TLDR:
The recent Furry convention that has sprung up in Portland, OR, named Furry Weekend Portland, has ownership that has been directly charged in the State of Florida with Child Neglect after an investigation was done by the states walfare agency in 2017. Brynn Agminalis and Artha Agminalis (found at:https://www.furaffinity.net/user/brynn.agminalis/ https://www.furaffinity.net/user/ravynarcadiavalos/) names are connected to the LLC, FOXX Industries, that is the direct host of this event.
The individuals involved all have seem to have been in relationships with eachother and their general running of the previous LLC’s created under their names have major red-flags. I highly recommend you read this document so you are properly informed about these individuals and what they are bringing to Portland by hosting this convention.
How did this all start?
On Febuary 7th, 2024 I was made aware of a convention that was announce for my local area, titled Furry Weekend Portland. At first I was extremely excited, however this started to dwindle quickly.
When I began sending links out about the convention, in confusion, several community members in these chats began to raise concerns on the entity, FOXX Industries LLC. There were many points made that seemed they needed further research into to gain more credibility. So at this point, I decided to dig right into learning anything about who were possibly running this convention.

At first glance I immediately recognized the heavy AI use in the art surrounding the LLC, which was a major red flag for an event that is supposed to be for the furry community.

While looking through the twitter account associated with the con, I began to notice a theme of reaching out to individuals in the community who are well known or have some type of respect to build off of.
Firstly, I would like to say, these individuals have nothing to do with the convention or the LLC itself and seem to be just excited to help support a new convention in the community.
I decided to look for sometype of indication from these GOH’s that they were attending or in the know of the convention itself, just to make sure they werent just saying names to say names.
Steve Gallacci is one of the fandoms original creators, when taking a look at his FurAffinity, I noticed no activity until very recently where it was a question to his audience about if anyone knew about this convention he had been asked to be GOH at, Furry Weekend Portland

This made me feel like they were reaching out to individuals with sometype of respect in the fandom, which isnt anything directly wrong with that, but it made me feel uneasy to see event the GoHs not know directly what this con was.

On the 7th, a few individuals reached out to Taebyn with skeptism about the legitimacy of this event as they are a very well known local in the PNW. They didnt directly respond to any of our information that we had at the time and have seemed to as of now accept this GoH position. No shame to Taebyn on this as it seems like a great honor to have and would be hard to say no to at first glance. They are not aware as of yet of this current information found in this form.
FOXX INDUSTRIES LLC
I begun my research into who was associated with this so far nameless entity. The company was registered in 2022 with one “Officer” attached to the LLC, since I havent found them directly associated with the reason I am writing this document, I will not share their name. (LLC creation is public, so if you are truly curious, go for it). The LLC seemed to have been created and registered in the state of California, which is generally interesting for an event LLC running a convention in Oregon.
When I searched up this “Officers” name, lets call them “Robert” for the time being, I found their facebook page, which had seemed to be inactive for sometime until recently (Seemingly around the same time FWP started to tweet)
The posts shared connection to their partner, which I will call “Wyatt” for now. The Facebook account had what looked like a Furry related PFP, along with other images which all seemed to be surround a specific fursona, seen below:
Keep this information in mind.
MAD DOG ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS LLC
Whilst looking to see what other LLC’s “Robert” was involved in, I found 13 companies registered under their name.
These companies were registered in 3 different states, Kentucky, Colorado, and California.
Whilst I was looking at them, I kept the companies registered addresses in mind.
I fell upon a company registered on June 16th, 2021, named MAD DOG ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS LLC with a CEO named Brynn Agminalis.

Whilst researching Brynn and Artha I found several social media profiles attached to the name, including two LinkedIns, a Furry aligned (seemingly) inactive Instagram, and a FurAffinity.

The two LinkedIns were both very similar and included almost identical information.
The first one I found has a description that had nothing particularly interesting however, they mention being the current CEO of FOXX Systems, LLC, now directly aligning them with another one of “Roberts” LLC’s. Based on the locations given for the specific jobs we also can see they lived in Kentucky, Florida, and Colorado.

The second LinkedIn seemed newer than this last one and indicated that they were now the CEO of FOXX Hosting LLC, also still verifying they had gone to the same school, leading me to the fair assumption this is the same individual.

