THE PRINCIPLES, PLATFORM, AND POLICIES OF THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF REPUBLICAN ASSEMBLIES

Preamble

We gratefully acknowledge the blessing of Almighty God as the source of law and liberty and we ask for His divine blessing and guidance as we seek to restore our Republic.

                                                Table of Contents

Statement of Principles

  1. We believe that all men are created in the image of God and that they are endowed by Him with certain unique gifts and abilities, and that when used in peaceful cooperation with their fellow men, these gifts and abilities are most likely to achieve for their possessors the blessings of life, liberty, family, property, community, general peace, and happiness.
  2. We believe that to secure and protect these blessings, civil government is instituted among men, deriving its just powers from the moral law contained in Holy Scripture and the consent of the governed; and whenever the civil government becomes destructive of these ends it is the right of the people to alter or, in the case of an insufferable tyranny, to abolish and reconstitute it, acting whenever possible through the lesser magistrates of the civil government through the use of interposition.
  3. We support the historic concept, established by our nation’s founders, of limited civil government jurisdiction under the natural and revealed laws of God, and we oppose the concept that the state is sovereign over the affairs of men, the family, and the church. We believe that government properly exists by the consent of the governed and must be restrained from intruding into the freedoms of its citizens. The function of government is not to grant rights, but to protect the unalienable, God-given rights of life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness of all, including the preborn.
  4. We believe that no generation has the right, by any compact or agreement, to deprive or divest their posterity of the righteous enjoyment of life, liberty, family, property, community, general peace, and happiness. Rather, they have a duty to their posterity to preserve these blessings.
  5. We believe that while all of man’s blessings in life are gifts from Almighty God that can be rescinded at His will, as far as the civil government is concerned, these blessings are sacred rights and privileges bestowed by God and cannot be taken away except as a punishment for a criminal or civil offense against just laws.
  6. We believe that laws, in order to have binding moral authority, must be based on the timeless truths found in the moral law contained in Holy Scripture.
  7. We believe that a necessary condition for self-government is a moral people with self-control and decency.
  8. We believe that since America was originally a collection of English colonies, the English common-law tradition, going back to the days of the Anglo-Saxons, must be given all due deference in the formulation of civil government policy and action.
  9. We respect the natural societal order of submission to legitimate authority, parents and children, employers and employees, coaches and athletes, teachers and students, etc. This natural order when coupled with Christian charity toward our fellow man produces both harmony and stability.
  10. We believe that resistance to tyrants is obedience to God and that the doctrine of non-resistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind. We reject the passive and defensive strategy that has defined the Republican Party for far too long. It lacked the insight, courage, and initiative to aggressively attack the leftist advance at its roots and thereby failed to conserve practically any of our American constitutional, cultural, and political heritage and traditions handed down by the Founding Generation. We, therefore, propose a new approach based on assertiveness and optimism coupled with a comprehensive vision to reform, restore, and rebuild America. The breadth of our vision and the magnitude of our mission call for offense not defense, action not reaction, and restoration rather than preservation.
  11. We believe that the U.S. Constitution enumerates limited powers for the federal government. We further believe that the words of the Constitution should be read according to their best interpretation, which must be informed by their public meaning at the time of their enactment and ratification.
  12. We believe that the preborn child, from the moment of conception to the end of natural life, is a human being and therefore entitled to the full protection of the law.
  13. We believe in the free and fair enterprise system as the best hope for men and women to fulfill their economic hopes and dreams. We know that in nearly all cases the free and fair market is the most efficient and the least costly system to deliver the highest quality goods and services at the lowest price to the consumer.
  14. We believe in the rights of parents to provide a quality education for their children. We support parental choice to create competition among the schools and methods of education free from government control.
  15. We believe that the federal tax system taints the purity of our economy and its various marketplaces, and we have both a moral and practical duty to move our tax system toward that originally established by our Founding Fathers.
  16. We believe in the unqualified right of our citizens to keep and bear arms and in the Second Amendment’s unambiguous guarantee to individuals of that right.
  17. We believe in the concept of victims’ rights over the rights of the rights of any criminal. We support a system of restitution as a deterrent to crime and recidivism.
  18. We believe in the self-government of nations and that our government’s principal concern is the protection of the natural rights of the American people and their sovereign right to rule themselves without deference to any foreign or international body. We are a country with a national people who are citizens of these United States of America, not citizens of the world or subjects of the organs of global governance.
  19. We believe in the power of the individual to innovate, lead, and inspire and the power of our families, communities, churches, military units, and other institutions to stand together against all enemies, foreign and domestic. We believe that only a properly limited government truly serves the needs of the people.
  20. We believe that to be prepared for war is the most effective means of preserving peace and that it is through example and not force that we can best share with people everywhere the blessings of peace, freedom, and good order.

Platform

  1. America First: We support the America First platform introduced and enacted by President Donald Trump.
  2. Sanctity of Life: We believe that the preborn child, from conception onwards is a human and entitled to the full protection of the law.
  3. Right to Bear Arms: We believe in the unqualified right of our citizens to keep and bear arms.
  4. Immigration: We call for extensive border security measures including the construction of a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and increased funding for ICE in order to halt the unlawful transport of migrants and drugs into our country. In addition, we advocate cutting legal immigration numbers in order to preserve job opportunities and wages for American workers.
  5. Taxes: We believe that the federal tax system is abusive to the American people while discouraging investment and growth. We favor the repeal of the income tax, eliminating punitive wealth, ad valorem, and inheritance taxes, and moving our tax system toward that originally established by our Founding Fathers.
  6. Free Enterprise: We believe in the free enterprise system as the best hope for men and women to fulfill their economic hopes and dreams. We know that the free market is the most efficient and the least costly system to deliver the highest quality goods and services at the lowest price to the consumer.
  7. Education: We support school choice and oppose the teaching of Common Core, Critical Race Theory, or the 1619 Project in any government supported institution or school. We believe in the rights of parents to choose quality education for their children, whether sourced privately, at corporate/private schools, home, charter schools, religion-based schools, or public government schools.
  8. Family: We believe that the traditional American family of one father, one mother, and their natural, adopted, or recognized children, is the building block of American society, and all governments are bound to honor and protect the integrity of the family unit.
  9. National Defense: We believe in a strong and consistent national defense.
  10. Support of Israel: We support the right of Israel to exist as a free and sovereign nation and recognize them as our most consistent ally in the Middle East.
  11. The Constitution: We believe that the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the enumerated powers therein should be interpreted literally as handed down by the Founding Fathers.
  12. Self-Government: We believe that the only answer to the current moral decline in our nation is a return to the beliefs and standards of morality that our Founding Fathers placed into the Constitution. We agree with President Adams' statement that "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people: it is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." We understand that the concept of self-government begins with governing one's self first, then family, community, state, and nation.
  13. The Foundation of Our Liberty: We gratefully acknowledge the blessing of Almighty God as the source of law and liberty. We ask for His spiritual guidance as we seek to restore the American government to its moral and constitutional foundations. We believe that our rights flow from the Creator are unalienable and cannot be legitimately granted or rescinded by men. We believe that America is an exceptional nation, founded on the Biblical and Anglo-Saxon common law principles of life, liberty, property rights, hard work, the pursuit of happiness, and personal responsibility and accountability, and we further believe in the guiding force of moral law as expressed in the Holy Scripture.

Policies

Banking and Finance

  1. Money: We believe that a free people deserve an “honest money” policy and that the U.S. government should operate on an honest money standard as called for by the Constitution.
  2. Audit the Fed: We call for a full and independent audit of the Federal Reserve.
  3. End the Fed: We call for the re-establishment of a United States Treasury Bank. Therefore, as provided for in their original charter, the Federal Reserve Banks shall be purchased by the United States government and United States Treasury Notes shall be reinstated, replacing Federal Reserve Notes.
  4. The Gold Standard: We not only call for the re-establishment of the Gold Standard, but for the legalization of competing currencies, such as silver, in creating an honest and free market in currency. This includes the repeal of legal tender laws and capital gains taxes on gold and silver.
  5. Central Bank Digital Currency: We oppose the creation of any type of Central Bank Digital Currency.
  6. Political Banking Discrimination: We demand legislation prohibiting financial institutions from discriminating based on political ideology.
  7. Dodd-Frank: We support the immediate repeal of Dodd-Frank legislation.
  8. Sarbanes-Oxley: In light of the high compliance costs imposed by the Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and the destructive effects this law has had on innovation and capital formation, we support repeal of the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.
  9. Community Reinvestment Act: We support the repeal of the Community Reinvestment Act. [Federal]
  10. Export-Import Bank: We support the abolition of the Export-Import Bank.
  11. Lending Institutions: We support the sale of the Federal Government’s interest in Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). [Federal]

Business and Commerce

  1. Government Unions: We call upon Congress to eliminate all special collective bargaining statutes for public employees and to hold all public servants accountable to taxpayers through existing civil statutes. We oppose any distribution of taxpayer dollars to unions. [Federal/State/Local]
  2. ESG Investment Ban: We call for;
  1. Reimplementing the first Trump term ban on Wall Street and employers from putting 401ks, pensions, and retirement accounts into ESG investments, making it permanent and unable to be gutted.
  2. Prosecution and seizure of all ESG businesses and their wealth to properly dismantle them, outlaw them, and redistribute the wealth they collectively hold effectively among the federal government and the people.
  3. Signing an Executive Order that will keep politics and ESGs away from retirement accounts with Congressional Support to codify it into official law.
  4. Demanding that the funds invest their money to help the American citizen.
  1. Hemp: We urge the various state legislatures to pass legislation allowing the cultivation, manufacture, and sale of industrial hemp and hemp products. [State]
  2. Insurance: We encourage interstate free market solutions for providing essential services whenever possible. We believe that all types of insurance rates, including (but not limited to) health, life, title, auto, flood, long-term care and homeowners insurance, should be set through free-market forces. [State]
  3. International Financial Organizations: We support a free and fair market, compatible with the national interest, in banking and finance, as such we call for the United States to withdraw from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. [Federal]
  4. Intrastate Commerce: We believe that goods and services that are not transported across state lines should not be subject to federal regulations. [Federal]
  5. Licensing: We call upon the various state legislatures to review all business/professional licensing programs and associated licensing for boards for the purpose of abolishing as many as reasonably possible and repealing those laws, rules, and regulations that exist merely to generate revenue from the licensing process. [State]
  6. Power Grid: We urge that the Congress pass legislation to harden the U.S. Electric Grid against:
  1. Cyber attacks on the grid’s computerized command and control system.
  2. Physical attacks on substations and major high voltage transformers.
  3. Geomagnetic storms created by solar flares from the sun.
  4. Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP). [Federal]
  1. Practice Law: We support allowing any citizen to sit for the State Bar Exam regardless of where he or she received their law education as long as criminal and ethical background requirements are met. [State]
  2. Social Security: We support the reform of Social Security that allows people to opt-out. We support the reform of Social Security that allows people to opt out of social security and instead direct those funds into a defined contribution plan similar to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) which was established by Congress in the Federal Employees’ Retirement System Act of 1986. Phase out employer contribution into social security and instead contribute these funds into the employee’s defined contribution plan. We oppose the taxation of Social Security benefits.
  3. Medicare: We support reform of Medicare that allows Citizens to opt-out in favor of competitive private healthcare insurance of their choice that utilizes their FICA retains.
  4. Rural and Volunteer Fire Departments: We urge Congress to overturn the rules of the United States Department of Labor restricting volunteerism by paid firefighters and emergency medical technician personnel and support protections similar to those provided to National Guardsmen for service during declared emergencies.
  5. Small Business: We urge the federal and state legislatures to reduce regulations on small businesses and home-based work, as well as support business formation by reducing incorporation fees and supporting low-interest small business loans.

