What is the production time?

Creating a bespoke piece usually takes 2-6 weeks, as every step is done by hand with great care. If you need your furniture sooner, we have good news: selected models are kept in stock and may be available immediately.

Do you really customize everything?

Yes. For bespoke orders, we work with you to choose the size, shape, material, and colour. This way, the final piece perfectly matches your home and your vision.

How do I maintain the beauty of natural stone?

Our stone surfaces are sealed, making them easy to clean, yet they still deserve delicate care. With every purchase, we provide a detailed care and maintenance guide to ensure the stone retains its natural beauty and finish for years to come.

Do you provide delivery?

Absolutely. On request, we can arrange professional delivery to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. Please note: while natural stone is beautiful, it can also be delicate, so careful handling is essential. Each item comes with detailed guidance on how to protect and care for it.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this, you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@artofcosy.com

How do I return a product for an exchange or refund?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If there’s an issue, our return process is as follows:

• You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Contact our customer service team at support@artofcosy.com^[a] to begin the return process. We’ll provide all necessary instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.
