Hello WHMS Students and Families,

The WHMS PTO, in partnership with WHMS, is  excited to introduce this year’s online fundraiser with schoolfundr.org. Schoolfundr is an online fundraising platform that allows us to keep 100% of the money we raise minus the payment processing fee. Schoolfundr.org is safe/secure and does not monetize or sell our data to any third parties. Donors are able to leave an optional tip to schoolfundr.org if they choose to.

Please gather email addresses of adults who may be willing to support our School.  Then follow the steps below to create an account and upload your email addresses or share via text/social media. If every student raises $75, we will surpass our school goal for this year! Also, back by popular demand, each student that raises $75 will earn a Pacer Test Pass for PE! The official launch of the website on Sept. 10th will be celebrated with a community event at WHMS from 5-7pm paired with the Parent-Teacher Meet & Greet (which is 5-6:30pm).

Please complete the steps below by Thursday, September 10th!

This year,we are fundraising for the following WHMS priorities:

  • Completing the update of the outdated upstairs Great Room (Rooms 232/234) with new tech, furniture,  & more to create a collaborative space for staff to use with students!
  • Funds will also support year-round PTO efforts including teacher grants (examples include our new mascot &  band tuners in 2025), staff appreciation events, standardized testing snacks, 8th grade promotion shirts, a BC graduation scholarship and more!

Students can win amazing prizes at the student fundraiser finale assembly on 9/25!

TWO SIMPLE STEPS TO RAISE MORE AND KEEP MORE

1. REGISTER:

  1. Scan the QR Code or go to:

  1. Create an account with an  email and a password

              (multiple siblings require a different email address for each account)

        2a. If you participated last year, use the same email address when signing in.

  1. Personalize the participant’s page with a photo. (optional)
  2. Preload as many quality emails of potential donors.

Our goal is 2 emails per student! 

Emails will be sent on launch day –9/10

  1. Also share via text message and social media!
  2. Cash or checks can be dropped off in the office. (Please make checks out to the WHMS PTO and include student name & grade)