Conservation and the Environment

  1. Energy Production: We support free and fair market solutions and immediate removal of government barriers from and contribution of direct subsidies to the production, reformulation, refining, and distribution of energy. [Federal/State]
  2. Reclaiming American Energy Independence
  1. Deployment of a team of lawyers to hunt down every unnecessary regulation in the federal registry that hampers domestic production to wipe them off the books.
  2. Rapidly issue Approvals for all worthy energy infrastructure projects with a focus on maximum speed to bring prices down rapidly.
  3. Build the Energy Infrastructure of Tomorrow in the hundreds across the country.
  4. Mass Extraction of Oil and Natural Gas through Offshore and Onshore drilling and fracking.
  5. Reimplementation of the forgotten Project Independence plan by President Richard Milhous Nixon to make the United States fully Energy Independent and not reliant on foreign oil or energy in 15-20 years through the mass construction of Nuclear Power Plants, mass research into Fusion Power, and full adoption of Clean Coal, Natural Gas, Hydropower, and Oil as other power resources.
  1. Environmental Extremism: We oppose environmental extremism that obstructs legitimate business interests and private property use, including the regulatory taking of property by governmental agencies via eminent domain or other means. We oppose the abuse of the Endangered Species Act to confiscate and limit the use of personal property and infringement on a property owner’s livelihood. We demand that California unrestrict water flow to all agricultural lands immediately so that food and crops can be produced again for the benefit of all people. Most of the “climate change” agenda is a political agenda masquerading as neutral technical disciplines such as climate science and environmental engineering, and misusing them to control many aspects of our lives and transfer resources to the constituency of liberals and internationalists. We support the defunding of “climate justice” initiatives and the abolition of the Environmental Protection Agency. [Federal/State]
  2. Conservation: We believe in conserving our environment and natural resources for future generations. True conservation involves policies such as promoting nuclear and solar power, limiting immigration from low carbon emitting nations into high carbon-emitting nations, the imposition of balanced budget laws at every level of government, as well as developing clearer standards and recommended best practices to limit irresponsible spending of money and use of resources in the present for both government and private purposes.
  3. Ethanol: We support the repeal of legislation mandating ethanol as a fuel additive and/or primary fuel. [Federal]

Constitutional Issues

  1. The Nature of the Constitution: We believe that the United States Constitution is a contract among United States citizens, each with the others, as represented in convention by their respective states, that created the Federal Government, assigned powers to it, and described the purposes for which, and the circumstances under which, the people agreed to be governed.
  2. Keep Oath to the Constitution: We call on all who swear the oath to support and maintain the limitations and clear meaning of the United States Constitution.
  3. State Sovereignty: Federally mandated legislation, which infringes upon the 10th Amendment rights of the States, should be ignored, opposed, refused, and nullified. Regulation of Commerce in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution has exceeded the original intent. All attempts by the federal judiciary to rule in areas not expressly enumerated by the United States Constitution should be likewise nullified. Any federal enforcement activities that do occur in a state should be conducted under the authority of the county sheriff. (SCOTUS Ruling in 1997 Mack-Prinz vs. US)
  4. Affirmative Action: We believe in equal opportunity for all citizens without regard to race or sex. Affirmative Action casts doubt on the personal achievement of those who receive it. True advancement must come from personal responsibility, accountability, and competitive excellence. We support the Supreme Court’s recent decision to limit affirmative action, and call for further restrictions on discriminatory decisions in hiring, school admissions, lending, and other important areas of education, commerce, and culture based on affirmative action or disparate impact theory.
  5. ERA: We urge the various state legislatures to reject any attempt to ratify or express support for the failed ERA Amendment to the United States Constitution.
  6. ENDA: We oppose the passage of the so-called Equality Act (formerly known as ENDA).
  7. Constitutional Amendments - We support the addition of the following amendments to the federal constitution;
  1. Human Life: The right to life is the paramount and most fundamental right of a person.
  2. Balanced Budget: Total outlays of the Federal Government shall not exceed its receipts except in a time of declared war against a near peer adversary.
  3. Spending Limitation: Total outlays of the Federal Government for each fiscal year shall not exceed 17.5 percent of the GDP in peacetime.
  4. Debt Limitation: The limit on the debt of the United States held by the public shall not be increased unless two-thirds of both Houses of Congress shall provide for such an increase by roll call vote.
  5. Tax Limitation: The repeal of the 16th Amendment of the United States Constitution. and the abolition of federal taxes on income, investment, inheritance, etc. Any proposed tax on imports or purchases shall require the approval of two-thirds of both houses of Congress.
  6. State Override of the Federal Action: A federal statute or regulation may be overridden by a majority vote of at least twenty-six (26) states.
  7. Sunset Provision: All federal legislation and regulations shall expire no later than ten years after enactment unless re-enacted.
  8. State Override of the Supreme Court: A three-fifths majority vote of the states may override a majority opinion rendered by the Supreme Court.
  9. Limit on Federal Regulations: All federal regulations must be approved by a majority vote of the House of Representatives and the Senate before taking effect.
  10. Volume of Legislation and Regulation: The total size of all current statutes, measured in pages, shall not exceed 10,000, and for any act which adds text, an equal quantity of text must be repealed. The total volume of all regulations shall not exceed five times that of all statutes.
  11. States Can Remove Federal Officials: Any person holding an office of the United States government may be removed from office by a majority (26) of the States acting through referendum or their state legislatures.
  12. State Impeachment of Federal Judges: Any judge or federal officer, resident and acting solely within the limits of any state, may be removed from Office by a vote of two-thirds of the Legislature thereof.
  13. Court of the Constitution: There shall be a Court of the Constitution, with one member from each state to be appointed for a non-renewable twelve-year term by the governors of their respective states with the approval of the upper house of the legislature of the state. The Court of the Constitution shall have exclusive federal judicial power to nullify any federal law or policy that is not expressly authorized by this Constitution, or that prohibits or unreasonably regulates of a rightful exercise of liberty; and any state law expressly prohibited by a provision of this Constitution or by constitutional federal statute; but does not include the general power to nullify or review other state laws.
  14. Term Limits for Federal Judges: No person may serve as a federal judge or justice for more than a combined total of twenty-four consecutive years.
  15. Election of Federal District Judges: After their appointment, federal district judges shall be required to face a retention election every eight years. If they lose the election, a new judge shall be appointed.
  16. Senators Elected by the States: All Senators shall be chosen by their state legislatures. A Senator may be removed from office by a three-fifths vote of the state legislature.
  17. War Powers: The President may not commit members of the military services to any mission for longer than one hundred days without Congressional approval. Congress shall not declare war without the concurrence of two-thirds of the senators and representatives present in each house.
  18. Electoral College Reform: Two Electors from each state shall be chosen by the whole state in a manner to be determined by the state legislatures thereof; the remaining Electors to be chosen by a majority popular vote of each congressional district.
  19. Nature of the Union: From the perspective of the United States, the States are sovereign and are the parties to the Constitution, which is a compact among the States. The words of this Constitution, shall be interpreted according to their public meaning at the time of their enactment. Any State or Indian tribe may, by an act of its legislature, secede from the United States.
  20. Immigration Limitation: The net number of legal immigrants admitted annually to the United States shall not exceed 250,000 without the concurrence of four-fifths of the senators and representatives present in each house.
  1. Census: In accordance with Article I Section 2 of the United States Constitution, we support an actual count of United States citizens only. U.S. Citizenship question shall be included in every Census under penalty of perjury.
  2. Equity: We believe in equal rights not extra rights. Affirmative action and equity initiatives eliminate merit, diminishes achievement, and inherently establishes winners and loses.
  3. First Amendment - Freedom of Speech: We declare our unwavering support to the original concept of free speech as understood and by the founding citizens of the United States and guaranteed in the First Amendment and will support legal means to protect this right where it is challenged at the state and federal levels. The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual's religious practices. Free of Speech includes both verbal and non-verbal expression, including both spoken and written words regardless of their presentation. Media companies shall not infringe on the reach of free speech that they do not arbitrarily agree with.
  4. Political Speech: The people of a truly free nation have not only their own thoughts, but also the ability to articulate it. We will fight political correctness, which takes away the right to speak from conservatives, nationalists, right-libertarians, and privileges leftists, socialists, and communists and promotes ideas and lifestyles detrimental to the foundations of our nation. We the people of the United States of America have the right to decline any and all forms of LGBTQ+ indoctrination, whether it be in print media, digital advertising or motion pictures. While all People have the right to communicate their preferences and biases, a small subsector of the population does not have the right to demand their alternate lifestyle be acknowledged, with judicial backing and punitive enforcement. No person is more important than another; therefore, a micro community can not be allowed to demand preferential treatment everyday, in every way. The colors of the rainbow are just that - colors of a rainbow to be enjoyed by all, not distorted to mean something unnatural. June is the end of Spring and the first month of Summer.
  5. Tenth Amendment: We believe that the people’s rights and the state's powers must be restored. Federal agencies not in compliance with the Tenth Amendment are to be abolished with the attendant powers being transferred to the states respectively. The Founding Generation of our country, when they had won their freedom, engaged in setting up a Federal Government for our Federal Union visualized the tyranny and despotism which would inevitably result from an omnipotent central government; and, they sought to avoid that peril by delegating to that central or federal government only those powers which could best be administered by a central or federal government, such as the laying and collecting of taxes to pay the national debt, providing for the common defense, regulating commerce between the states, declaring and waging war, coining money and establishing and maintaining a postal system. And then they provided, in Article X of the Bill of Rights, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, that: "The powers, not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." The Federal Government, in derogation and flagrant violation of this Article of the Bill of Rights, has in the past eight decades seized and usurped many powers not delegated to it, and taken numerous rights and privileges of the individual citizen, which are properly subject to state or local control, as distinguished from federal control. It shall be our purpose to take such steps and pursue such courses as may be necessary and required to restore to the states the powers and authority which rightfully belong to the state and local governments, so that each state shall govern and control its internal affairs without interference or domination of the Federal Government. We feel that the people of a given state are in better position to operate its internal affairs, such as its public schools, than is the Federal Government in Washington; and, we pledge our best efforts to restore to state governments those powers which rightfully belong to the respective states, and which have been illegally and unlawfully seized by the Federal Government, in direct violation of Article X of the Bill of Rights.
  6. Defending American Citizens: We believe in and support continued Congressional investigations of the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of specific political groups and individuals. We demand accountability which includes prosecution to the fullest extent of the Law. Civil Servants are not above the Law and can no longer be shielded from punishment by waiver due to their government position.
  7. Individual Rights: We believe in the individual rights upon which these United States of America were founded: That each individual is endowed by his Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are the rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness; That the freedom to own, use, exchange, control, protect, and freely dispose of property is a natural, necessary and inseparable extension of the individual's unalienable rights
  8. Rights of Citizens: We believe that, while every human being has the same natural rights, the protection of those rights under the United States Constitution, at the expense of current citizens and taxpayers, is reserved to the parties to the contract - United States citizens - and that mere physical existence within the boundaries of the United States does not confer upon an alien the benefit of that which rightly belongs only to current U.S. citizens.
  9. Posse Comitatus: We believe in and support the Posse Comitatus Act and therefore oppose any attempt to use the U.S. military in domestic operations against American citizens. This does not preclude the use of the U.S. military in cooperation with State Militias in times of crisis for the humanitarian benefit of the People.
  10. Government Surveillance: We oppose all forms of warrantless government surveillance of United States citizens and businesses. We support the repeal of the Freedom Act. Spying on law abiding Americans must stop immediately. We support court-ordered warrants on an individual basis in cases directly involving national security; however, we reject government sponsored dragnets as was done by large Banks and Telecom providers under subpoena looking for potential travelers to the DC area around January 6, 2021. Banks and Companies that do not decline these illegal, unconstitutional data searches should be penalized effectively with incarceration of Officers and Directors that permit such actions.
  11. Recall Elections: We support the right to recall our elected officials.
  12. National Sovereignty: We will not enter any agreements with foreign countries or entities that violate our Constitution.
  13. No Taxes for UN: We condemn any mechanism that allows US citizens to be taxed in order to fund the UN.
  14. Defending Sovereignty:The United States is and must remain a sovereign nation independent of all foreign entities with power held solely by the people. Therefore, we insist demand that the President and Congress defend our national sovereignty in accordance with their oaths of office. The United States government must remain free of all external control and influence. Proof of foreign interference in the 2020 and 2022 Federal Elections shall no longer be ignored, dismissed or labeled “debunked” without allowing clear proven evidence to be presented. Consequences of these illegal actions must bring justice for the American People.
  15. Preservation of Republican Form of Government: We support our republican form of government. We oppose initiative and referendum. We oppose socialism, communism and marxism in any form. We support the various state legislatures and the United States Congress in enacting legislation that prohibits any judicial jurisdiction from allowing any substitute or parallel system of law, specifically foreign law (including Sharia Law), which is not in accordance with the United States or State Constitutions.
  16. American Law for American Courts: No foreign law or international edict shall preempt the United States Constitution or the state Constitution, or be used as the basis for any decision, except required by contract between the individual parties.
  17. Employment Non-Discrimination Act and Laws: We believe that government regulations that coerce business owners and employees to violate their own consciences, beliefs, and principles are in violation of the fundamental right of freedom of association, as well the freedom of religion provisions in the various state constitutions.
  18. TSA: We urge demand Congress to abolish the TSA. Until this is accomplished nationwide, we demand TSA stop all forms of image capture using facial recognition technology, whole body X-ray screening and any form of physical pat down or touching of any U.S. Citizen. In addition, TSA and their partners should no longer be permitted to collect fingerprints and fees as a means to shorten a traveler’s time in security lines. TSA must stop the practice of liquid drink disposal forcing passengers to have to replenish refreshments in the “sterile” area or go without for extended periods of time.
  19. Term Limits: We support term limits of eight consecutive years for President and Governor and twelve consecutive years for all other elected federal and state offices, except Judges and Justices, which can not exceed 24 cumulative years
  20. The Federal Judiciary: Since the 1930’s, we have seen the Federal judiciary, primarily the Supreme Court, transgress repeatedly upon the prerogatives of the Congress and exceed its authority by enacting judicial legislation, in the form of decisions based upon political and sociological considerations, which would never have been enacted by the Congress.
  21. Judicial Candidate Speech: We support legislation to protect the right of judicial candidates to express their beliefs in general terms before elections to thus inform voters of their views. We further support the right of each judicial candidate to identify their political party affiliation next to their name on the ballot. We encourage dialog regarding the labeling of Federal Judges and Justices by the name of the President in Office at the time of their appointment and confirmation, so that a more equitable Justice System prevails. Parties to a case should not have to or be allowed to “Judge” shop.
  22. Campaign Finance: We support laws requiring full disclosure by political candidates of the amounts and sources of any campaign contributions, whether contributed by individuals, political action committees, or other entities. We oppose reporting requirements that infringe on the free-speech rights of citizens. We urge immediate repeal of all limits on campaign contributions by American citizens to the candidates or causes of their choice. We further urge immediate repeal of the McCain-Feingold Act. We support legislation that terminates “dark money” and laundered foreign contributions from any U.S. election, regardless of the state.
  23. Candidate Eligibility: A candidate running for office should be required to reside within the geographical boundaries of the office sought. The Secretary of State shall be required to certify that state and federal candidates placed on ballots proffered in their respective states meet the statutory requirements for the office sought. For federal offices, all candidates must submit written authorization for the Secretary of State to obtain a certified copy of the candidate’s birth certificate from the original issuing authority, so as to prove they are constitutionally eligible, in order to have their name placed on the general election ballot.
  24. Habeas Corpus: We oppose any bill or provision that would suspend habeas corpus for American citizens, except as addressed by the US Constitution.
  25. Puerto Rico: We oppose the admission of Puerto Rico as a state for the foreseeable future.
  26. District of Columbia: We oppose any legislation making the unconstitutional presumption that the District of Columbia is a state or entitled to a state’s representation in Congress.
  27. Fairness Doctrine: We oppose any attempt by Congress or any federal agency to implement any policy comparable to the Fairness Doctrine as terminated in 1987.
  28. Freedom of Assembly: Because we believe in the freedom of assembly, we urge repeal of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Law. Those who assault peaceful protesters acting under the Constitution should be vigorously prosecuted. Picketing and literature distribution do not fall under the Racketeering Influence and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Peaceful protestors shall not infringe upon another Citizen’s right to ingress or egress any lawful commercial building or traverse any street, road or pathway in the U.S. or use violence in any form to communicate their idealogy.
  29. Public Accommodations: We support legislation at the state and federal level that concretely defines public accommodations as originally defined and understood in the Civil Rights Act of 1964, that it prohibit any expansion of that legal definition by any federal, state, or local law to expand government control to restrict any First Amendment rights; and to proscribe any law that requires any private business or individual to create or provide a custom product or service, or any kind of expressive work, or enter into a contract, or be coerced into any speech that is not their own.

