6. AI and Automated Processing

  • AI processes callsheet data only to generate CallCards.
  • The AI does not retain the information beyond the creation of the CallCard.
  • Users acknowledge that AI-generated insights are not legally binding and may contain inaccuracies.

Terms and Conditions

  • You grant us permission to process your uploaded PDF files to extract and display career-related insights.
  • We do not access your data unless you contact support and explicitly request assistance.
  • Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties beyond necessary service providers for app functionality.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • The app offers monthly and yearly paid subscriptions in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store rules.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled through these platforms.

5. Prohibited Activities Users may not:

  • Submit fraudulent or misleading callsheets.
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or exploit the app’s data.
  • Engage in unauthorized reselling or redistribution of app content.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

  • CallTime LLC reserves the right to perform maintenance and temporary shutdowns with prior notification.
  • In case of a system glitch or hacking attempt, affected users will be notified promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All App-related content, including UI design and functionalities, is owned by CallTime LLC.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any data loss due to external breaches or user negligence.

  • AI-generated insights are not legally binding and may contain inaccuracies.
  • Users acknowledge that CallTime LLC is not liable for errors in AI-based recommendations.
