Tasaaga Primary School Donations

Tasaaga Primary School is a non-profit institution in Uganda that serves more than 300 boys and girls—many of whom have lost parents to the AIDS epidemic and have limited access to quality education.

Our delightful ECF summer teacher, Balthazar de Castelbajac (known to some as Balt), has worked closely with Tasaaga for years. Proceeds from t-shirts via Balt's website go straight to Tasaaga. He connected our two beautiful schools this fall, hoping to support Tasaaga’s campaign to build their first nursery library and replace their unsafe playground by the end of January.

Happily, the children at both schools have since begun to exchange stories and ideas, creating a special connection across continents.