Criminal and Civil Justice

  1. Declare War on the Cartels: We call for;
  1. Enacting it as American Policies to hunt down and destroy Drug Cartels without mercy against them.
  2. A full naval embargo on Cartels.
  3. Ordering the Department of Defense to make appropriate use of Special Forces, cyberwarfare, and other overt and covert actions to inflict maximum damage on Cartel leadership, infrastructure, and operations.
  4. Designation of Major Cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.
  5. Sever their access to global financial systems.
  6. Work to forge a partnership with neighboring Governments in the region.
  7. Asking Congress to Pass Legislation ensuring that Drug Smugglers and Human Traffickers receive the Death Penalty, regardless of the country of their origin.
  1. Fentanyl and Drug Crisis: We support;
  1. The imposing of a full naval embargo on Drug Cartels and deployment of military assets to inflict maximum damage on Cartel operations.
  2. Insisting on the co-operation of neighboring governments to dismantle the drug trafficking and smuggling networks in the region.
  3. Instructing Congress to ensure that drug dealers, kingpins, and human traffickers receive the Federal Death Penalty regardless of the location they are captured.
  4. Direction of Federal Law Enforcement to take down gangs and organized street crime that locally distribute said narcotics
  5. The permanent designation of Fentanyl as a federally controlled substance
  6. Sanctioning  China for  the export of Fentanyl’s chemical precursors, .
  7. Construction of Seven to Nine Superprisons that can house between 50,000-100,000 criminals at any given time
  8. The Introduction of the Policies of El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele’s Prison and Crime Policies against the criminals in the United States.
  9. Strengthening of the pillars that give life, meaning, and hope to those struggling with addiction, such as faith, work, and family in order to combat it
  10. Supporting measures that make it easiest for those with addiction to seek treatment without fear of losing their job or going bankrupt seeking treatment.
  11. Forging of new public-private partnerships for companies willing to provide job opportunities and skills training for former addicts
  12. Expansion of federal support for federal faith based counseling, treatment, and recovery programs recognizing the United States will need God’s help to steer the country out of the addiction epidemic
  13. Ensuring that if a parent, child, spouse, or other relative needs to take time to care for a loved one fighting to overcome addiction, they will be more easily able to take advantage of the family leave program
  1. Restitution: We support the reduction of the prison system into a system of just restitution for the victims of crimes and capital punishment for murderers and rapists. This will save taxpayers tens of millions of dollars. Prisons should be only used as a place to house those who are working off their restitution and cannot (for whatever reason) be granted a parole. All Prisons in the U.S. must meet minimum standards of cleanliness and physical care. The practice of strip search must be abolished and replaced with non-invasive technology.
  2. Parents’ Rights: We support legislation ensuring that the parents' rights to raise and educate their children are protected in law as a fundamental, constitutional right and that there is a presumption that fit parents act in the best interest of their children. So long as the parent is fit, there will normally be no reason for the state to interject in the private realm of the family to question the ability of that parent to make the best decisions concerning the rearing of that child.
  3. Capital Punishment: Properly applied capital punishment is legitimate, is an effective deterrent, and should be reasonably swift and unencumbered.
  4. Police Appreciation and Accountability: We express our gratitude and appreciation for police officers, first responders, armed forces, and veterans. And furthermore we support local law enforcement agencies and associated personnel to the extent local and state police officers are properly and adequately trained and supervised or otherwise internally and individually held accountable for any conduct which is found to violate state law or the Constitution.
  5. No Jail for Non-Jailable Offenses: We call upon the various state legislatures to end the practice of jailing individuals for offenses for which jail is not an allowable consequence under the law.
  6. Civil Asset Forfeiture: We call upon the various state legislatures to abolish civil asset forfeiture and to ensure private property only be forfeited upon a criminal conviction.
  7. Administrative Justice: Citizens have a right to full participation in administrative law processes and courts not of record.
  8. Written or Recorded Consent: We call upon the various state legislatures to require officers to get written or recorded consent (i.e., body cams) to conduct a search and inform motorists that they can decline to give such consent, unless exigent circumstances produce a strongly compelling and urgent public safety interest in conducting a search without consent.
  9. Location and Data Privacy: We call upon the various state legislatures to protect citizens' current and historic technologically available location data by requiring a warrant based on probable cause for governments to request access, except in the case of an immediate, life threatening situation. We also call on the various state legislatures to require appropriate policies regarding the disclosure of data collection when no criminal case is filed. We also demand greater protections for citizens against the collection and sale of third party data, including location data, by data brokers, to include additional restrictions on the sale of such data to state and federal government agencies.
  10. Hate Crimes: We urge the complete repeal of the Hate Crimes Law since ample laws are currently in effect to punish criminal behavior towards other persons. We want a truly conservative future Governor to work a truly conservative future Secretary of State’s office to review and reverse or pardon many of the wrongful convictions that were obtained under the Hate Crimes Law and compensate those unfairly targeted by a politicized progressive criminal justice system.
  11. Right to See Charge: Defendants charged with violating a governmental regulation should have the right to see the enabling law.
  12. Indefinite Detention: We oppose the indefinite detention of United States citizens without due process. We urge our government to terminate detention without due process, including, but not limited to, any military enforcement of federal law within the states, under NDAA Sections 1021 and 1022. We demand immediate release of all J6 prisoners being held indefinitely in the DC prison system without bail required and we move to have those cases heard in the jurisdiction of the prisoner’s home state. Further, we demand that all convicted J6 prisoners be given an automatic case appeal in their home state OR the state of their choosing.
  13. Juries: We support the right to privacy and security of prospective jurors. Courts must show relevance in questioning jurors and balance the prospective juror’s right to privacy and lawyers’ need to know. We support the right to inform the jurors of their common law power to judge law (jury nullification), as well as the evidence, and to vote on the verdict according to their conscience. Any prospective juror that does not want to be a juror in a murder, rape or child abuse / human trafficking / other horrific evidence case MUST be granted the right to be a potential juror in a civil case. We support the creation of volunteer jury pools of willing citizens who wish to serve on a jury that shall be used in addition to the current method, for the purpose of selecting jurors.
  14. Frivolous Lawsuits: We support further reform to discourage frivolous lawsuits. We oppose the abusive use of class action lawsuits. We further support “loser pays” laws to protect against frivolous lawsuits. We demand legislation be enacted to terminate the use of lawfare as an election interference weapon.
  15. Marriage Officiation: We believe religious institutions have the freedom to recognize and perform only those marriages that are consistent with their doctrine.
  16. Law Enforcement Equipment: We call upon the various state legislatures to implement reporting and training standards to disclose how much military-grade material is sent to local law enforcement under the Department of Defense’s 1033 program and ensure that it is being used appropriately and to require the local governing authority over a police force to approve, by vote, an application or grant request prior to the request being made to a federal agency.
  17. Photo Enforcement Cameras: We urge the various state legislatures to enact legislation for the statewide ban of all photo enforcement ticket cameras, such as red light cameras, speed cameras, and external-facing cameras on buses.
  18. Expand the Death Penalty: We call for the restoration of the death penalty for the crime of rape, sex trafficking, child molestation, and drug trafficking.
  19. Warrant Validity: The filers of search warrants should be held responsible for the validity of the information used to obtain the warrants. Search warrants should never be sealed so that the parties of the case are not allowed to defend against false allegations or cross examine the informant.
  20. Preborn Child Protection: We believe that a person who injures or kills a preborn child should be subject to criminal and civil litigation.

