Itinerary for Van Alstyne Home Game

Friday Morning Stadium Rehearsal:  7:30am.

We will go through the Mvt. 1 and Mvt. 2 (possibly some of 3) of “Full Steam Ahead”

Football Game versus Van Alstyne HS:  Home, 7:30pm.

Home games are generally much easier without the travel portion in place.  Students should plan to arrive at the High School BY 5:45pm for Middle School Band Night. We will eat Pizza and exchange our gifts with our Band Buddies!!!

I would really like to be in Half Uniform for this game. Black Shoes/Black Socks/Black Bibs(Pants)/Blue Dri-Fit (monitoring weather to decide on Summer Uniform or not - BE READY FOR EITHER).

Students will need to bring their Flipfolder/Lyre/Water Jug/Backpack  etc. with them to the Stadium. Water Coolers or Water Bottles will be provided.

We will march to the stadium  at 7:00pm.

Students will need to be prepared in Uniform and seated in their chairs by 6:45pm.  We will begin lining up to march over to the Stadium at 6:55pm. 

 We will play in the stands and also do our halftime show, and FS on the field.  3rd Quarter Snacks compliments of Band Booster Parents.  At the end of the game we will clean the Bleachers then bring back equipment to the HS band room.
