Terms regarding resale and redistribution:

The rules below apply even if you have purchased the commercial version of the product.

You can sell an avatar model using any item in the shop; credits required. The avatar model needs to contain items made by you or another person; avatars using only products made by me are prohibited. I may make exceptions, but please contact me first for confirmation. You need to have the “commercial use” version of the product for this.

You can sell an avatar model using my products only if it’s a finished model. Using my products in unfinished models is prohibited. Credit me and link the client to my shop please!

You can use my products in your game; credits are not required. But you cannot resell or redistribute the product by itself (e.g. using the products as items in loot boxes, gacha, etc). I may make exceptions, but please contact me first for confirmation. You need to have the “commercial use” version of the product for this.

Regardless of any modification, redistribution or resale is prohibited (the exception being the cases mentioned above). Do not dismantle any of the products to create other products (e.g. using a tattoo texture to create a shirt). You may modify size, paint over it, change placement, etc, but do not dismantle it.

The use of my products with NFT is prohibited.

You can use my products in VRChat, Craftopia, VroidHub, Streams, Videos, etc. But make sure other people can’t download the product from you. You don’t need to have the “commercial use” version for this, even if you’re gaining profits from doing so.

In case of heavily modified versions of the products, I may make exceptions and give you permission for free redistribution or resale of the modified product, but please contact me first for confirmation. Credits required.

When giving credits, put “[name of the product] by venusvariation: [link to the booth shop]”.

Free products usually have different terms of use regarding redistribution and commercial use. In these cases, the terms will be on the description and/or in the archives files.

If you use any of my products while promoting your products (ex: using my products in your booth thumbnail), credits are not required, but appreciated. You don’t need to have the “commercial use” version for this.

General terms:

No refund.
NSFW content using my products is permitted. Is prohibited using my products while doing NSFW content that contains characters who are underage and/or appear to be underage, or who fall under the "loli" and/or "shota" category.
Do not use my products while promoting any kind of discriminatory or hate speech or to promote sexual/harm/abuse/satanic/demonic messages.
Modifications are allowed. For editing requests, both parties must have purchased the product.
Do not claim any of my products as yours.
Data (e.g. prices, files, description, etc) can change any time without previous warning.
If Vroid, VRChat, Unity, Booth, etc, receive an update that causes problems with the products and/or makes them obsolete, I take no responsibility to fix the products, although I will make an effort to do so.

● Modifying the items

- You can modify items according to your taste (just credit my original item as I do with other creators).

✖ NOT Allowed:

● Sell/Resell the items.

● Redistribute/Giveaway the items.

● Modify the items for resell.

● Use of my items for any kind of merchandising without asking me.

● Including this material in models you sell/share publicly (example: VRchat or VRoid Hub). You MUST refer to my items or link to them on booth/ko-fi/etsy.

● Do NOT Claim my material as your own.