Defending Faith

  1. Faith and Freedom: The spiritual element of nation cannot be understated in its importance. We reject secularism and instead promote religion and faith as an important part of both public and private life.
  2. A Christian Nation: We affirm that America is a nation under God, founded on Biblical principles. We further affirm that no society can survive in the absence of moral governance. In recognizing America's Christian heritage, we firmly support the recognition of God in the public square. We honor the tenets of our historic Christian faith and acknowledge its supremacy over man-made laws and opinions. We affirm that our Christian faith provides the surest means of securing the welfare of all mankind; and that our first allegiance is to the Lord not the State.
  3. Separation of Church and State: We hold that as currently practiced, “Separation of Church and State” forces a de facto state religion of degenerate Secular Humanism on everyone. We affirm that the Constitution makes no reference to “separation of church and state.”  We support the original meaning and intent of Jefferson’s separation theory of church and state, which prohibits the federal government from establishing a national religion (e.g., Church of the U.S.).
  4. No Tax on Churches: There must be no taxing of religious institutions.
  5. No Gag on Pastors: Pastors, rabbis, churches, synagogues, religious organizations and religious societies should be permitted to take public stands on issues of morality and faith without fear of reprisal.
  6. Repeal the Johnson Amendment: We support the repeal of the Johnson Amendment, and its non-enforcement until repeal is achieved.
  7. No Restrictions on Charities: We oppose any restrictions by any government agency on individual taxpayer contributions to churches, faith-based charities, and other non-profit organizations.
  8. Religious Freedom for Business Owners: We support the removal of laws and regulations that are used to force business owners and employees to violate their sincerely held beliefs. We further support passage of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) that mirrors the federal RFRA.
  9. Religious Freedom of Speech and Practice: We call on Congress to repeal the Johnson Amendment that assaults the free speech of pastors and religious organizations. We further resolve to protect the First Amendment rights of any citizen to practice their religion and exercise their right to free speech in the public square, as well as in religious organization affiliations.

Defending the Family

We affirm the traditional family is the basic building block of a stable and healthy nation and the foundation of a great society. We support the affirmation of traditional Christian family values and oppose the continued assault on those values. We believe that the family is the ideal social unit. All the evidence leads us to believe that a happy family is the ideal environment in which children can grow and develop. Over the last 50 years or so there has been a marked decline in the strength of the American Family, with rising divorce rates and a dramatic increase in the number of single-parent families. A number of studies have revealed that children from one-parent families or from broken homes are far more likely to struggle in life with significantly increased risks of poverty, suicide, homelessness, and chemical and substance abuse. We will propose solutions to improve the American Family to build a healthy and stable America, morally, economically, and demographically.
  1. Pro-Children: We support the encouragement of large families as a means of growth in our national population as opposed to large levels of immigration.
  2. Homelessness Plan: We call for;
  1. The use of every tool, lever, and authority to take homeless citizens off the streets to get them the help they need.
  2. Using the funds given to Ukraine and other Foreign Nations on assisting and helping Homeless citizens, specifically Veterans
  3. The banning of Urban Camping wherever possible with violators being arrested but given the option to accept treatment and services if they are willing to be rehabilitated.
  4. Opening up of large parcels of inexpensive lands, bringing in the best doctors and psychiatrists, social workers, and drug rehab specialists and creating tent cities where homeless citizens can be relocated and their problems identified.
  5. For those only temporarily down on their luck, the government will move to assist them in quickly reintegrate into a normal life.
  6. For those suffering from addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues, they will get the proper treatment they require.
  7. For those who are severely mentally unwell and deeply disturbed, they will be brought back to newly restored psychiatric recovery facilities where they belong with the goal of eventually reintegrating them into society when they can manage their problems
  1. Protecting Children: We support;
  1. Revoking of Pro-Gender Affirming Care Policies for Children and re-branding this care as child abuse and sexual assult / genital mutilation, both felonies with stiff, lengthy penalties including loss of medical license.
  2. Signing of a new Executive Order instructing all federal agencies to cease all programs that promote the concept of Sex and Gender transition,
  3. Asking Congress to permanently stop Federal Taxpayer dollars from being used to promote the stated procedures.
  4. The passing of a new legislation that prohibits sexual mutilation of children in all 50 states.
  5. Declaration that any hospital or healthcare provider that participates in such care will no longer meet federal health and safety standards for Medicaid and Medicare and shall thus be immediately terminated from the program.
  6. The Creation of a Private Right of Action for Victims to sue doctors who performed said procedures.
  7. Using the Department of Justice to investigate Big Pharma and the Big Hospital Networks to determine if they have covered up long term side effects of sex transition to get rich at the expense of vulnerable patients.
  8. Investigate whether Big Pharma or others has illegally marketed hormones or puberty blockers which were in way licensed or approved for said use.
  9. The Department of Education shall inform states and school districts that if any teacher or school official suggests to a child that they could be trapped in the wrong body, they will face severe consequences including potential civil rights violations for sex discrimination and the elimination of federal funding and the loss of their teaching credentials permanently.
  10. As part of the new Credentialing body for teachers, pro-nuclear family education will be promoted, the roles of mothers and fathers in said family and how crucial they are to society, and celebrating the differences between the sexes.
  11. Asking Congress to pass a bill Establishing that the idea of Gender is a fraud in and of itself and that the colloquially correct term is sex and are the only real sexes, assigned at conception and unable to be changed.
  12. Making clear that Title IX prohibits men from participating in Women’s sports.
  13. Protection of the Rights of Parents being forced to allow their child to assume a gender which is new and an identity without the parents consent. [Federal] Gender - affirming care that is rarely required to treat true cases of gender dysphoria should be banned for every child under the age of 21.
  1. Financially Strong Traditional Families: We support policies that will restore conditions where families with children can live on a single income.
  2. Honoring Fathers: Nature, common sense, and the last fifty years of sociological research have shown how indispensable fathers are, particularly in the raising and mentoring of sons and daughters, protecting them from predators of various types.
  3. Honoring Mothers: Motherhood should be accorded a place as the most honorable and important of vocations, which often requires full attention, without the distractions of economic hardship and the requirement for other employment. We favor making homemakers eligible for Social Security benefits by virtue of the market value of their work as homemakers. Employers must accommodate both working mothers’ and fathers’ schedule interruptions during the younger years of a child’s life.
  4. Our Senior Citizens: Our society has forgotten that wisdom comes from experience, not from ideas. Older people have the experience that younger people lack. We will ensure that older people's involvement in the decision-making of society, such as the making of decisions by government, is increased.
  5. Men and Women: We hold this truth to be self-evident, that men are men and women are women and both are happiest when they embrace that truth. The modern Left’s attack on natural and traditional roles for men and women has left both men and women confused and less satisfied with life. There is great pressure on young women to abandon their femininity and pursue any career other than that of wife and mother, and young men are told that their masculinity is toxic and their urge to protect and provide is oppressive of women. The Left’s attempts to deny basic biology and attack the traditional family must be resisted at all costs.
  6. Parental Rights and Responsibilities: Local, state, or federal laws, regulations, or policies that limit parental rights in the rearing of both biological and adopted children should be repealed. Parents have the God-given right and responsibility to direct and guide their children’s moral education, discipline their children, and provide the boundaries and loving example that every child needs.
  7. Definition of Marriage: We support the definition of marriage as a God-ordained, legal and moral commitment only between one natural man and one natural woman.
  8. Homosexual Behavior: We affirm God’s biblical design for marriage and sexual behavior between one biological man and one biological woman, which has proven to be the foundation for all great nations in Western Civilization. We oppose homosexual marriage, regardless of state of origin. We urge the various state legislatures to pass religious liberty protections for individuals, businesses, and government officials who believe marriage is between one man and one woman. We oppose the granting of special legal entitlements or creation of special status for homosexual behavior, regardless of state of origin. We oppose any criminal or civil penalties against those who oppose homosexuality out of faith, conviction, or belief in traditional values.
  9. State Authority over Marriage: We support withholding jurisdiction from the federal courts in cases involving family law, especially any changes in the definition of marriage.
  10. Spousal Benefits: We shall not recognize or grant to any unmarried person the legal rights or status of a spouse, including granting benefits by political subdivisions.
  11. No-Fault Divorce: We urge the various State legislatures to rescind no-fault divorce laws.
  12. Covenant Marriage: We support covenant marriage as an option and ideal for all marriages.
  13. Overturn Unconstitutional Ruling: We believe this decision, overturning a state law prohibiting same-sex marriage, has no basis in the Constitution and should be reversed, returning jurisdiction over the definition of marriage to the states. The Governor and other elected officials of the state should assert our Tenth Amendment right and reject the Supreme Court ruling.
  14. Gambling: We oppose the expansion of legalized gambling, in all forms.
  15. Gender Identity Facilities in Businesses: We support enacting legislation in the states ensuring no government entity in the state be allowed to take it upon itself to define for any private business or private entity how it must segregate its restrooms, changing facilities, or showers; nor may any government agency be allowed to require businesses to profess, espouse, or adopt specific views on sex, sexuality, gender, or gender identity, other than to guarantee that views and positions on these matters are not used as a basis to deny access to public accommodations, as defined by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, nor to deny employment, or discriminate in employment decisions, solely on the basis of a person’s views on these matters.
  16. Child Rights: We call on the various state legislatures to pass legislation to protect privacy in public schools and government buildings as allowed by Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, by ensuring multi-use facilities, including showers, changing rooms, and bathrooms, are designated for and used only by persons based on the person’s biological sex.
  17. No Sexuality Indoctrination: We call on the state legislature to pass legislation so that no public school or other educational institution may force, require, or pressure any child or student to profess, espouse, or adopt, or otherwise be indoctrinated without explicit parental consent, specific views on sex, sexuality, gender, or gender identity.
  18. Child Abuse and Mutilation: We consider the abuse of children, including the use of hormone-blocking drugs and bodily mutilation, to be among the worst crimes possible and we will call for swift justice and punishment under law for child abusers and child mutilators.
  19. Sundays: We consider Sunday, the day of worship and rest, to be an important part of traditional American life, which should not be changed by commercial pressures. We will protect its character.

Defending Life

  1. Abolish Abortion: We call upon the various state legislatures to enact legislation stopping the murder of preborn children; and to ignore and refuse to enforce any and all federal statutes, regulations, executive orders, and court rulings that would deprive an preborn child of the right to life.
  2. Personhood: We support federal and state legislation to define the preborn as persons under the 14th Amendment.
  3. Planned Parenthood: We support completely eliminating public funding for Planned Parenthood and any other abortion providers and all their affiliates, and we oppose their digital or physical presence in our schools and other public institutions. We also support the elimination of public funding for embryonic stem cell research, research on fetal tissue, or human cloning.
  4. Chemical Abortions: All abortions, including chemical abortions intentionally kill an innocent human being and are dangerous and sometimes deadly to the mother. Chemical abortions currently account for half of the abortions committed nationwide. These typically occur at home, and require mothers to deliver the deceased remains into toilets that pollute public water systems creating environmental toxicity.
  5. Protecting the Vulnerable: Rape, incest, and child trafficking is aided by the abortion industry which frequently will not alert authorities of child pregnancy, thereby destroying evidence of a crime committed against a minor. Child protection agencies must be alerted for innocent girls forced into abortion.
  6. Genocide of the Preborn: Abortion has reached genocidal proportions in minority communities where the disproportionate abortion rates are staggering. This racial targeting is deliberate and immoral.
  7. Fetal Tissue Harvesting and Stem Cell Research: We support legislation prohibiting experimentation or commercial use of human fetal tissue, which requires or is dependent upon the destruction of human life. We encourage adult stem cell research using cells from umbilical cords, from adults, and from any other means that does not kill human embryos
  8. Human Embryos: We support the adoption of human embryos and the banning of human embryo trafficking.
  9. State Authority over Abortion: We urge Congress to take immediate action, under the authority extended to them in Article III of the Constitution of the United States, to put forth legislation remanding all authority over abortion to the individual states and removing all standing on the issue of abortion from the federal judiciary.
  10. Fundamental Right to Life: All innocent human life must be respected and safeguarded from fertilization to natural death; therefore, the preborn, the aged, and the physically or mentally challenged have a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed.