It seemed a few people in our local community recently obtained the Hotel’s Sales agreement with FOXX Industries LLC and with that information we can identify that Brynn Agminalis’s signature was used on this document where they defined themselves as CEO of the company. So now we know Brynn Agminalis is directly involved with Furry Weekend Portland and has direct ownership over the entity. We can also assume their direct involvement by seeing that they follow the furryWeekendOR twitter account along with being in the Furry Weekend Portland Telegram Group Chat.
FurAffinity
Looking deeper into the FurAffinity, we can find in the bio direct relation to their partner and others labled as their “IRL Family”.

With this information, I can now confirm 2 things, their partner is Cryptid-Artha on FurAffinity, I also found their old account, Artha-Amberose. Both of these account identify the name of Artha, and gathering their discussion of being married, I made the assumption they both would be Brynn and Artha Agminalis.
The 2nd thing I can confirm is “Robert” is directly living with Brynn, as the IRL family section displays a rather similarly looking fursona to the one found on their Facebook page. With this we can now define “Robert” as RavynArcadiaValos.
Knowing this name now was apparent that Brynn and Rayvn were in a relationship for quite some time, by taking a look at Brynn’s twitter: https://twitter.com/brynnvixxen we can see many tweets discussing engagement with Rayvn in 2014, unsure if they are all together a Polyamerous couple or not.

To confirm this even more, the partner listed in their bio has a rather similar name to “Wyatt”s Facebook username, meaning we can take the assumption “Wyatt” is ChoaWawa.

Now that we have all of the Furry accounts of the individuals involved in FOXX Industries, we can continue with the reason this document was created.
Telegrams and Barq
I decided to try to talk to some of my local community members to find out who directly has been contacting them on Telegram as a convention organizer, what I came to find out is that an account, @amazon234, has been reaching out to people in our community. There are assumptions that this is an alt account for one of the people I have found to be involved in the LLC, however this is just that, an assumption. I wanted to touch on this as I want people to be aware of who may reach out to them regarding this convention. This individual was directly tied with Corgi Events LLC and AEIOU.
Brynns’ telegram is @brynnVixxen666 and can be found to be in the conventions telegram channel along with being tied to their Barq.
Following their telegram, we can now discover Arthas’, as @ArthaDemon.
Brynn Agminalis and Artha Agminalis Charged with Child Neglect

At the beginning, when I started to research Brynns name, a lot of articles were popping up with disgusting imagery of two people by the name of Brynn Agminalis and Artha Agminalis. At first, I wanted to believe this was just a coincidence, however after verifying Artha’s identity with the FurAffinity and the direct marriage with Brynn. I was very confused on why the articles were in Tampa Florida, until I remembered the first Brynns LinkedIn stated they was located in Tampa, and then I even double made sure by directly associating his current address with a people search tool, to then find his previous address in Tampa.
The article I first found was published on March 31st, 2017 and was posted by the Tampa Bay Times. https://www.tampabay.com/news/records-show-a-squalid-beginning-for-toddler-who-later-died-in-foster-care/2318439/
Their child, Aedyn Agminalis, was directly involved with a Child Welfare investigation where they found Aedyn lying in a room with a machete, a hookah, a sex toy, and liquor.
The article continues to discuss that after welfare investigators found the child to be in unsafe conditions to be put into foster care, where the then 17-month year old passed away from head truama caused by the foster mom Latamara Stackhouse.
It is important to note that although Brynn and Artha were NOT directly involved with the death of their child, however, there was evidence to show that the child was neglected and/or abused by Brynn and Artha before being placed into Foster care. The Hillsborough Country Sherrif arrested both Brynn and Artha charged with Child neglect where they both pleaded not guilty.
From the criminal report given to the court, we can read what the officials described as to the environment that Aedyn was exposed to while living with Brynn and Artha. It also describes Aedyns general appearance to be heavily worrisum for a infant at 13-months old.
The cases STATE OF FLORIDA VS AGMINALIS, AMBER ROSE and STATE OF FLORIDA VS AGMINALIS, BRYNN were Nolle Prossed, which means the cases were dropped after both Amber and Brynn choose to participate in the Pre-Trial Intervention Program as they both were first time offenders in the state of Florida, which is an alternative to receiving the Felony for Child Neglect. This does not mean they were found Guilty or Not Guilty in court, just given a way out of the system, however the articles provided by the news and the criminal reports done by officials do detail direct involvement in endangerment to their child before welfare officers got involved.
Conclusion
This all started out due to myself and other local community members finding it weird for a convention to pop out of thin air in the way it did and I am glad to have researched the people who are directly involved with this so I can possibly protect our community from people like this gaining control over the very important events that conventions are to many in the fandom.
It is important to note, no one that I found in connection to this event or its LLC currently live in Oregon or near Portland, so it is safe to assume this is a direct outside involvement into our community.

