- WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY CLOSING
If the Dog has been entered in a show and the Owner later elects to withdraw the Dog from the Handler's care for that event, the Owner shall remain liable for the full handling fee and any associated expenses for that particular show. This obligation arises upon the closing of entries for said show.
- RESULTS COMMUNICATION
The Handler shall provide the Owner with show results in a timely manner, no later than the end of the calendar day on which the Dog was exhibited.
- INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Handler shall issue invoices for services rendered on the 1st and 15th of each calendar month, unless otherwise requested by the Owner. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, or Venmo. If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days from the date of invoicing, the Handler reserves the right to suspend all handling services, including withdrawing the Dog from exhibition, until payment is received in full.
- EMERGENCY VET CARE
In the event of a medical emergency occurring while the Dog is in the Handler's care and away from the Dog’s primary residence, and if the Owner cannot be reached in a timely manner, the Handler is authorized to obtain veterinary care from a licensed veterinarian of the Handler’s choosing. The Owner shall be solely responsible for all expenses related to such veterinary care.
- GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Owner agrees to exercise due diligence in providing accurate information regarding the Dog’s temperament, health, behavior, and any medical or dietary needs. The Owner shall ensure the Dog is up to date on all required vaccinations and in appropriate condition for travel and exhibition. The Owner shall not hold the Handler liable for any consequences resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, behavioral issues, or failure to provide adequate information or supplies necessary for the Dog’s care.
All cash prizes received while showing are to be retained by Handler.
All expenses (lodging, food, mileage, tolls, etc.) are split between each dog shown by Jamie that weekend.
If Jamie is unable to show your dog due to ring conflicts, a suitable handler of her discretion will be asked to handle the dog for her.
Once show entries have closed for a specific show, you are responsible for handling fees and expenses even if you choose for your dog not to attend that show unless:
- Broken majors
- Your dog only needs a major, and not enough class animals are entered to make a major in your breed
