much I’ve completed.
Standards
-The Artist will NOT Depict
Characters under the age of 18 in sexual situations, cubs, sexual situations involving humans with anthros, humans with ferals (animals) and/or anthros with ferals. Various sexual fetishes including (but not limited to) scat, feeding, overly gross hyper, gore, hardcore vore (including digestion), rebirthing, or rape. If a particular fetish or situation is not listed here, please send me a note or ask me about it in the “additional comments” section of my order form.
Politically charged symbols, slogans, or iconography, regardless of leanings or party represented.
-The Artist may Depict
Any ethnic, religious or spiritual symbol or iconography as long as it is not meant to represent hatred or bigotry. This includes the swastika (again, as long as it is for spiritual/religious purposes and not political).
Any sexual orientation, leaning, or identity.
Hermaphrodite and third-sex characters.
Non-pornographic gore, within reason.
Revision Policy
The client is allowed up to two complete revisions at the sketching stage on any commission, unless otherwise specified.
Updates and Deadlines
I will update the client at least twice during the period in which I work on their order, once during the sketch stage, and one during the rendering stage. Please do not ask for updates any more frequent than once a week.
I will accept deadlines within reason, however I prefer to set my own. I have the right to refuse a commission on the basis of an unreasonable deadline.
Copyright
-Artist's Rights
I retain full rights to all of my work. This includes (but is not limited to) copying, editing, printing, re-posting and selling.
-Client's Rights
The client retains the rights to the characters depicted, if applicable. The client has the right to make minor edits to the work they commission, and to repost the small, watermarked version I provide to them.
