Board Member at Large  

Board members at-large shall be responsible for identifying and pursuing specific resources & opportunities that align with NEMPN's values. They shall support the advocacy initiatives set forth by the Vice President by leading the execution of Museum Worker’s Advocacy Day and making advocacy resources and programming accessible to NEMPN members. They shall be responsible for managing NEMPN’s merchandise offerings with support from the Treasurer. They shall also manage and update the website with new resources as shared by other Board members and oversee day-to-day operations of NEMPN’s website and social media. Board members at-large are responsible for coordinating the monthly NEMPN newsletter. The Board Members At-Large shall also assist with compiling and formatting the NEMPN Annual Report.

All Board members are expected to create and cultivate a sense of shared community among NEMPN members by participating in NEMPN programs, activities, and communication channels. All members shall attend NEMPN Joint Committee meetings on a rotating basis. All members will seek ways to grow NEMPN’s membership and influence. All members are expected to contribute content to the NEMPN Annual Report based on their involvement in relevant projects throughout the year and as specified above based on their role.