Education

  1. Education: We believe that a free society demands an educated people. Parents have the right and the duty to decide how and where their child will be educated, whether it be a public, private, home, or religious education.
  2. Salute to 250 Years of American Independence: We support;
  1. Establishing of a task force named “Salute to America 250”, responsible to coordinate with state and local governments to ensure the entire year of 2025 from Memorial Day to the end of the Year to July 4th 2026
  2. Working with all fifty state governors of both parties to create the Great American State Fair, a unique one year exhibition featuring pavilions from all 50 states showcasing the glory of every state in the Union, promoting pride in our history, and putting forth innovative visions for America’s future using the Iowa State Fair Grounds.
  3. Hosting of major sporting contests for High School Athletes to allow young Americans to show off the best of America’s skill, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.
  4. Signing of an executive order that will bring back an executive garden of national heroes, commissioning artists for the first 100 statues for the new park honoring America’s founders and historical icons.
  5. Inviting of leaders and citizens of nations around the world to visit the United States in honor of its 250 years of Independence.
  6. Asking of America’s Religious Communities to pray for the nation and its people as it prepares for the momentous occasions.
  1. Campus Speech: We urge the various state legislatures to recognize the rights of those on college campuses to practice their faith and their right to free speech. We further urge that the various state legislatures write legislation to protect the right of anyone who steps onto college campuses, to prohibit college campuses from stripping away their First Amendment rights of free speech and practicing their religion. We support withdrawal of public funding from any college or university within this state that actively or passively discriminates or permits discrimination against the free speech of either students or guest speakers. Student groups shall have the unfettered right to elect their leaders, choose their members, and set their organization’s mission, purpose, and standard of conduct. [Federal, State]
  2. Foreign Charter Schools: Charter schools should have accountability and transparency to local parents, taxpayers, and the State, as do current public schools, including United States citizenship of public school trustees. We oppose public funding of charter schools that receive money from foreign entities. We urge the various state legislatures to enact legislation that requires charter school operators to be American citizens. [State]
  3. Supporting Military Families in Education: We believe that truancy laws should be amended to allow a 5-day absence prior to deployments. We support the waiver of out-of-state tuition for any dependent of military personnel stationed in state. [State, Local]
  4. Abolish Department of Education: Since education is not an enumerated power of the Federal Government, we believe the Department of Education should be abolished, and prohibit the transfer of any of its functions to any other federal agency. [Federal]
  5. Sexual Education: We do not believe in making children worldly wise (and world-weary) as early in life as possible. We will encourage parents to provide an ordered and protective environment so that children can enjoy a prolonged period of innocence. We demand the state various state legislatures pass a law prohibiting the teaching of sex education, sexual health, or sexual choice, or identity in any public school in any grade whatsoever, or disseminating or permitting the dissemination by any party of any material regarding the same. All school districts, individual schools, or charter schools are prohibited from contracting with or making any payment to any third party for material concerning any of the above topics. Until this prohibition goes into effect, sexual education shall only utilize sexual risk avoidance programs and promote abstinence outside of marriage. [State, Local]
  6. Protect Women’s Sports: We hold that biological men shall compete only against other biological men and biological women shall compete only against other biological women in athletics in the public school system of Georgia and at the collegiate level. [State, Local]
  7. 1776 Project: Creation of a new credentialing body that will certify teachers who embrace patriotic values, support the American way of life, and understand that their job is to educate children.
  8. Extracurricular Opportunities: We encourage nonpublic school parents to create extracurricular opportunities for their children where they are not readily available and in a manner that they can be free from discriminatory testing, intrusive government oversight, or harmful school policies regarding mixed-gender students in bathrooms and locker rooms. We encourage the various state legislatures to find ways to allow nonpublic school students’ participation. Any home school student that does not participate will be unaffected. [State, Local]
  9. Religious Freedom and Public Schools: We urge school administrators and officials not to infringe on school students’ and staffs’ rights to pray and engage in religious speech, individually or in groups, on school property without government interference. We urge the various state legislatures to end censorship of discussion of religion in our founding documents and encourage discussing those documents, including the Bible as their basis. Students and district personnel have the right to display religious items on school property. [State, Local]
  10. Freedom of Speech on University Campuses: We support the protection of free speech rights on public universities, including the elimination of politically correct speech codes and “bias-response teams.”
  11. Special Treatment: Our state universities and public schools shall not make special concessions based on religious practices, which create undue burdens and costs for the institution. [State, Local]
  12. Equal Access: All students shall have equal access to all state-supported grants, scholarships, and loans, based upon measurable academic criteria. Illegal aliens shall not be eligible for state or federal grants. We support the suspension of federal funding from universities that prohibit military recruitment on campus. We support college admissions based solely on merit. [State]
  13. Tenure: We support certification of tenure requirements every five years to maintain the quality of the teaching staff. [State]
  14. Teaching the Basics: We believe schools should give primary emphasis to teaching basic skills (e.g. reading, grammar, spelling, arithmetic) rather than social or psychological matters. We further support the use of intensive, systematic phonics to teach first-grade children how to read.
  15. National Testing: We reject national testing and imposition of national standards.
  16. College Tuition: We call upon the various state legislatures to take reasonable measures to curtail tuition increases. We further oppose in-state college tuition for illegal aliens. [State]
  17. Student Loans: The federal student loan program should be repealed. [Federal]
  18. Juvenile Daytime Curfew: We strongly oppose juvenile daytime curfews. We believe truancy laws or harassment by any school district, education agency, or child protective services employees are a real threat to our liberty, and we will defend the educational liberties we have gained with diligence and urgency. [State, Local]
  19. Local Control for Education: We believe that all children should have access to quality education. Under the US Constitution, the power to regulate education is reserved exclusively to the States and to the people. Parents have the primary right and responsibility to educate their children. The classroom should be a place where all viewpoints are welcomed, free speech is celebrated, and “person before politics” beliefs are preached. We support the right of parents to freely choose public, charter, private, parochial, or home schooling for their children. We support the right of parents to choose the specific public school that their children attend. No child should be forced to attend a failing school. We reject the imposition of federal education standards and the tying of any government funding to the adoption of federal education standards. We reject the intrusion of government in private, parochial or home schools. We affirm that the policies, procedures, activities, and finances of public education at all levels should be fully transparent. To ensure transparency, the check register of all traditional school districts and charter schools should be posted online with the link on the homepage. We respect parental authority regarding sex education. We believe that abortion providers and affiliates should be prohibited from providing any curriculum or instruction in schools. [State, Local]
  20. School Options: Families should be empowered to choose from public, private, charter, or homeschool options for their children’s education, using tax credits or exemptions without government constraints or intrusion. [State, Local]
  21. Basic Standards: The educational system should focus on basic standards which include, but are limited to a curriculum of reading (with an emphasis on phonics), spelling, writing, civics, the arts, music, literature, mathematics, science, geography, economics, and United States and world history. We encourage teaching critical thinking skills, including logic, rhetoric and analytical sciences within these subjects. [State, Local]
  22. Scientific Theories: We support objective teaching of scientific theories, such as life origins and environmental change. These should be taught as challengeable scientific theories subject to change as new data is produced. Teachers and students should be able to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of these theories openly and without fear of retribution or discrimination of any kind. [State, Local]
  23. National Core Curriculum: We oppose the use of national or international standards in the states (i.e. Common Core, CSCOPE, United Nations Inclusion, etc.) We also oppose the modification of college entrance exams to reflect any national core philosophies. Any school district that violates state law banning the use of a national core curriculum or standards shall lose all state funding until said curricula or standards are removed and no longer utilized in classrooms. [Federal, State, Local]
  24. American Identity: We favor strengthening our common American identity, which includes the contribution and assimilation of diverse racial and ethnic groups. Students shall pledge allegiance to the United States and their State flags daily to instill patriotism. Students have the right to display patriotic items on school property. [State, Local]
  25. Bilingual Education: We encourage non-English speaking students to transition, via best practices, to English within one year, allowing them to quickly assimilate and succeed in American society. We further urge Congress to end federal funding of so-called bilingual education (teaching immigrant children in their native languages). [State, Local]
  26. Gender Identity: The official position of the schools with respect to transgenderism should be that there are only two sexes: male and female as defined by God and bilogy. [State, Local]
  27. Healthcare in Public Schools: Legislators shall prohibit reproductive health care services, including counseling, referrals, and distribution of condoms and contraception through public schools. We support parents’ right to choose, without penalty, which medications are administered to their minor children. [State, Local] Under no circumstances is any child to be vaccinated without written parental consent. Under no circumstances is any educational facility to be allowed to force pediatric or adolescent vaccines as a criteria for attending school or participating in sports and other extra-curricular activity. An unvaccinated child MUST NEVER be discriminated against or punished for exercising this God given right to choose. Under no circumstances is any educational facility allowed to exercise the child abuse practice of forced masking.
  28. School Security: The various state legislatures shall pass a statute that allows school teachers, or other school employees, who are certified and insured, to be authorized to carry a concealed gun on the premises of their assigned school for security and protection purposes. We support teachers and staff, who obtain concealed carry licenses, and obtain additional training required by the district, to have the right to carry firearms on school premises. [State, Local]
  29. School Security Plan: The various state legislatures are urged to adopt as a legislative priority to mandate by state law that all publicly funded school districts be required to submit a viable school security plan as part of an accountability program. The school security plan must explicitly provide for the personal security of students and staff by responding with an equal and opposite force to an aggressor that uses deadly weapons or devices. In an effort to customize plans for each district, a parent oversight commission will be consulted and advised as to the threat assessment status of schools at all times and must be allowed to partake in strategy sessions for the creation of the school security plan. [State, Local]
  30. Cultural Vouchers: We believe that it is the vital national interest that our children know the stories and histories of their ancestors in particular and our nation in particular. Therefore, we support a program of local and state funded annual vouchers to fund visits of students and their families to our state and nation’s historic battlefields, museums, etc. [State, Local]
  31. Elected State Board of Education: We believe that the State Board of Education should be elected by the people for a four-year term, consisting of one member for each congressional district. Their responsibilities must include maintaining sole authority over all curricula content and the state adoption of all educational materials. This process must include public hearings. [State]

