        Senator Hurricane has campaigned heavily on a larger budget, more spending, and more taxation. The key issue with such policies is the incredible near-sightedness of it all. These policies will not last the test of time -- they may scarcely even last for 2 decades! The way forward does not begin by embracing bureaucracy, it begins by protecting who we are as a nation.