Updates 2/16/2024:
After the release of this document, I was presented with a lot of information that I had either kept off this document as I didn’t have direct sourcing to confirm all related facts, or new information that I did not find.
I want to take note to thank the incredible response from the local community to this information about the current ownership of FOXX Industries LLC.
The topics below are going to dive further on the individuals who are involved with this convention and their associations with Corgi Events LLC, AEIOU, and HHC Events LLC.
HHC Events LLC and Foxx Industries LLC Connection
At the initial release of this documentation, I was not aware of who Amazon was and their past involvement in many different conventions in the fandom. With this, I wanted to include an update on the information I have found with their involvement in other conventions, Furry Weekend Portland, and HHC Events LLC.
HHC Events LLC or more commonly known as HHC Events Co (Indicated publicly, will note on that later…) runs conventions that surround the Horror fandom, mainly related to halloween and cosmetics. As discussed earlier, we have information tying Amazon directly to HHC Events LLC, lets begin on tightening that with more information.
The Hotel Contract
The hotel contract with the DoubleTree by Hilton Portland OR, was edited several times by the Sales Manager of the hotel after the original signing. When we take a look at one of the original copies, we see the Group Contact and the Company Name as something really interesting…
NOTE: This was provided by several concerned community members searching for answers on who maybe involved in the entity.
To note, I have censored Joshua’s Phone number along with the Hotels Sales Manager’s information for privacy. My intent is to not have the community witch hunt individuals involved.
As we can see, we have an individual named Joshua Sikora, and a company named HHC Events LLC, along with said Joshua’s company email that is directly tied to HHC as such.
Today's agreement has been modified by, and as confirmed by the Sales Manager of the hotel, with very basic edits that now represent the Company name has “Foxx Industries LLC”.
This would be a good time to provide receipts for my previous comment on Brynn Agminalis signing as CEO under Foxx Industries LLC.
Please note, I have taken the decision to censor the signature to avoid any fraudulent uses.
So now we have this individual Joshua Sikora that is somehow associated with HHC Events LLC and Foxx Industries LLC.
HHC Events LLC and Amazon
Lets start out on how I identified HHC Events LLC as a possible associated corporation without having seen these previous edits to the hotel contract.
When researching other entities possibly involved in this convention, I came to identify an associated convention, Colorado Horror & Pop Convention.
When we take a look at the Furry Weekend Portlands twitter account, it has directly decided to follow very specific individuals.

I want to only comment on 2 of these individuals that are being followed by this account, Amazonlionheart and cohorrorcon.
When we take a closer look at the @cohorrorcon, we can see almost the exact same setup as to Furry Weekend Portlands twitter account, almost to a T.
We see that Amazon is being followed by both of these accounts, leaving room for us to make the assumption Amazon is tied to both entities.

Note that @Amazonlionheart on Twitter is directly linked to the @amazon234 Telegram account that has repeatedly self-advertised themselves as the convention chair for Furry Weekend Portland.
I decided to take the time to research the name we found earlier, Joshua Sikora. Whilst doing research into this entity I found a LinkedIn that provided a lot of insight into this individual.

If we decide to dive into this information gathered from this, we can see the individual has been involved with AEIOU from March 2022 - August 2023. They have a few other businesses mentioned but most importantly Foxx Industries LLC is mentioned at the very most present job.
If we take a look at press releases done by AEIOU, we can see that someone was removed from the board in 2023, Amazon.

Although the release was dated with March 6th, 2023, I am sure Amazon had to still spend time transferring over ownership of several parts of AEIOU to the interim replacement Carbide.
We can further verify that Amazon is Joshua by taking a look at posts made by both his LinkedIn and suspected twitter account:
Now with this information, we can make the assumption that Joshua Sikora is Amazon (@Amazonlionheart).
Out of concern of the privacy and safety for those indicated in this document, i have made the decision to redact some of the publicly available information gathered, it was made clear to me that some information was left inside this document unintentionally. I want to make it very clear that I do not support any targeted harassment towards anyone involved in this document. All information I have gathered can be found publicly by anyone, and my only intent on gathering that information here, was to give the local community background into the individuals involved in this entity.

