To the Fabulous Fourth District,

Grace and Peace! We humbly solicit your support for the Christian Debutante and Masters Ceremony    

(CDMC) scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Christian Education Congress (CEC).   CEC will be held at the Double Tree Suites, 2111 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, IL.  CDMC registration has begun, and all applications are due by April 17, 2026 (new update).  We are asking everyone to adhere to deadlines so we

can plan accordingly.

Each church is asked to:

•  Identify youth to participate in the CDMC ceremony at the Christian Education Congress.
•  Submit youth participant information early so they can fully engage in CDMC learning experiences  

         and webinars (March–June 2026).

 If your congregation does not have youth participants, please consider submitting an ad to the souvenir journal and/or contributing to the CDMC Scholarship Fund.  Your support invests directly in the next generation of AME leadership.

  Registration Fees

•  Debutantes & Masters: $100  - ages 16-22 (CEC registration fee is waived)
•  Sub-Debutantes & Sub-Masters: $50 - ages 13-15
•  Junior Allenites: $25 - ages 9- 12

Payments should be made to the 4th Episcopal District Office via: Zelle: treasurer@ame4th.org or

by check mailed to the 4th District Office at 4448 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60653. (Please note  

“CDMC” in the memo.)

Scholarship Essays

A scholarship essay contest will be offered for Debutantes and Masters who provide proof of

college/university acceptance or attendance. Details are included in the CDMC application. DEADLINE for Essay submission is APRIL  17, 2026.

Additional Highlights

•  Webinars will be held prior to the July ceremony for all age groups
•  Debutantes and Masters will be assigned mentors
•  Churches are encouraged to support fundraisers and the Souvenir Journal
