(CW: Mentions of Grooming/Pedophilia/Zoophilia)

This document is being written by Punkipatch (collaborating with a few others wishing to be anonymous) in order to compile, collect and document evidence and anecdotes regarding TheWinterer and TheEmberer’s relationship, the nature of it, and its effects on TheWinterer specifically. This document has no association to Plasma/@_PiercedHeart, it does not speak for her or with her. Black text was written by Patch, while blue text was written by anonymous.

This document is not being made to accuse TheWinterer of being a pedophile, groomer, or otherwise nasty individual. Her inclusion in the document is supplementary to show the effects of the actions of TheEmberer.

The following is a timeline of key events that showcase the nature of TheWinterer’s relationship with TheEmberer as well as TheEmberer’s history outside of it. This will show that TheEmberer is guilty of:

Sexual abuse / manipulation
Seeking out relationships with minors
Lying about her age to minors
Deeply irresponsible behaviour in a relationship
Casual racism and Nazism

In doing this, it will also show many mistakes on TheWinterer’s part:

Exposing her young members of her fanbase to suggestive, barely SFW content
Advertising her NSFW account to said fanbase
Excusing and ignoring all of TheEmberer’s documented actions

Important dates:

TheWinterer’s 18th birthday was on February 11th, 2024, and at the time, Ember was 25 years old.
On February 28th, 2024, she posted about taking multiple trains to meet “someone special.”
The date in this screenshot is formatted DD/MM/YYYY. On March First, 2024, Ember allowed Wint to get drunk enough to puke, “didn’t know” if she was okay, and left her to pass back out.

On March 5th, 2024, TheWinterer posted on Twitter about her new relationship with TheEmberer / Ember.

On July 8th, 2024, user @_PoppyChan posted this.
The document is still up and can be read here. The post itself can be found here. It goes into detail over thirty-three pages about an array of problematic past behaviours from Ember, including:

Suicide baiting / guilt tripping people into sexual favors.
Sending nude/lewd images unprompted and without consent as recent as 02/25/2024.
Ember and Wint meeting before Wint turned 18, as seen here:

Alleging that Ember interacted with Wint from her NSFW account prior to Wint turning 18, and also that in early January of 2024 (Before TheWinterer’s 18th Birthday), Ember and Winter were considering a relationship.
Ember and Wint both express an incredibly close bond, the kind that does not form in just three weeks.
Ember’s self admitted concerns of grooming allegations, and the fact that, much like the booze incident, Wint was the one who initiated the relationship. Ember allowed it.
Anecdotes aiming in the direction that Ember and Winter made their plans to meet and get together before Wint turned 18, and were simply waiting for the date.
It also talks about Ember’s personal server, Embers Femmeporium, which was created to be an 18+ adult space. However, it was “rebranded” into a more general and less age restricted place. The problem with this is that even if the new kids joining the server aren’t actively being exposed to adult material, the server's entire population is already there with the sole purpose of indulging in it. Which is fine on its own, but not when minors are added to the mix. We’re bringing this up because the first doc alleges that this was done specifically so that Wint could join that server. We believe that this influence that Ember shows over the content Wint ingests is what made her think the people she was following on her NSFW Bluesky Alt was acceptable.

A follow-up document was posted a week later, which can be read here. It adds onto a lot of things present in the original, namely:

A confirmation, from Ember herself, that her former alias is “YourFriendlySkoomaDealer”,
As well as showcasing her actions under this alias, such as
Saying the N word repeatedly.
Being severely manipulative.
Selling this on redbubble.
Deliberately trying to get into contact with children.

On July 24th, 2024, both Winter and Ember made responses, with Wint’s being seen here and Embers here.

We won’t be going through Ember’s response, as it doesn’t have any key pieces of information beyond her claiming that certain parts of it, namely the accusation of grooming, was not true, because both parties are adults.

It is important to remember that grooming does not always mean pedophilia.

She, in her response document, claims she’ll be taking a break, mentions a few diagnosed disorders, and says that calling her a groomer validates rightwing/conservative views on transgender people.

Wint’s response, however, does have some notable information.

It contains a confirmation that the two did meet before Wint was an adult.

Wint confirms that she was the one who asked to be in the relationship, noting that “...she has done everything she can to prevent that sort of harmful relationship.”

There is also an elaboration on the drinking incident.

We want to point out that just because it was Wint’s idea to drink, does not take blame off of Ember. Ember is much older and has the power in the situation, and that power comes from age and knowledge. At twenty five years old, she made a choice to let her drink that much alcohol, freshly eighteen, while very, very far from home, meeting a stranger for the first time. This is a complete lapse of responsibility on the part of Ember, regardless of Wint “wanting it”. This, as well as how the relationship started, paint a picture that Ember simply lets Wint do things that she shouldn’t, and then throws her hands up and says “Well, it wasn’t my idea”, despite being the only one of the two of them with the knowledge and experience to say “this isn’t okay”. By definition, this is a power imbalance, and it’s the same one Wint swears that Ember is avoiding.

