Dinners at Black Cat Farmstead
We are thrilled to have you join us for a season of festive dinners.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with hors d’oeuvres and an aperitif.  Explore the gardens or the historic blacksmith barn.  Wander through our working organic farm, or simply relax beneath our patio pergola or your private cabana.   You will enjoy five courses, family-style, based on the day's bountiful harvest.  Fresh salads and vegetables from the fields, warm sourdough bread from our stone mill and hearth, and heritage pork or lamb roasted over plum wood embers are some of the flavors that await.  Wines from our award-winning list are available by pre-order delivery.

Dinner is served  in one of our seven private glass garden cabanas, each softly lit with oil lanterns and heated with wood stoves, or in our Patio/Barn small dining room style seating(you choose which type of seating when booking).

The farm hosts a maximum of 8 people per reservation.  For larger parties please see our Guide For Private Events.

Due to the nature of our blind chef's tasting menu, it is critical that you email us any dietary restrictions and preferences so our chefs can accommodate.

Alarm RingingStep 1: Make your reservations on OpenTable HERE!   We are open Wednesdays-Saturdays, year-round.   We release reservations about 3 months in advance.  Open Table has a “VIEW FULL AVAILABILITY" button that is very helpful to see the highlighted dates that are available by month.  The “Notify Me”  button is how to join our waitlist.   Call us at 303-444-5500 if you have any questions or need help booking.Bee

WineStep 2:  Pre-order wine as early as a week prior to your reservation (minimally  one day in advance so we can coordinate). Peruse Black Cat wine list HERE. Place your wine order, or request a call back from our Sommelier by emailing farmdinners@blackcatboulder.com.

The menu is not announced in advance, as it is based off of each day's harvest and our Chefs' unique creativity. For selecting wine, you can expect the freshest seasonal vegetables as well as juicy cuts of pork and lamb, often grilled "a la plancha" and seasonal sauces. CORKAGE IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO, fortunately our wine cellar is amazing and our talented chef and sommeliers are ready to assist you.
*Please note, we will be checking ID's before pouring, so make sure you bring yours!

Phone VibrationStep 3:   We will be reaching out by email/phone to confirm your reservation details.
