  2. If you qualify you will be sent a cell phone within 7 to 10 business days (but usually it’s much faster than that).
  3. You must use the phone at least once every 30 days to keep the service active.
  4. You must do annual renewal checks every year to keep service active.

  2. Households of 2 persons: $0-$21,000 a year
  3. Households of 3 persons: $0-$26,400 a year
  4. Households of 4 persons: $0-$31,800 a year

  1. Make sure snow/ice is removed from porches, driveways, and walkways or they cannot pick you up.
  1. Cost: 60 & up, the ride is free. Within city limits and under 60 years old, it is $4. If more than 4 miles out from downtown, the ride is $7.Does not leave Shelby County. Needs exact change. Drivers cannot make change.
  1. All rides to the casino regardless of age will be $7 both ways.
  1. Inform the scheduler if you have a wheelchair, walker, portable oxygen, service animal, or vision/hearing difficulties.