Elections

  1. Civic Duty: We favor community service, civic and political involvement, and an understanding of the Constitution. We consider it the duty of every American to inform self and others of the domestic enemies to freedom, to sound the alert, and to stand up for America while freedom can still be preserved. We maintain that it is the civic duty of all Americans to be vocal and vigilant in returning the size and powers of the federal government to the limits of the original Constitution, and in restoring all rights and powers belonging to the states and to the people. We favor informed and responsible voting.  We hold that continuing to vote for the status quo will perpetuate the same corruption, advance the overthrow of our Constitution, and guarantee the surrender of all rights, liberties and national independence to the tyranny and despotism of enemies, foreign and/or domestic.
  2. Cybersecurity: We support government efforts in cybersecurity to safeguard for privacy, election, intellectual property, and public safety while respecting civil rights.
  3. Cybersecurity Voter Registration: The states should use any undedicated federal election funds received to improve the security of our online voter registration data.
  4. Protecting Active Military Right to Vote: We urge the United States Attorney General to ensure that voting rights of our armed forces will neither be denied nor obstructed, and all valid absentee votes shall be counted.
  5. Early Voting: We support the repeal of early voting and return to a single Election Day with the option of absentee ballot for stated cause. This will be in keeping with both the spirit and letter of the Constitution.
  6. None of these Candidates/None of the Above (NOTA): We support the mandatory inclusion of an NOTA option in all elections. Whenever the NOTA wins the election the seat shall be declared vacant and a new election called.
  7. Fair Election Procedures: We support modifications to and the strengthening of election laws to ensure ballot integrity and fair elections. We support the Secretary of State strictly enforcing printing of results tapes for electronic voting for early voting and Election Day at polling locations after the polls close for all counties. We support increased scrutiny and security in balloting by mail, prohibition of internet voting and any electronic voting lacking a verifiable paper trail, prosecution for election fraud with jail sentences, repeal of the unconstitutional Help America Vote Act, and assurance that each polling place has distinctly marked, where possible. We support all means of protecting the integrity of our elections, including the use of paper ballots. We oppose countywide polling locations due to heightened potential for fraud.
  8. Offense Enforcement for In-Person Voting: We support raising to felony status infractions of the State Election Code during in-person voting, including allowing persons not on the voter list to vote a regular ballot, willfully misclassifying the reason for a provisional ballot, giving one voter multiple ballot access codes or multiple ballots, and all forms of voter assistance not compliant with state law, especially “assistants” who force themselves on voters to influence their votes.
  9. Felon Voting: We support the constitutional authority of state legislatures to regulate voting, including disenfranchisement of convicted felons.
  10. Voter Photo ID: We continue to fight for meaningful voter ID requirements for all elections and support other states’ attempts to pass the same.
  11. Actual Residence: We support changes to the appropriate sections of state law that would deny or cancel Homestead Exemptions, driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, License to Carry, and hunting and fishing licenses if the addresses on those documents DO NOT match the address on the voter’s registration.
  12. Consolidated Elections: All public elections, with the exception of specially called elections, should be consolidated to Primary and General Election days and locations.
  13. Voter Registration: We support restoring integrity to the voter registration rolls and reducing voter fraud. We support the repeal of all motor voter laws, re-registering voters every four years, requiring photo ID of all registrants, proof of residency and U.S. citizenship, along with voter registration application, retention of the 30-day registration deadline, and requiring that a list of certified deaths be provided to the Secretary of State in order that the names of deceased voters be removed from the list of registered voters. The State Health Dept should provide this automatically and SOE’s should be required to remove a deceased voter within 30 days.
  14. Nursing Home Voting: County election officials should provide an Election Judge, Alternate Judge, and Election Clerk for an in-person voting time during the early voting period in every healthcare/nursing home/retirement facility in the county. This will allow bedside voting, if necessary, and the ability to provide fraud-free elections for handicapped and elderly voters. We support legislative change allowing personal representatives and POA’s to submit activated healthcare POA’s as sufficient evidence to suspend voting rights until such time that an activated healthcare POA is rescinded by two actively practicing physicians.
  15. Campaigning at Poll Sites: We encourage free speech at polling sites outside of the existing boundaries. The right to campaign, including the display of signage, with respect to current state law, at an appropriate distance (150 feet) from the polling place, shall not be infringed.
  16. Voting Rights: We support equal suffrage for all qualified United States citizens. We oppose any identification of citizens by race, origin, or creed and oppose use of any such identification for purposes of creating voting districts. We urge that the Voting Rights Act of 1965, codified and updated in 1973, be repealed and not reauthorized.
  17. Electoral College: We support the Electoral College.
  18. Direct Elections of State Judges: We support our right to select our judges by direct vote.
  19. Earned Incumbency: We support passage of a law requiring newly appointed elected officials to run in their first election following their appointment without the incumbent designation by their name.
  20. Government Authority: We believe any government authority that has the ability to level a tax or fee on the people should be accountable to those who pay the taxes via the electoral process, from the local level to the federal level.
  21. English Only Ballots: English, and only English, shall appear on any ballot for any election in the United States of America and in the states.
  22. Nonpartisan Elections: We believe that the introduction of nonpartisan election for any office is harmful to the public, since it denies them the ability to better understand the worldview and beliefs of their potential elected leaders. We therefore oppose nonpartisan elections generally, and in Republican areas in particular.
  23. Closed Primary: We support protecting the integrity of the primary election by applying a closed primary system.
  24. Conventions: We support a convention nominating system based on the Utah and Virginia models that gives greater influence to Republican activists and helps to hold elected officials accountable to Republican principles by a better informed electorate.

Foreign Policy

  1. Foreign Policy: We support a foreign policy that relies on peace through the strength of our national defense and avoids foreign deployments or entanglements. We support free market enterprise, private humanitarian aid to developing countries, continued favorable treatment of proven allies, censure of adversarial entities that seek destruction of other countries, and strong policy on confronting terrorists. We strongly oppose the use of mass slaughter or genocide for the purpose of religious or ethnic cleansing. We oppose US aid to any foreign entity that consistently votes against our interests or is openly hostile to our nation. We support the right of all distinctive peoples to pursue self-determination and nationhood. We support the rights of the nation over the demands of multinational and global institutions.

  3. Arm Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan with all needed weapons for defense against a Chinese attack.
  4. Work with India, Japan, and Russia to contain China.
  5. Place a 20% tariff on all Chinese imports. Revenues from the tariff will be used to fund the programs listed below and to subsidize exports to China.
  6. Increase spending on our defense in space to counter Chinese expansion.
  7. The banning of Chinese Businessmen, Companies, and the Chinese Government from purchasing American Infrastructure and Land.
  8. Enacting of Aggressive New Restrictions on Chinese Ownership of any vital American Infrastructure, including Energy, Technology, Telecommunications, Farmland, Natural Resources, Medical Supplies, and other strategic national assets.
  9. A halt on all future Chinese purchases in any of the previously mentioned industries.
  10. Beginning a Process of forcing the Chinese to sell any current holdings that puts National Security at risk.
  1. The English Speaking Nations: Our ability to form close relations with other nations depends to some extent on the availability of a common language and historical ties. In these respects there are opportunities for establishing closer links with Australia and New Zealand, Canada, and the UK. We will encourage citizens and the governments of these nations to increasingly recognize their common roots as a basis for greater cooperation with us.
  2. Foreign Aid: We support foreign aid in non-monetary form (goods and services) only to our allies in cases of national defense or catastrophic disasters, with congressional approval.
  3. Israel: We support the right of Israel to exist as a free and sovereign nation, and as our most consistent ally in the Middle East. We believe its continued safety and security are paramount for the peace and stability of the region.
  4. Israel’s Sovereignty: We further insist upon Israel’s right to exist, its right to secure borders, and its right to the land secured by practicing self-defense from aggressive enemies. We strongly encourage other nations of the world to respect Israel’s sovereignty, right of self-determination, and right of self-defense. We oppose any pressuring of Israel to make concessions they believe would jeopardize their security.
  5. Jerusalem: We are grateful that the U.S. Embassy in Israel has been moved to Jerusalem. We believe that Jerusalem should remain Israel’s undivided capital, accessible to people of all faiths.
  6. BDS: We strongly oppose the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
  7. Taiwan: We call upon the federal government to move toward full diplomatic recognition of Taiwan as an independent and sovereign nation and to renew our commitment to defend our security interests in the Western Pacific region in the face of China's military provocations which threaten its neighbors and critical maritime trade routes.
  8. South Africa: We call upon the federal government to place sanctions on the marxist government of South Africa until they stop their policy of land confiscation and race based persecution.
  9. Ukraine: We call for an end to U.S. funding in the Russo-Ukrainian War and the U.S. government should stop funding this war.
  10. UN Arms Trade Treaty: The United States should withdraw from the UN Arms Trade Treaty.

  1. Our withdrawal from the current United Nations.

  4. Rights of the Child
  5. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) — an “Equal Rights Amendment” enforced by the UN

Gun Rights

  1. Second Amendment: We believe that nearly all federal gun control laws are unconstitutional and therefore should be repealed by Congress and or nullified by the states. We further believe that the Second Amendment was intended primarily to protect the people's right to defend themselves against an unconstitutional and tyrannical central government.
  2. Right to Self-Defense: We affirm that lawful gun ownership and carry by the people protects us from those who wish to do harm and guards against tyranny by our own government. We call upon our elected officials to resist the narrative that the solution to every problem is less freedom and more regulation, and instead pursue policies that respect freedom while also increasing safety.
  3. Constitutional Carry: We support constitutional carry legislation through any legislative means so law-abiding citizens may carry any legally owned guns openly or concealed while maintaining the option of a free-permit for reciprocity purposes only.
  4. Intrastate Protection Act: We support an Intrastate Protection Act to clarify that guns made and sold in a state are not subject to the Interstate Commerce Clause of the US Constitution, and legislation denying state funding to any state or local agencies that enforce federal weapons laws not also affirmed by the laws of the respective states.
  5. Gun-Free Zones: We oppose governmental prohibitions on citizens who have a constitutional right to own and carry the weapon(s) of their choice from doing so. We oppose state-mandated location restrictions, the Federal Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990, and the National Firearms Act.
  6. Red Flag: We oppose monitoring programs including the Red Flag (that would deprive someone of their right to keep and bear arms without being convicted of a crime or found mentally incompetent by a medical psychiatric professional) or iWatch proposals and any program that causes gun owners to be investigated by law enforcement or appear before a judge when there is no reasonable cause of a crime committed. We oppose increased background checks, as they are highly prone to “false positives” and hinder law-abiding citizens’ ability to defend themselves, rather than reduce crime.
  7. Firearms Storage: We oppose mandates on personal firearms storage, maintaining that it is the responsibility of an individual to safely store his or her firearms and choose responsibly when and how to make them available to minors.
  8. Weapons Restrictions: We support all legislation and policies that reduce restrictions on legal gun owners to purchase, own, or carry any type of gun, ammunition, accessory, knife, or other weapon, and oppose all that hinder the same.
  9. Responsible Gun Owners: We call upon gun owners to regulate themselves through exercising safe handling procedures, voluntarily receiving training and helping others to train others, and safely carrying firearms as a deterrent to crime.
  10. Gun Owner Age: We believe law-abiding citizens 18 years and older have the right to purchase, possess and carry firearms, including hand guns.
  11. National Reciprocity: We support national reciprocity and call upon Congress to pass it.

Unelected Bureaucrats: We oppose the empowerment of unelected bureaucrats, and we support defunding and abolishing the departments or agencies of the Internal Revenue Service; Education; Energy; Housing and Urban Development; Commerce; Health and Human Services; Labor; Interior (specifically, the Bureau of Land Management); Transportation Security Administration; the ATF; and National Labor Relations Board. In the interim, executive decisions by departments or agencies must be reviewed and approved by Congress before taking effect.

Implementation of a Seven Year Cooling off period before any employee of any intelligence agencies can take a job at a major platform or run for Public Office.

  3. Sunset Commission: We support a majority citizen-led Sunset Commission.
  4. Legislative Accountability: We support a transparent and accountable legislative process which includes a recorded and published vote and prohibits a legislative change without a recorded vote. All content of any bill must be germane to the title of the act. We support that all bills presented in the United States Congress and the various state legislatures include citations to the authorizing constitutional provision, cost to implement, and impact on the family. We oppose omnibus legislation and the insertion of “pork barrel” funding for special interests. We oppose the use of signing statements by the President to circumvent the law.
  5. Defunding Leftist Organizations: Will call for the defunding for subversive leftist groups and organizations such as Planned Parenthood, the Open Society Foundation, the ACLU, La Raza.
  6. Federal Offices Location: Offices attached to the seat of the Federal Government should not be required to exercise their offices in the District of Columbia. Health and Human Services

  1. Certificate of Need: We urge the various state legislatures to abolish Certificate of Need (CON)
  2. Caring for Our Mentally Disabled Citizens: We urge the various state legislatures to continue funding and operating all state-supported living centers for mentally disabled legal residents, and to continually seek common sense improvements to increase efficiency.

