SYNOPSIS:

Vox Populi will be an alliance organization created by Elysium. Vox Populi is an international alliance network and system with the goal of increasing Elysium’s influence upon foreign nations. Vox Populi will be designed to keep Elysium’s allies within the Elysium network and to insure our allies are loyal to us and only us. The organization will also be designed to be led by Elysium and so that Elysium maintains control over the alliance.

From the outside, or as an applying state, Vox Populi is a population based representation alliance network with Elysium at the head. It should be made difficult for a micronation to leave or disassociate - the idea is that this will make sure micronations stay within our network and do not stray. This will ensure we maintain control under all of our allies.

A secondary purpose could be to provide a pathway for nations to join Elysium. This could easily be achieved by pushing reforms al over the nations until they have practically joined, at which point we introduce the idea.
