SEVENTEEN FANSITE DOCUMENT

DISCLAIMERS:

1. This document is used to list out instances where fansites have violated rules set in place by Hybe, Pledis, and local laws.
2. Fansites listed in RED are classified as sasaengs, and have exhibited repeating behavior with no remorse, or corrective action.
3. Fansites listed in ORANGE have exhibited sasaeng behaviors, with repetition. If the actions continue/worsen, they would be moved up into the sasaeng category (red)
4. Fansites in BLACK have exhibited some problematic behaviors, and have not repeated it OR are inactive as of 2023. They are listed in this document to make carats aware when consuming their media or purchasing any goods.
5. This document was reconstructed and updated based on a prior (now inaccessible) document compiled by various carats. It has been updated to reflect current problematic fansite behaviors, with additional evidence, and focusing on currently active fansites with public accounts. As of February 11, 2025