  2. Defunding HUD’s AFFH: We support defunding HUD’s Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH).
  3. Child Support Related to Welfare: Mothers applying for government financial support should provide the verifiable name and any known contact information of the birth father, which information shall be turned over to the State Attorney General’s Office within 30 days for collection of child support. We support reforming the more than 70 welfare programs that provide cash, food, housing, health care, and other benefits, mostly to low-income single mothers with children, by inserting provisions that reward marriage and discourage single motherhood; and also requiring recipients to work (or apply for work) and stay off drugs in order to continue receiving benefits.
  4. Gender Identity: We oppose all efforts to validate transgender identity. We call upon our various state legislatures to enact laws prohibiting the use of hormones before the age of 18 in an attempt to change gender. We believe it should be illegal to remove healthy body parts in an effort to try to transition to the opposite sex.
  5. No Taxpayer Funding for Sex Change: We oppose the use of taxpayer funds for any type of gender dysphoria treatments or sex change operations and/or treatments.
  6. Addiction: We oppose the legalization of illicit and synthetic drugs. We also oppose any needle exchange programs. Faith-based rehabilitation programs should be considered as a part of an overall rehabilitation program.
  7. Healthcare Decisions: Healthcare decisions, including routine preventative care such as immunizations, should be between a patient and healthcare professional and should be protected from government intrusion. Abortion is not healthcare.
  8. Vaccinations: Public schools have a duty to inform parents they can opt out of CDC-recommended vaccinations for their children. 12. Compassionate Use Act: We call upon the various state legislatures to allow doctors to determine the appropriate use of cannabis to certified patients.
  13. Cannabis Classification: Congress should remove cannabis from the list of Schedule 1 and move to Schedule 2.
  14. Medicaid Reform: We support Medicaid block grants to the states and returning Medicaid to its original purpose to be a temporary assistance. We oppose any further expansion of Medicaid.
  15. Medicare Reform: Medicare Part A should have a parallel opt-out to Part B for those who have health insurance through their employer and continue to work. Part A will then kick in when they retire.
  16. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”): We demand the immediate repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which we believe to be unconstitutional.
  17. Medical Records and Informed Consent: We oppose any state or federal medical record computer database or registry (with exception to diseases that are a public health threat, i.e., HIV and/or Tuberculosis), which stores personal identifiable records on citizens without their written consent.
  18. Right to Try: We urge the various state legislatures and Governors to enact laws that allow patients and their doctors to have access to experimental medications and procedures that can potentially be lifesaving or improve quality of life.
  19. 20. Parental Consent: We support parental consent for all medical care, counseling, etc., for all minors.
  21. Conscience Clause: All persons and legal entities have the right of conscience, and should be protected under law if they conscientiously object to participate in practices that conflict with their moral or religious beliefs. 23. End-of-Life Patient Protection: We support patients’ rights, especially near the end of life, and call for reform of existing legislation so that:
  1. State law should provide that medical personnel may not deny care, change advanced directives, or originate directives for any patient without the permission of the patient or the patient’s designate.
  2. We also support the passage of legislation to require hospitals intending or threatening to withdraw life-sustaining treatment against the patient’s wishes or their advance directive to continue all treatment and care for such patients pending transfer to another facility.

Immigration

  1. Citizenship Definition: We call on the United States Congress to pass legislation that defines citizenship as those born to a citizen of the United States or through naturalization. We further call on the Federal Government to stop giving automatic U.S. citizenship to “anchor babies” born to illegal aliens. Under the 14th Amendment, illegal aliens are “subject to the jurisdiction” of their native countries.
  2. Refugee Resettlement Program: Any "refugee" who requests asylum in the United States who did not request asylum protection from the first free country he entered after expatriating his country of origin shall be rejected and permanently denied entry into the United States. We support the requirement of a referendum in any community where refugees are being resettled to approve the resettlement by a 2/3 majority vote.
  3. Amnesty: Any form of amnesty with regard to immigration policy should not be granted, including the granting of legal status to persons in the country illegally.
  4. Border Security Funding: We expect the United States Congress to make a priority of allocating funds to effectively secure the border through whatever means necessary, including but not limited to barriers, a border wall, or fence everywhere along the border where it is feasible and useful, as well as personnel and technology over land, sea, and air.
  5. Interstate Compact: The states shall establish an interstate compact allowing the participating states to enforce existing federal immigration laws, and the states shall support all efforts to enter into a border security interstate compact and gain control of the border.
  6. Citizenship Identification: We propose that every driver’s license shall indicate whether the driver is a United States citizen or legal permanent resident. Licenses shall not be issued to anyone illegally in the country. The states should not recognize as valid any state driver’s license photo where the person’s face is obscured.
  7. Eliminate Illegal Immigration Magnets: No tax dollars should be provided for social or educational programs for illegal aliens. All existing laws providing for in-state tuition and non-emergency medical care shall be rescinded. All non-verifiable foreign-issued identification cards shall be legally invalid in the United States.
  8. E-Verify: All employers should be required to screen new hires through the free E-Verify system to prevent the hiring of illegal aliens and of anyone not legally authorized to work in the US, and to protect jobs for American workers. 11. Immigration and the Economy: We believe that in bad economic times it is neither wise, nor practical, nor patriotic to allow a continuous stream of foreign nationals into the U.S. who compete with Americans for jobs.
  12. Immigration and Terrorism: America faces domestic terrorism from Islamists on an unprecedented scale, caused by the policies of mass immigration and politically correct law enforcement policies.
  13. Multiculturalism: If America is to survive, then we must rebuild our common American identity and culture. We have learned from history that multicultural societies become fractured and balkanised. South Africa, Yugoslavia, Catalonia, Syria, and Iraq are all examples of such societies.
  14. Assimilation: We believe that, in order for our nation to survive the massive waves of immigration that have occurred in the last few decades, we must provide for a time of assimilation, during which all new immigration would be strictly limited, so that those new to this country will have time to become a part of it, time to learn and come to value and appreciate our laws, our customs, our ways, and our institutions. In other words, to give them time to become true Americans, not just in law, but in mind, body, heart, and spirit as well.
  15. English as Official Language: We call for the passage of legislation making English the Official Language of the United States.
  16. Repeal Hart-Cellar Act: The Hart-Cellar Act of 1965 was sold to the American people based on lies and half-truths and has led to the largest demographic disruption in US history and as such must be repealed.
  17. Repatriation: We support the repatriation of ALL illegal aliens to their countries of origin or to any country which will receive them. We further call for a program to encourage and subsidize the voluntary repatriation of immigrants on welfare or those who have demonstrated an inability or unwillingness to assimilate.
  18. Right of Return: We support a program to encourage and subsidize voluntary emigration for any citizen of the U.S. who wishes to emigrate to their country of origin/ancestry provided that their ancestors were brought to this country against their will or immigrated to the U.S. since 1965.
  19. Use the Guard: We support the use of the National Guard to support the U.S. Border Patrol in securing our borders until a border fence/wall has been constructed.

  21. Immigration Moratorium: We support a timeout on all net immigration into the U.S., for a period of at least five years, followed by a cap on legal immigration of no more than 250,000 per year.
  22. Immigration and Welfare: We support the re-implementation and enforcement of immigration sponsorship policy or proof of financial viability to prevent immigrants from becoming a public charge.
  23. End the Diversity Visa Lottery: We support the end of the DVL which admits, at random, 50,000 aliens per year, mostly from non-Western countries including countries that sponsor terrorism.
  24. Financial Impact: We support requiring all visa holders to post a bond when entering this country to protect Americans against any harmful activity they may commit.
  25. Chain Migration: We call for an end to chain migration.
  26. Points System: We support the establishment of an immigration points system to give priority to immigrants from English-speaking countries, college graduates, entrepreneurs, and Christian refugees.
  27. Work Visas: We support the reform of the work visa system which in its current form has been devastating for American workers. We further support measures to ensure that persons here on temporary visas go home when their visas expire.
  28. Reentry: We support a ban for at least seven years on re-entry into the U.S. for anyone found guilty of having illegally entered the U.S.
  29. Dual Citizenship: We support the revocation of the citizenship of naturalized citizens who betray their oath of U.S. citizenship by claiming “dual citizenship” with their native country
  30. Census: We support requiring that aliens counted in the census may not be used for purposes of apportionment or redistricting.
  31. Foreign Aid: We support the strategic use of foreign aid to prop up friendly governments and economies in Central America to relieve pressure on our southern border.
  32. Proof of Legal Residency for Public Services: The states should require proof of legal residency for obtaining a driver’s license and enrolling in public school, and require proof of citizenship for obtaining voter registration and public benefits.

Spending

  1. Balanced Budget: We believe that the time has come to bring the federal budget back to what is constitutionally required. We support a balanced budget based on cutting federal spending rather than raising taxes.
  2. Line-Item Veto: We support the line-item veto authority of the Governor. [State]
  3. Veto Session: We support a constitutional amendment requiring the various state legislatures to return for a three-day session in response to the Governor’s veto. [State]
  4. Spending Limitations: Amend state Constitution and state statute with a stricter spending limitation based on US census population growth plus inflation as measured by the Consumer Price Index and apply the new limit to a state’s total government budget.
  5. Penny Plan: We support an annual reduction of not less than 1% in federal spending (commonly called the “Penny Plan”) until the deficit is eliminated.
  6. Biennial Budget: We further support the adoption of a biennial federal budget to help end the brinkmanship and omnibus spending bills.
  7. Government Spending: Government Spending is out of control at the federal, state, and local levels, and action is needed. We urge Congress to become fiscally responsible by immediately enacting the following items:
  1. Adopt zero-based budgeting.
  2. Adopt a policy of requiring a private sector efficiency commision for each governmental department.
  3. Prohibit Congress from passing appropriations bills unless each appropriations group is considered and passed separately.
  1. National Debt: We believe that America is being bankrupted. We call for a program to pay off the national debt no later than 2050.
  2. Bailouts and Subsidies: We encourage government to divest its ownership of all businesses that should be run in the private sector and allow the free market to prevail. We oppose all bailouts of domestic and foreign government entities, states, and all businesses, public and private. [local]

State Affairs

  1. Animal Cruelty: We support the passage and enforcement of laws against cruelty to animals and with particular focus on unnecessary cruelty in animal slaughter.
  2. Regionalism: We oppose the creation and propagation of any regional commissions or boards with the authority to impose taxes and bonded debt, and we oppose the use of eminent domain by these districts. [State, Local]
  3. Honor Our Flags: We appreciate and honor our flags and what they represent and strongly advocate for all public schools to display the US and State flags in every classroom and to begin each school day with the Pledges to both.
  4. Daylight Saving Time: We urge the various state legislatures to enact legislation to end Daylight Saving Time.
  5. Heritage: We call upon governmental entities to protect all symbols of our American heritage. We oppose governmental action to remove the public display of the Ten Commandments or other religious symbols. We support the Pledge Protection Act. We urge that the national motto “In God We Trust” and National Anthem be protected from legislative and judicial attack. Penalties should be established for any form of desecration of the American or State Flag. Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Columbus Day, St. Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Good Friday, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the 4th of July as historical holidays should remain on our governmental and public school calendars. We support the preservation of our history and historical sites.
  6. Historical Monuments: We believe all historical war memorials including Confederate monuments should be protected from future removal or defacement and that those monuments that have been removed should be restored to their historical locations. We support legislation to make it a crime to vandalize a historical monument.
  7. Property Annexation: Homeowners and landowners in an area proposed for annexation should have the right to vote to approve or reject the annexation, regardless of the population of the county.
  8. Private Property Rights: We hold that the ownership of private property is the right and privilege of every American citizen and is one of the foundation 'stones upon which this nation and its free enterprise system has been built and has prospered. We feel that private property rights and human rights are inseparable and indivisible. Only in those nations that guarantee the right of ownership of private property as basic and sacred under their law is there any recognition of human rights. We feel that the American system of private property ownership, coupled with its system of free enterprise, upon the basis of which our country has grown and prospered for four hundred years, is sacred; and, we repudiate and condemn those who propose to transform our nation into a socialist state; and, we propose to furnish and provide a national leadership that is dedicated to the preservation and perpetuation of the great American system of private enterprise and private ownership of property. There is no provision in the Federal Constitution which gives Congress the power to regulate the sale or rental of private property. Such legislation strikes at the very heart of the American system and if followed to its logical conclusion will inevitably lead to a system alien to our concept of free government, where citizens are no longer able to make decisions for themselves or manage their personal affairs. We pledge to take the Federal Government out of the business of controlling private property and return to the people the right to manage their lives and property in a democratic manner.
  9. Defending Property Rights: Property ownership and free enterprise, the foundation of our collective wealth, must not be abridged nor denied by the government. We support legislation to protect these bedrock rights. Areas of concern are: annexation, eminent domain (including foreign entities), property forfeiture, extraterritorial jurisdiction, seizure for public or private development, natural resources and conservation easements, groundwater and/or mineral rights, nationalization of lands, and the preservation of our 4th Amendment right to privacy. Property owners should be notified of their rights with regard to condemnation, annexation, or easement; and the condemner should be required to petition a court of jurisdiction to show public necessity. Taking of property should result in immediate compensation of fair market value to the owner. These issues should be administered by elected officials accountable to voters. [State, Local]
  10. Eminent Domain: The use of Eminent Domain must exclude the seizure of private property for private economic development or increased tax revenue. [State/Local]
  11. Unfunded Mandates: We urge the legislature to consider the impact on taxpayers for any mandate they pass.

