The City of Baldwin Park has partnered with the San Gabriel Valley Regional Housing Trust (SGVRHT) and the SGVCOG to develop a 25-unit tiny home site called "Esperanza Villa'' to provide temporary housing for individuals experiencing homelessness in Baldwin Park. The project will serve as the first tiny home site in the San Gabriel Valley, and the City is excited to serve as a model for the region.

 Each resident will gain the safety and stability that comes with having a roof over their head while being connected to permanent housing. The ability to lock a door at night is instantly life-changing as residents are finally able to sleep without the fear of the dangers faced on the streets.
