Congratulations! Serving your community through community service can be the most rewarding way to give back to those who have helped you. Hermanos Unidos de UCSD wishes to recognize those students who participate in a community service project and complete the minimum amount of community service hours.

If you participated in a community service event outside HU, please complete the information below and have it signed by the person who supervised you. Once it’s completed, please submit this form via email at HU.CommunityServiceSD@Gmail.com You will receive an email letting you know about the status of your request within 3 to 5 business days.