Taxes

  1. Taxation: We believe that taxes must be kept low and constitutional if our economy and our people are to thrive. We believe that our economy is harmed and our liberty threatened whenever taxation becomes confiscatory and seeks to take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned.
  2. Tax Burden: We believe in the principles of constitutionally limited government based on federalist principles. To this end we encourage our elected officials at all levels of government to work to reverse the current trend of expanding government and the growing tax and debt burdens this places on “We the People.” We believe the most equitable system of taxation is one based on consumption and wish to see reforms towards that end at all levels of government.
  3. Carbon Tax: We oppose all efforts to classify carbon dioxide as a pollutant. We further urge the US Senate to defeat the “Cap-and-Trade” legislation, as it is outside the authority of the US Constitution. [Federal]
  4. Repeal the Federal Income Tax: We support the repeal of the Sixteenth Amendment and the abolition of the federal income tax.
  5. Repeal the Death Tax: We support the repeal of the inheritance or “Death Tax”.
  6. The Fair Tax: We support replacing all federal direct taxes with an Import Sales Tax (IST) and if necessary a National Sales Tax or the “Fair Tax”.
  7. End the IRS: We support the abolition of the IRS as we know it; and the collection of all federal sales taxes by state and local governments. This will help to put teeth back into the 10th Amendment.
  8. Pro-Family Tax Code: Until we can abolish the federal income tax we support a more pro-family tax policy along the lines of a 35% Flat Tax with an exemption from taxation on the first $30K of income for Singles and $75K for married couples, with a $12K annual tax credit per child.
  9. Debt Relief for Families: We favor a $50,000 interest-free loan to married couples with two children to be applied to the purchase of a home or the payment of post-secondary education student loans.
  10. Make Birth Free: Exempting prenatal and birth-related expenses from deductibles and co-pays in public and private insurance, much as preventative care is under the existing healthcare system.
  11. Medicare for All Babies: Adapting innovative Medicare/Medicaid policy precedents such as those for dialysis and HIV treatment to provide mothers in America with comprehensive prenatal, childbirth, and postpartum care. This approach would eliminate the reimbursement disparity between C-section and non-C-section births, and create financial incentives to use midwives and doulas or choose home birth or birthing centers. States would also be required to extend Medicaid’s postpartum coverage cut-off from 60 days to a minimum of 1 year after birth.
  12. Baby Bonus: We favor a monthly maternal (to married women or recent widows) stipend equivalent to a Social Security monthly payment for the first two years of a child’s life. The stipend would come with no strings attached so that families can use the money however they wish to address their family needs.
  13. Expand the Child Tax Credit: To incentivize more married couples with three or more children, We favor a $5,000 per child (aged 2 to 18) annual tax credit, which shall be eligible for carryover in case it cannot be fully used in any given year due to a low tax bill, on federal income taxes to each married couple. The bonus only kicks in for child number three or higher.
  14. State Income Tax Ban: We support the repeal of state income taxes.
  15. Truth in Taxation: We urge that taxes established for a particular purpose shall not be used for any other purpose.
  16. Public Posting: We support statewide, local taxing entities, and government entities compiling and publicly posting their current debt, future obligations, financial statements, check registers, and local government contracts on their official websites. [State, Local]
  17. Transportation and Fuel Taxes: We resolve that tax revenue derived from gasoline taxes and all other taxes/fees on our vehicles (including vehicle sales tax) should only be used for road construction and maintenance, and not be diverted to any other use, including mass transit, rail, restrictive lanes, and bicycle paths. [State, Local]
  18. SPLOST Referendum: We urge the various state legislatures to pass legislation to require that a SPLOST, ESPLOST, or TSPLOST election (state or local) must pass with at least a 2⁄3 majority of voters voting in favor and a minimum of 20% of registered voters voting in the referendum.
  19. Pro Stadiums: Tax dollars should not be used to fund the building of stadiums for professional or semi-professional sports teams. [State, Local]
  20. Abolish Property Tax: We urge replacing the property tax system with an alternative other than the income tax and requiring voter approval to increase the overall tax burden.
  21. Property Tax Rollback Elections: Until property taxes can be repealed, we urge the various state legislatures to pass legislation that mandates that rollbacks can only be cancelled by a special referendum held at a regular primary or general election.

Trade

  1. Trade: We believe that encouraging domestic manufacturing and industry is paramount to the long-term security and well-being of the United States. We support policies that encourage companies to invest in the U.S. instead of sending jobs overseas. We also demand greater support for infant industries, such as biotech, and strategic industrial sectors, such as semiconductor design and manufacturing, and for the essential infrastructure in rail and water transport to support economic growth.
  2. Trade Agreements: We call for a reciprocal trade policy and encourage action by Congress to reduce the number of regulations imposed on the manufacturing sector of our economy. We support truly free, fair trade and believe that laws that attempt to regulate how so-called “free trade” will be accomplished are, in fact, not promoting free trade at all but preventing it and are promoting, instead, its opposite.
  3. WTO: We demand immediate U.S. withdrawal from the World Trade Organization (WTO).
  4. TPA: We demand the repeal of the current Fast Track Authority/TPA.
  5. TPP: We strongly oppose the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), the Trade In Services Agreement (TISA), and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). American jobs and the American middle class cannot be sacrificed on the altar of foreign policy.
  6. CAFTA: We demand immediate U.S. withdrawal from the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA).

Transportation

  1. Toll Roads: We believe that tolls should come off the road when the debt is retired, and if the debt is ever restructured or refinanced, the pay-off date needs to remain the same or receive voter approval in order to extend the toll tax longer. Maintenance should then revert to the state Departments of Transportation. We oppose public-private partnerships, specifically regarding toll projects.
  2. Vehicle Inspection: No non-commercial vehicles should be required to obtain a state safety inspection, unless specific evidence emerges that a vehicle product line is substantially unsafe.
  3. Vehicle Registration: Vehicle Registration should only be a one-time occurrence at the point of sale.
  4. Vehicle Sales: We support allowing consumers to be able to purchase automotive vehicles directly from manufacturers.
  5. Unions: We support legislation requiring labor unions to obtain consent of the union member before that member’s dues can be used for political purposes. We oppose card check and support prohibiting governmental entities from collecting dues for labor unions through deductions from public employee paychecks.

A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR ADHERENCE TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION FOR ELIGIBILITY TO BECOME PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

WHEREAS:  The Constitutional qualifications of Presidential eligibility, as written in Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5. state: "No person except a natural born Citizen, shall be eligible, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;"

WHEREAS: An originalist and strict constructionist understanding of the Constitution in the Scalia and Thomas tradition, as well as precedent-setting U.S. Supreme Court cases below, have found that a "Natural Born Citizen" is defined as a person born on American soil of parents who are both citizens of the United States at the time of the child's birth:

Venus - 12 US 8 Cranch 253 253 (1814)

Shanks v DuPont - 28 US 3 Pet. 242 242 (1830)

Dred Scott v Sandford - 60 US 393 (1857)

Minor v Happersett - 88 US 162 (1875)

United States v Wong Kim Ark - 169 US 649 (1898)

Perkins v Elg - 307 US 325 (1939)

WHEREAS:  Several states, candidates, and major political parties have ignored this fundamental Presidential qualification, including candidates Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Kamala Harris whose parents were not American citizens at the time of their birth.

WHEREAS: Ignoring Presidential qualifications undermines the foundation of Constitutional legality for governance and security for the United States by allowing unqualified candidates to run in Primary State contests.

WHEREAS: In many states, the state Republican Parties decide which presidential candidates are allowed on the ballot for the 2024 Georgia Republican presidential primary

RESOLVED, it is the will of this convention that only candidates who meet the natural born-citizenship standard, interpreted through an originalist and strict constructionist standard, be placed on the 2024 Republican presidential primary ballots.

RESOLVED, this convention urges all members of the National Federation of Republican Assemblies and its state affiliates to use all their influence within their states, to enact the previous resolve.

A RESOLUTION REQUIRING ALLEGIANCE TO THE REPUBLICAN PARTY PLATFORMS

Whereas the Republican brand as detailed in the Platform of the Republican Party conveys meaning to the electorate; and

Whereas failure to uphold the principles enshrined in these platforms amounts to voter fraud and false advertising; and

Whereas the voting record and political behavior of a candidate for election who desires the Republican brand demonstrates his fidelity, or lack thereof, to the Republican Party; and

Whereas Republican voters expect honesty and loyalty to the tenets of the Party Platform;

Be it resolved that the NFRA and member assemblies shall take an active role in defining and defending the principles and beliefs of the Republican Party documented in the Republican Party Platforms; and

Be it resolved that the NFRA and member assemblies shall accept or support only those candidates seeking the Republican Party brand who present themselves, in person, and are affirmed through individual vetting by the Republican committee with jurisdiction for accepting or rejecting their filing fee under applicable state law; and

Be it resolved that the NFRA and member assemblies shall work within their states to establish as a standard that each candidate who seeks the Republican Party designation publicly attest to and sign a document pledging to uphold each principle of the applicable Republican Party Platform in his personal life and public office; and

Be it resolved that the NFRA and member assemblies shall labor to reject the filing of any candidate who refuses to attest and sign the pledge through the responsible committee of the Republican Party and applicable state law, and

Be it resolved that violations of their pledge will void future candidacy through the Republican Party and may be cause for a recall election for removal from elected office.

A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AN VICE PRESIDENTIAL RUNNING MATE FOR THE AMERICA FIRST REVOLUTION

WHEREAS, the America First movement, under the leadership of Donald J. Trump, has ignited a profound transformation in our nation, driving policies that prioritize the American people above all else;

WHEREAS, the next phase of this revolution requires not just a leader, but a team that stands firm against the pressures of the establishment and advances the principles of the movement;

WHEREAS, the choice of Vice Presidential candidate is paramount, demanding someone who embodies the spirit of the America First Revolution and ensures its legacy;

WHEREAS, it is essential that this running mate is as deeply committed to the cause as President Trump, and evokes a sense of determination that is both feared and loathed by the Uniparty DC Swamp, ensuring they act as a bulwark against any attempts at early removal from office;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we urge President Donald J. Trump to consider the following individuals as potential running mates, given their unwavering dedication to our nation and the America First movement:

  • Tucker Carlson: A powerful voice in media, unafraid to challenge the establishment and speak truth to power.
  • Ted Cruz: A constitutional scholar and a fighter for the rights of every American citizen.
  • Josh Hawley: A young, dynamic leader with a keen sense of justice and a deep commitment to the America First agenda.
  • Michael Flynn: A stalwart defender of American values with an unwavering dedication to our country.
  • Rand Paul: A consistent voice for limited government and a fierce advocate for individual rights.
  • Tommy Tuberville: A steadfast advocate for conservative principles and a fresh voice in the political arena.
  • J.D. Vance: An articulate spokesperson for the working class, representing the heartland of America.

By choosing a running mate from this distinguished list, President Trump will not only ensure the continuation of the America First Revolution but will also send a strong message to the Uniparty DC Swamp that the will of the American people shall not be silenced.
