Instructions for the F12 check on online PR portal: [For online applicants only]

Follow these steps:
- Open a chrome tab (or a new tab in any browser)
- Press F12 (or CTRL + SHIFT + i on Windows | CMD + alt/option + i on Mac). You will see a panel open up on the right
- Click Network in that panel. Then click Fetch/Xhr
- Now go to Permanent Residence Portal then sign in and click view application (Unless you're already on that page, just refresh)
- On the left click on "cases?phaseId=1&count=50" > then click Preview. You'll see bunch of lines regarding your application, documents and status details
- Click on the arrow on the left to expand each line.
- Go to “documents” and click to expand each item under it to check “documentApproved”
- If documentApproved = true, then AOR is close. If it’s null, they might not have started reviewing your application yet.
Note:
- As the name of the document suggests, this is just a trick and there’s no guarantee that they will send AOR right after documentApproved is true
- “isComplete = true” will be true for some documents. This just means you filled out that form online. It doesn’t indicate anything else in the application process.
- “rejectionReasons = []” and “otherRejectionFR = null” are there for all applicants and doesn’t mean your file will be rejected. Unless, these values change to something else
