Using a computer for sign-ups is MUCH EASIER than a cell phone

Click on the REGISTRATION UP link, if clicking on the link does not open the page then hold down CTRL + click on the link and it should open. Worst case scenario copy and paste the link into your browser

If you have registered a player under the email that you are signed up to then it will have a pop window of all the players you have registered will show up and if you click on one it will auto-populate the sign up information. If you have not registered it will ask you to start filling out your players’ information. MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT.

NEW REGISTRATION ONLY MUST ADD JERSEY SIZE, if your son/daughter played in the FALL 2025 and received a jersey that is the same jersey we will be wearing the remainder of the season. If you have received a jersey this Fall 2025 already SELECT “Played in the FALL 2025 and received one already,” If you need to look at sizing charts, please use this link that provides ALL sizing charts for Jersey, Shorts and Socks. NO SOCKS and/or SHORTS offered after Fall Season. Plus it gives you LOTS OF INFORMATION about the upcoming year.

If you’d like to purchase an EXTRA JERSEY because of loss, sizing different now or multiple households, you can select an EXTRA JERSEY and select size. The number your player will receive will be the SAME NUMBER that they were assigned to prior for the 2025/26 season. YOU MUST SELECT DURING PAYMENTS TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA JERSEY ($18.00), if you do not select the payment the extra jersey WILL NOT BE ORDERED.

If you have another player to CLICK on “Add Another Participant” Then add the information for your SECOND player, MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE SIZES OF JERSEY IF A NEW REGISTRATION FOR THE YEAR, because these boxes just repopulate from your first player. If you do not, please go to the next step.

FILL OUT VOLUNTEERING/COACHING drop down box. If you are unable to help, please select “Not Available at this Time” WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF COACHES.

The next page is the WAIVER PAGE. There are 3 waivers that you will need to initial. By initializing the waiver you agree to the waiver. PLEASE READ THE CODE OF CONDUCT BECAUSE THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will need to initial/agree for each player.

The next page is the BREAKDOWN OF REGISTRATION FEE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE SELECTING THE CORRECT BIRTH YEAR FOR YOUR PLAYER.

Next is DONATIONS. If you would like to donate to UE Jr Tigers, this is where you would add the amount. We use the donations to keep the cost down as low as possible for our players and to purchase the equipment needed.

Next will be MULTIPLAYER FAMILY DISCOUNT. If you signed up more than ONE PLAYER FROM THE SAME FAMILY, PLEASE SELECT THE NUMBER OF PLAYER HERE. If you registered only one player, you will not see this pop up.

Next will be YEARLY REGISTRATION COST. This is for players that DID NOT REGISTER in the FALL 2025 SEASON.

Next is “Protect your investment” SELECT NO. If something happens before the season and you need a refund, then I will work with you on the refund. Selecting yes and paying extra IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

Next is the CHECKOUT PAGE. Go down to Choose a Payment Method and select the method you would like to pay. THERE IS A PROCESSING FEE that is charged by TeamSnap that goes to pay their service charge that they get charged for taking payments for our club.
