General Tips

  1. Allow yourself the space to grieve, it is okay to be emotional, to be angry, to be frustrated. Your pain is valid and should be expressed
  2. Take some time off away from social media
  3. Confide in those that you trust. Talk to them, lean on them, its okay to be vulnerable
  4. Take a mental health day