If we take a look into Amazons twitter usage, we can see that they retweeted a post made by the events twitter, advertising the event to their followers with the quote “This is going to be a blast”

We can also assume Amazon’s past involvements in HHC Events LLC’s events.
I found several social medias attached to each event ran by HHC Events LLC, in which Amazon was being followed by. They seem to be creating a new social media for each year an event is ran, or completely wiping the account to start fresh with no background.

If we take note of the twitter account @ColardoHorror, we see that it is also following DenFur’s account. If we take a moment to explore the history that we know about Amazon, we can develop a connection here.

We can see when this twitter account was active, 2022, Amazon was the Convention Chair of DenFur. We can make the assumption that Amazon was running both conventions or having some type of involvement, because as the history of events Amazon is running, they have tended to follow each account to each other, making a nice web of traceable involvements.

It has come to my attention now that there are many outside connections between almost all current staff members that are known to be a part of Foxx Industries LLC.
However, this staff team has not been very public about who is involved in this organization, to help with that, I will provide the current list of who is involved in their Furry Weekend Portland staff discord:

As we can see here, there are a lot of invisible faces of Furry Weekend Portland that have chosen to not introduce themselves publicly, either by tweeting about the event or involving themselves in the Furry Weekend Portland Telegram group chat.
Amazon as we have mentioned has ties to HHC Events LLC/Co, AEIOU, and with Corgi Events LLC, as you can see they were directly transferred over at the time of AEIOU’s creation to the board:

Brynn does not seem to be directly tied to the following LLC’s as previously mentioned, however can be found to be tied to almost all LLC’s created under Ravyns’ name.
Angelneko was a name that I did not directly recognize until recent events brought me to an assumption for them to be better known as Neko Bunny. This individual was recently removed from the board of AEIOU and was a part of the original board at the creation of the 501c3. This is a developing iissue that seems to be happening with AEIOU, where almost the entire staff team and volunteers have decided to dissolve from the organization on 02/13/2024.

Firestreak can be found as the director of Social Media at AEIOU’s most recent event PDFC 2024, and then that trend can be found going back to for a few of their cons, however does tie Firestreak to an interesting pattern forming of it seeming like a lot of these staff members being Ex-AEIOU.
Beeny Bunny or Bee as seen on the discord has had many roles at AEIOU whilst looking at many of the convention con books. However, they also have directly touched on this subject in the Furry Weekend Portland telegram chat.
ToonWolfy can also be found directly involved in different positions with AEIOU’s staff team for several of their events.

Ravyn has no ties to any of the aforementioned LLCs that I could find as of today. However, they do have plenty of LLCs that they have been listed to be apart of in Colorado, California, and Kentucky. Ravyn’s name Jacob Yarmuth could be found to be attached to 10 other LLC’s or organizations, with several of them quickly becoming delinquent.
If we look deeper into every one of the LLC’s Article of Organization, we can find most of them having Brynn’s name attached to it.
The following of the LLC’s fell delinquent for failure to provide a Periodic Report:

This gives into the idea that Jacob and Brynn have decided to spin up new LLC’s at each new place they were living, raising the question as to why?
Grayskyman does not seem to have any ties that I could find to any of the aforementioned LLC’s and seems to do art and is local to the Pacific Northwest.

I can note that I have been made aware that Amazon was reaching out to local artists to participate in the future planning of art. This is possibly where Grayskyman has been contacted and placed on the team.

The discord account tektek321 is owned by the individual Mike Murray, also known as Michael Murray. This individual is listed as the current owner of HHC Events LLC/Co and is known in the Horror Community for the events that entity runs.
I have mentioned several times HHC Events Co, this is a 501c3 formed in 2022 and can be found to also be under Michael.
If we look close to that last image, we find that HHC Events Co had fallen Delinquent for failure to file a Periodic Report. In the state of Colorado, it is required to create a Periodic report annually by the end of the month of initial registration, if not done, the business goes Deliquent.
