Participation Guide

Friday, June 5th through Saturday, June 6th 

Thank you for participating in the 2026 Annual Chicory Ridge Subdivision Sale. Please read this carefully and retain this page for future reference. It’s important to review expectations to keep our community happy and safe. We’ve received several calls from police and neighbors in the past, and believe if everyone cooperates, we can avoid those calls and have a successful event.

  1. PARTICIPATION FEE: $5.00  
  • Covers the cost of printing sign-up forms, printing the sale list, signage, and advertising.  
  1. MAPS/SALES LISTING LOCATIONS: 492 Santolina Drive & 10988 Borage Trail
  2. PORTA-A-POTTIES: will NOT be available this year.
  3. REFRESHMENTS: You must have a food service license to have cooked food for sale. Police will be monitoring for licenses. Food trucks will not be available this year.
  4. NEIGHBORS ONLY SALE: Thursday, June 4th 6-8pm 
  • Participating Open Garage Door
  • NOT Participating Close Garage Door
  1. POLICE PRESENCE: To ensure a fun, respectful, and safe event for all (sellers, shoppers and the Chicory Ridge residents not participating) a friendly reminder to your customers that the Roscoe Police Department will be patrolling and ticketing street offenders.
  2. PARKING GUIDELINES:
  • ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON CHICORY RIDGE WAY OR MEADOWSWEET LANE BEFORE ANGELICA LANE ON EITHER SIDE
  • EVEN SIDE OF STREET PARKING ONLY
  • NO PARKING on ODD SIDE OF THE STREET, not even for temporary stop
  • NO PARKING in front of PRIVATE DRIVEWAY
  • NO PARKING against the FLOW of TRAFFIC
  • NO PARKING within 30 Feet of a STOP SIGN
  • NO PARKING within 15 Feet of a FIRE HYDRANT
  • NO BLOCKING ANY STREETS
  • EMERGENCY VEHICLES NEED TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS ALL ROADS AT ALL TIMES
  1. LARGE ITEMS: All LARGE Items need to be scheduled to be picked up afterhours to ensure that the streets are not blocked.

Participation Requirements: 

  1. Complete the Participation Form.
  2. Return completed Participation Form and Payment by Thursday, May 21st, 2026.
  3. Choose 1 of the 2 options below to complete participation requirements.
  1. Return completed Registration Form (front & back) with $5 (Cash Only)                       

to the LOCKED BOX on the front porch (DO NOT leave it in the US Mailbox) 

at 492 Santolina Drive        

  1. Return completed Participation Form (front & back) via email to chicoryridgegaragesales@gmail.com and pay the $5 through Venmo to           @Melissa-Carpenter-165 Participation registration will not be completed without payment. Make sure to list the Venmo account you are paying with.
  2. If necessary, you may also utilize the google forms listed on Facebook Page, email information requested for your garage sale listing in email instead of scanning or printing the form. Make sure to include all the information below, and if paying with Venmo list Venmo Account, this enables us to verify payment.
