Subject: IDOL Champ August Chart Award BTS SUGA Removal

To Whom it May Concern,

We strongly condemn the notable exclusion of BTS SUGA from the BTS TV Promotion spot award rightfully won as a GROUP. IDOL Champ of August is BTS. BTS has SEVEN members and this is noticeably not displayed on the video advertisement, particularly on the member stills that the ad contains.

We demand that you either correct this part of the advertisement or not air the advertisement at all. BTS ARMY has voted for this ad and we do not want an advertisement incorrectly portraying BTS to air.  

Moving forward, we would like the app’s position regarding the inclusion and exclusion of specific members in votings, polls, and advertisements to be clear. BTS ARMY consists of a large portion of IDOL Champ’s users and should these actions continue, we would not hesitate to move our business elsewhere.

Again, add BTS SUGA or do not air the advertisement at all.
