Commissions FAQ

How much will my commission cost?

My prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece. I will give you a price based on those.

Here are some examples:

Chibi or keychains:

30€

Simple creatures:

40€

Complex creatures:

70€

What can I ask for?

Humanoid characters (OCs and canon characters are both fine), animals, Pokémon, monsters. When in doubt you can simply ask!

Sometimes, I can’t accept a commission because I feel the project can’t be executed well in crochet form or requires higher skills than I have at the moment.

Examples of these limitations:

-Colour gradients

-Shaping issues (eg. sharp angles)

-Too many complex details

How long will it take?

It depends on the project, usually from a week to a month.

How do I pay?

I take all payments through PayPal. Payment upfront only unless we agree otherwise.

How much does shipping cost?

I am based in Italy and all packages will be sent via Poste Italiane, DHL or UPS.

Usual shipping prices are as follows (based on the average weight of my items). Please note that if you have more than one item, postage costs might increase.

Italy - 6€

EU - 10€/20€

US - 37€

All orders will be tracked if possible. If you are from a country not listed above, let me know and I can give you a shipping estimate.

Refund policy

You will get a total refund if I haven't bought the materials for your plushie.

You will get a partial refund if I have bought the materials but haven't started on the plushie yet.

Once the plushie is finished/at a good point in it's completion it won't be refundable.

If the package is lost, you will receive a refund at the expense of the courier company.
