New complimentary and confidential help for nonprofit organizations that serve Oswego County!

By popular request, the Shineman Foundation is offering office hours with nonprofit consultants in 2025. In addition to existing programs, workshops, coaching, and capacity assessments, Heidi Holtz and Elizabeth Quilter will offer virtual and in-person office hours. Nonprofit staff and/or board members are welcome to participate. This is a pilot project. We will assess it after this year to determine if we will offer it again.

Office hours reflect consultant availability to offer confidential quick advice, answer questions, or provide referrals.  You may drop in (walk-in at Shineman office for Elizabeth, zoom-in to  Heidi’s virtual office) – but to ensure that you secure the time you need, we recommend scheduling ahead of time.  

Generally,  Heidi is virtual on the first Tuesday, from 4:30 – 6:30 and Elizabeth is in person on the third Thursday from 11 – 1. Some months may differ.
