Find a case → reply to the person → share link to the daily threadcast and/or to the pinned bimonthly post

• Make sure the link is a reply to the very first thread in the threadcast, so that everyone can see it when it’s opened
• Tag all paid Mental Health Ambassadors for all links

If expressing suicidal ideation and/or plan, take a neutral stance and ask questions to initiate conversation → when posting the link, tag all mental health ambassadors (paid and volunteer) → if using Threads, then rethread the link AND the daily threadcast so other people can also join in

If not expressing suicidal ideation and/or plan, initiate conversation → post link on threadcast and tag only the paid MHAs
