Dear Mr. Janick,
We'd like to call your attention to the disrespectful and extremely unprofessional behaviors that Mr. Ray Kurzeka, Senior Vice President - Head of Streaming of Geffen Records has recently shown on social media platform, X, towards fans of Jimin of BTS (attached screenshots for your reference).
As devoted fans of Jimin BTS, we requested that Geffen Records/Mr. Kurzeka issue a formal apology letter to Jimin and his fans or be dismissed for his poor attitude and unethical behavior which creates a poor public image to your organization.
We also demand that Geffen Records rectify their mishandling of Jimin's comeback, MUSE by ensuring pre-orders for his pre-release single "SMERALDO GARDEN MARCHING BAND" which is scheduled to be released on June 28th are available on iTunes and we expect equal treatment and support you provide to other artists from the same label.
Please promote your artists properly and correct this unacceptable behavior.
