Convention reporting: Quad con- got new people out that same weekend. So far, so good. Moved from handing out flier to showing QR code so they are not getting “trash.” We will start a document to find future cons/sites.

Standardizing event budget for feast, props,and misc expenses: $200 feast/ $150 war props/ $50 misc/gate favors. Can also vary by if it is day event or multiple day.
