Response

This has already been cleared up in a thread by @lostzawg about the matter, but the panel did in fact reach out to Onin for an interview, which received no response. I would also like to add that the decision of the panel was made with the cases of the other 2 victims in mind, which held significant influence on their final decision.
The screenshots in Onin’s document essentially exist solely to make me look bad, with the majority having little to no relevance to the actual case.
Clarifying the details of the weekend:
As stated in my initial document, once we got back to the room, we both immediately laid down. I did not perform oral sex on them, nor initiate anything the night of, they were the one to initiate any physical action. Further, even humoring this lie, it would still be sexual assault as I retracted my consent and verbally said to stop while attempting to physically resist. They cuddled up beside me and began groping me; my face was not obstructed, nor my voice muffled in any way, when I pleaded with them to stop. Again, it was only once I had broken down into tears that they finally stopped.
The following day, I avoided them entirely, the anecdote that I rested my head on their shoulder is entirely false. I was with some personal friends the entire day.
Onin insists that this was a misunderstanding between two confused people, which misconstrues the case entirely. Further, I have substantial evidence that there was malicious intent, even leading up to the tournament, which was only further exacerbated by their drug use.
The following is a voice note sent by them to a source that wishes to remain anonymous shortly after Cav Clash:
(Transcript)
Onin: But like another thing too is like I hate when these bitches are like “yo, I have like a rape kink” or whatever and then like you go through with it and it’s like okay, obviously that didn’t work, so like why the fuck did you just set me up like that’s why I don’t like rape kinks bro like cause it just takes one, like it takes one moment where like she’s like “oh yeah I didn’t consent to that” and you’re just fucking cooked, like, what the fuck like I can’t go along with that and I literally asked her last night I was like “yo, like, so why would you like say you had a kink for that and then like you know like do that” and she was like “yeah I mean we were both high and like… I’m not mad at you whatever I don’t mind cause we were both like intoxicated but I mean like, um, you know you could still do it” but I was like “okay, obviously I’m not gonna do it now cause like it didn’t really go well the first time so, yeah I don’t know” and she started like, she was like flirting with some people on Twitter in front of me it was really…really weird, just very weird actually”
In Onin’s document, they claimed that I was the one who initiated sexual contact that night. If I truly initiated sexual contact that night, then this voice message simply wouldn’t exist. To “go through with a rape kink” with no consent given is sexual misconduct. The line “like it takes one moment where like she’s like ‘oh yeah I didn’t consent to that’ and you’re just fucking cooked” shows that Onin knew there was a violation of consent.
As for why the initial doc took so long to come out, and why there was still communication post Cav Clash. I hadn’t fully processed how much the situation affected me and was using unhealthy coping mechanisms to get through it. I was largely repressing my feelings in an attempt to save an already unstable relationship due to an attachment developed through manipulation/emotional abuse. Only once I had fully separated myself from them was I able to fully process the situation, and upon learning of the details of several other victims, I decided to come forward with it.
