2025 Survey Competition - Terms, Conditions, and Consent
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering the competition, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. All personal data submitted by an entrant in connection with this competition is submitted voluntarily.
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these official rules and the decisions of Slow Ways, located at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) of Slow Ways and its affiliates or partners are not eligible to participate in this competition.
3. Competition Period
The competition begins at 00:01 (GMT) on September 3rd, 2025, and ends at 23:59 (GMT) on September 21st, 2025. Entries received outside of this competition period will be void.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants may enter by filling out our online survey, ensuring all required sections are completed correctly, and confirming they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
5. Prizes
The main prize is a £100 Prezzee voucher along with a new-design Slow Ways t-shirt and hoody.
- The total value of the prize voucher will not exceed £100..
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is both non-negotiable and non-transferable.
- Slow Ways is not responsible if the winner is unable to use the prize.
- Any additional costs incurred, such as a name change or other amendments, are the responsibility of the winner.
- Slow Ways reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
In addition to the main prize, 5 runner-up prizes will be awarded, consisting of a Slow Ways t-shirt.
6. Winner Selection
The winners will be drawn at random using a random number generator within 7 days of the competition closing. The winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in their entry.
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of the initial contact, Slow Ways reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Slow Ways will publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Slow Ways may announce the winning entry via email and its social media channels.
7. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity arranged by Slow Ways. This may include announcing the winners' names on Slow Ways' website, social media platforms and email channels, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Slow Ways shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the competition. Slow Ways assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.

9. Personal Data
All personal data submitted by entrants will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and Slow Ways' Privacy Policy. Entrants’ data will be retained for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting winners. By entering, entrants consent to their names being announced publicly if they win. Data will not be retained beyond 6 months after the competition unless the entrant has opted into further communications
10. General
Slow Ways reserves the right to cancel, modify, or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the competition cannot be conducted as specified for any reason.
Entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and Slow Ways reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for breach of these terms and conditions. Slow Ways’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
