Proclamation of the State Union of Ernest-Daravied and Elba
I hereby declare a union between the Republic of Ernest, the Republic of Daravied and the Elba Empire through the power given to me as President. This shall encompass everything these nations possessed into one entity. Both leaders will have equal power over the new state, as will the President. If any other nation joins this union, they will have power only over their autonomous micronation.