Wint’s doc also echoes a lot of the same points. We have a strong feeling that they both discussed what they were going to say beforehand, especially with the way this point is worded in both documents.

November 13th, 2024, TheWinterer creates an alt account on Bluesky for NSFW work. The “1 following” in this screenshot was her main account, which made it very easy to find, despite her efforts to the contrary.

This, in theory, would have been a good idea to separate her suggestive content from her young fanbase, were it not for it being very easy to find.

As it is relevant, it is important to briefly mention TheWinterer doing an extremely bad job at having her suggestive content be removed or unable to be found by her younger fans. This instance is from when Wint was 17, and is not fair to view as intentional misconduct or manipulation.
She has shown herself to be aware of the huge amount of minors that consume her content, however at the time of her saying this all this suggestive content was still easy to find within her server.

This is something that has been discussed with TheWinterer in the past, you can see the creation of her NSFW account as an attempt to remove this kind of suggestive, barely SFW content from her young fans. However, it shows that even as she has gotten older she is prone to irresponsible behaviour and mistakes that compromise the safety of her fans.

May 19th, 2025, her “following” list is checked. It contains multiple accounts that frequently draw NSFW of minors, and one account that does exclusively minors and animals minus a few stray posts with nameless characters. Below is the account in question.

On May 26th, 2025, Plasma (@_PiercedHeart) released a document regarding TheWinterer’s alternate bluesky account, made for NSFW. A copy of it can be read here, as the original is set to be deleted.
The same day, Wint posts her response.

In this response, Wint claims that deleting the account “was easier than sifting through all the people I followed during the following spree”, trying to imply that the problematic accounts were hard to find in a large number of accounts followed. It is important to note that she was following 31 accounts at the time of deletion, which is not a large number and was obviously small enough that other people were able to find said accounts just fine.

On May 27th, 2025, after the information regarding Ember’s past as well as her concerning relationship with TheWinterer had begun to spread privately (while the documents released about Ember predate this, Wint’s dismissal and pushback discredited it, causing it not to go as far). After Wint caught wind of this happening an attempt at reasoning with her was prompted (this is not the first nor the last time those around her attempted to talk her into leaving Ember for her own safety), she was told that her manipulative relationship with Ember puts not only her but many people around her at risk, her friends as well as her young fans.

Unfortunately, this was her only response. Further questioning caused her to leave the server it happened in. Any attempts to talk to her that follow this one, as of writing this document, have not been able to convince her of Ember’s nature.

It is to be stressed that Wint is fully aware of Ember’s actions, all the information regarding Ember within this doc has been shown to her in the past, she is making the conscious decision to forgive / ignore these acts while also obscuring them from public knowledge.

That leaves us at today, 5/29/2025, being when this document is planned to be shared.

The conclusion here is that not only is TheEmberer a dangerous, manipulative predator whose actions are inexcusable from any reasonable perspective, but also that TheWinterer has been manipulated and conditioned into thinking there is nothing wrong with her (if not, either way she is making an extremely irresponsible, dangerous choice, this document assumes she was manipulated due to how young and likely impressionable Wint was when the relationship began as well as everything else about Ember’s documented behavior).

TheWinterer is a victim, but at the same time, her remaining connected to TheEmberer is actively putting herself and others in danger by platforming Ember and publically excusing all the wrong she’s done, preventing the truth from spreading to those who need to hear it which is not only highly irresponsible for everyone but disrespects and dehumanises her previous victims. Considering Wint’s huge fanbase and connections combined with her streak of irresponsible, impressionable and somewhat deceptive behaviour, it puts a huge amount of people in jeopardy.

Despite all of this being communicated to her, Wint has made it clear that she has no intents to split from Ember. This document wishes to inform everyone of this, especially her fans, as we believe it is not safe for TheWinterer to be surrounded by so many people, whether they be minors or otherwise.

We ask that people take measures to be aware of this, do not harass or unnecessarily engage with Wint as it may make an already unsteady situation worse. Those who wish to reach out to her out of concern in private are free to, the decisions of her friends are not something that would be fair to meddle in but do so with caution. However, we believe it best to remove TheWinterer from any large public spaces or platforms for as long as she is still under Ember’s influence as well as share this information with people connected to the Wint who don’t know the truth for the safety of her fans and friends.

As for Ember, we hope how to handle them is obvious. They shouldn’t be allowed around anybody. They’re disgusting and a menace to anybody near them.

In conclusion, we dearly hope that Wint attempts to be safe and that she can soon reach a stable enough mental state for her to realise the danger of her situation, imploring them to reach out to those who care about them if they need help to get them out of this. We hope that everyone else approaches this situation with awareness, respect and caution, it being delicate and complex.
