xKYC GUIDE x Portal to Bitcoin.
General Information:
To gain access to claiming and node setup, users must complete KYC on the official Community Rewards Hub: https://hub.portaltobitcoin.com
Important: KYC (Know Your Customer) is open to all participants who won a litenode, except those from the restricted countries list. All decisions regarding the KYC process are final and cannot be appealed. Users are responsible for providing valid documents and completing face scan tests in a well-lit environment. Portal to Bitcoin reserves the right to request additional documents or to reject users without further explanation.

To unlock access to KYC, you need to:
- Connect your Portal DEX Wallet to the Community Rewards Hub. The wallet address must match the one specified in this spreadsheet: Portal to Bitcoin Litenode Winners.
- Claim the Node Jelly badge in our Discord (use /claim command in any Discord chat).
- Once these steps are completed, you will have access to the KYC process.
Step-by-Step KYC Guide:
If you have successfully completed the previous steps, a KYC Processing window will appear on the Hub, along with your unique code to start the KYC process.

- Start the KYC Process: Click the "Start KYC Process" button. A page will open displaying a QR code to download the MyVerify App. Scan the code and install the app. Your unique code should load automatically; if it doesn’t, enter it manually from the Community Rewards Hub.

- Enter Phone Number: Select your country from the dropdown menu and enter your mobile number to request a verification code. Enter the code in the designated field.
- If the code doesn’t arrive, click Resend Code.
- If it still doesn’t arrive after two attempts, you can skip this step by clicking BYPASS SMS VALIDATION. However, we do not recommend this.
- Document Verification: Choose your document type: Driver's License, Passport, or Government ID. Select the country where the document was issued. Scan the selected document by clicking Continue.
- Ensure the document is photographed clearly in a well-lit area. Avoid taking pictures of the scans or documents on a screen.
- The photo should be clear and not blurry.
- If an error occurs, click Retake to re-upload the image.
- Once everything looks correct, click Continue to upload the file.
- If using a Driver's License, take a photo of the back side as well.

- Selfie Verification: Follow the instructions on the screen, scan your face, and click Continue.
- Make sure you are in a well-lit environment and not wearing anything that can cover your face.
- The photo should be clear and not blurry.
- If everything is successful: You will see a confirmation window. Return to the Hub and wait for your status to update. This process may take up to 21 days.

- If an error occurs: Restart the app and begin the process again using your code from the Hub.

KYC Statuses on the Hub:
KYC Processing: You have received the link to complete KYC. Either you have successfully submitted your documents, and now you just need to wait for them to be reviewed. The process can take up to 21 business days.

KYC Approved: Your KYC has been approved. Congratulations! Please await further instructions and announcements.

KYC Declined: Your KYC has been rejected. Unfortunately, your KYC has been declined.

KYC Restarted: Your KYC has been restarted. Please use the new code from the HUB in the MyVerify App.
