Crown Cleanse - Liposomal* Brain Detox Cream
Ingredients to make about 160 ml or about 3 months supply when used sparingly as it should be - more on that below
(You would 6X each of these measurements if you wanted to fill up a normal size 64 ounce kitchen blender, to the maximum recommended level on the jug):
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Powdered Turmeric
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Powdered Chondroitin Sulphate
- Variable small amount of pure water to fully dissolve the above two ingredients if needed (they can be difficult to fully dissolve without the water and can get clumpy when added straight to the oils)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) organic hemp seed oil
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) real organic Olive oil (eg from a trusted producer like California Olive Ranch)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Organic Castor oil
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ) pure DMSO cream
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) full spectrum organic Gingko Biloba liquid tincture or extract
- 35ml (2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon) of liquid organic sunflower lecithin,which is added for the effects of phosphatidyl choline and in order to make the final product liposomal - amount can be increased if needed to get a lightweight creamy consistency to the mixture.
NO OTHER ingredients recommended, especially NO essential oils, or fragrances, which will stimulate the brain when it should be resting and entering deep sleep to optimize detoxification.
Directions to make the cream:
Begin by taking 2 teaspoons of Turmeric and 2 teaspoons of Chondroitin Sulphate. Add enough water to fully and fully dissolve them, if needed. Then, incorporate 30 ml of Hemp seed oil, 30 ml of Pure Olive Oil, 30 ml of Castor oil, 5 ml of DMSO, and 10 ml of Gingko Biloba.
Continuously add sunflower lecithin while mixing until you achieve the desired moderate consistency and all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Grind the mixture in a food processor until it becomes warm, but not hot. Then allow it to sit for 30 minutes before grinding it again until it warms up once more and let it sit for another 30 minutes before grinding one last time until it becomes warm. Allow to cool before packing in tubs.
Ensure there are no turmeric granules remaining in the final cream and that it has a smooth and soft texture. You may need to further stir the cream before each use if there is any oil separation.
Store in a tightly sealed dark glass container in the fridge, e.g. something like this and not in plastic, or direct sunlight.
Directions:
Before bedtime apply raw wild honey or if you can get it: bee propolis, which is even better (the best brand we know of is polenectar propolis extract from Brazil) in a thin layer around the neck (no more than 2-4 drops on the front and back so 4-8 drops total), followed by applying a thin layer of the brain detox cream (about 1/8th teaspoon front and 1/8th teaspoon on the back, for ¼ teaspoon total) and massaging it all in vigorously.
It will further improve absorption and speed of recovery if you do dry cupping on top of the well massaged cream, utilizing small cups to produce an appearance of bruising on the skin of the neck, though this part can be left out if it is too inconvenient or time consuming.
Men with beards extending down their necks should shave at least the hair on their necks to allow easier application and penetration.
Afterward the cream has been well massaged in and/or driven deeper via cupping, apply a castor oil pack over it all and wrap that loosely with a towel so the bed doesn’t get dirty and leave it on while asleep. Wash off in the morning.
The castor oil pack step is particularly important and will greatly improve results. I know it may seem inconvenient, sticky and messy, but a few days will get you used to it.
This cream may stain the skin and bedclothes, especially due to the turmeric in it, which is a tough stain to remove.
*The sunflower lecithin and the repeated blending very effectively create liposomes in this formulation without the need for any specialized equipment.
