This time is reserved for any person to address the Board on matters within the Board’s jurisdiction.  If the subject is on the open and closed session agenda, individuals may comment now or at the time the item is considered.  If the subject is not on the agenda, the Board may not take any action, but wishes to allow time for public participation in its meeting.  Individuals are requested to state their name and addresses. Individual speakers will be allowed three minutes to address the SCLS JPA Board on each agenda item and three minutes to address the Board on non-agenda items. The total time for public input on each agenda item will be limited to 20 minutes.

6.1        Approval of Proposed Contract with General Counsel.

        The Board will provide an oral summary regarding compensation for the General Counsel and take action to approve the contract.
