Commission T.O.S

Payment & Commission Process

• Payment is upfront and in full, I won’t start the commission until the full payment has been sent
• At the moment I only accept payment through Paypal
• Sometimes I’ll discount my commissions but these will be exclusively posted on my twitter or Instagram
• The price listed is non-negotiable
• Before you order from me please make sure you have a clear reference of your character
• Commissions should always be completed within 4 weeks but if there are any delays I’ll let you know asap
• When you commission me you will receive a version of your commission with and without a watermark, the version without the watermark should only be for personal use
• Modifications need to be made as early in the commission as possible
• If I have made a mistake on the commission it will be fixed free of charge, I send WIP’s as I work so this shouldn't happen
• There’s a chance that I will use the commission in my portfolio or share it on my socials, please let me know if the commission is a surprise for someone so I won’t share it

Once I have started a commission it cannot be refunded

Credit & Commercial use

Please ask me first if you plan on using the piece commercially

• If you share or use the commission piece anywhere please credit me accordingly
• Please discuss this with me first if you intend to use the art for things similar to merchandise, personal promotion, youtube thumbnails, ect.

• I do not allow my art to be used for NFT’s

I reserve the right to refuse any commission

• Some things I won’t draw are kinks or fetishes, NSFW involving minor’s, extreme gore
• If your desired commission goes against my T.O.S I will tell you right away

When you order a commission from me I will assume you have read and agreed to everything in my TOS, if you don’t agree with my TOS then please don’t commission me
