Thank you for your interest in nominating a candidate for the Association of Change Management Professionals Vancouver Chapter Board of Directors 2024/25 Elections. All fields in the form must be completed to be considered by the ACMP Vancouver Chapter Nominations Committee.

Nominations will close at 5:00PM on Friday, October 25, 2024.

For a profile of the ideal ACMP Vancouver Chapter Board candidate, including roles and responsibilities of each position, please refer to the ACMP Vancouver Chapter Board of Director Position Descriptions document included with the call for nominations.

Positions available for election are listed below.

  • Secretary
  • Director

Where an individual is nominated for more than one position, the votes are considered in the order of the position elected listed immediately above until the nominee is successful (i.e. votes for the President position will be counted first).  Once the nominee is successfully elected, all subsequent votes are null and void.

Please indicate if you are nominating another individual or nominating yourself.  If you are nominating another individual, consult with the nominee, as many of the questions require his or her direct input.
