ISB 2023 February-April Incident Report

From here on out it will be a part of ISB’s mission to remain semi-transparent: inform the community of turmoil and log any actions taken against perpetrators. Both perpetrators and victims will retain their anonymity. To that, we pledge to provide a glimpse into concluded ISB operations and cases. Attached to this statement is the 2023 February-April concluded case and operations logs.

Please note all Internal Security Bureau members will be referred to as “agents” regardless of the current rank they hold.

Case-001: A user was permanently banned from Thunder Scientific Corporation and all its affiliated servers for distributing sexual content to minors and severe sexual misconduct.

Case-002: A user was permanently banned from Thunder Scientific Corporation and all its affiliated servers after agents uncovered several incriminating screenshots and videos of predatory behavior and distribution of pornographic material to minors.

Case-003: A user was permanently banned from Thunder Scientific Corporation and all its affiliated servers after agents uncovered several screenshots and videos of predatory behavior and distribution of pornographic material to minors.

Case-004: A user was permanently removed from Thunder Scientific Corporation for being caught sexually active with a minor, as well as being shown to attempt to interact sexually with the minor. Agents have requested the full removal and banning of the suspect since.

Case-005: A user was banned permanently from all of Thunder Scientific Corporations Assets & and its affiliates for sexually interacting with a minor. User had also attempted to deceive agents several times in order to escape punishment.

Case-006: Several users within Thunder Scientific Corporation’s Research & Studies were uncovered to have been involved in severe sexual misconduct. Members involved have since been exiled or forced to restart from ground zero.

Case-007: ISB agents had ruled Thunder Scientific Corporation’s Security Department’s director as incompetent. The former director has since been removed of all administrative responsibility within Thunder Scientific Corporation.

Case-008: A user has been found guilty of heavy charges, which consist of sexual manipulation, sexual interaction with minors, grooming, and activating sexual activities. The user has been permanently removed and blacklisted from Thunder Scientific Corporation and its assets.

Case-009: A user was found engaging in sexual activities with a minor, including sending sexual footage & pictures to the minor. The user was removed permanently and blacklisted from Thunder Scientific Corporation and its assets.

Case-010: A user was found distributing and creating sexual materials of assets related to Thunder Scientific Corporation and/or other relative property. The user was removed and punished severely within Thunder Scientific Corporation.

Case-011: A user was dictated guilty after thorough investigation of incompetence, abuse of power, ordering an unauthorized rogue event, and causing instability within SD detachments. The person has been internally blacklisted permanently, and may appeal it after 3 months.

Case-012: A user was found sexually interacting with multiple minors, as well as using various forms of technologies and methods in order to conceal this. The user was also manipulating various other people in order to get a form of sexual pleasure. Since then, the user was removed permanently with no chance of return.

Case-014: A user was blacklisted after ISB agents were tipped off for the user's known history of severe contact in several other SCPF communities.

Case-015: A user within the Security Department’s Juggernaut Unit was ruled as incompetent by the Internal security Bureau and was placed on close supervision along with rank penalty.

Operation Dolos: A command member within Thunder Scientific Corporation was being threatened with the exposure of their own and several others personal information, the Internal security Bureau successfully repelled the attacks and dissolved the information leak.

Operation Lights Out: Several command members within Thunder Scientific Corporation were rooted out by the Internal Security Bureau for severe sexual misconduct, refer to Case file #006.

Operation People Purge: Several users who were found to be creating & distributing explicit content within Thunder Scientific Corporation were removed by the Internal security Bureau.

Operation [WITHHELD]: Concerns arose when it was suspected an adult was interacting with a minor illegally, agents investigated and found that severe sexual misconduct and manipulation was at play, all parties involved have since been removed from Thunder Scientific Corporation.

Operation [WITHHELD]: A prominent user within Thunder Scientific Corporation was found to be participating in questionable activities, upon further investigation agents discovered several illegal photos and messages, the user has since been removed from Thunder Scientific Corporation.
