• Colorado Gender-Affirming Care Coverage While coverage of HRT and certain gender-affirming surgeries are required to be covered by Medicaid and insurances on the Colorado Marketplace, voice and communication care are not explicitly called out. Providers in CO have had mixed experiences with Medicaid coverage.
