ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

ผู้จัดกิจกรรม ("โรงเรียน") ได้แก่ โรงเรียนอำนวยศิลป์ การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ถือว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดดังต่อไปนี้

1. ระยะเวลากิจกรรม

ส่งภาพถ่ายหรือคลิปวิดีโอระหว่างวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2569 ถึง 31 ตุลาคม 2569

2. ช่องทางการส่งภาพหรือคลิปวิดีโอ

3. วิธีการเข้าร่วมประกวด

ถ่ายภาพหรือบันทึกคลิปวิดีโอขบวนรถไฟฟ้า BTS 100 ปี อำนวยศิลป์ (ANS Train)
ภาพถ่ายหรือคลิปวิดีโอต้องปรากฏองค์ประกอบที่สามารถระบุได้ว่าเป็น ANS Train อย่างน้อย 1 รายการ ดังต่อไปนี้

โลโก้ 100 ปี อำนวยศิลป์
1st Thinking School in Asia หรือ โรงเรียนสอนการคิดแห่งแรกของเอเชีย
21st Advanced Thinking School in the World หรือ โรงเรียนสอนการคิดเชี่ยวชาญขั้นสูงแห่งที่ 21 ของโลก
1st Internationally Bilingual School Accredited by CIS หรือ โรงเรียนสองภาษาไทย-อังกฤษแห่งแรกผ่านการรับรองโดย CIS

โพสต์ภาพถ่ายหรือคลิปวิดีโอลงบนบัญชีส่วนตัวของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านช่องทางใดช่องทางหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถส่งผลงานได้มากกว่า 1 ผลงาน โดยแต่ละโพสต์จะถือเป็น 1 สิทธิ์ในการร่วมกิจกรรม ทั้งนี้ โรงเรียนขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณารางวัลตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

4. คุณสมบัติผู้เข้าร่วม

ผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ได้แก่

บุคคลทั่วไป
นักเรียน นักเรียนเก่า ผู้ปกครอง ครูและบุคลากรของโรงเรียน
มีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป หากอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมาย
พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย
คณะกรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดกิจกรรม ไม่มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัล

5. หลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน

คณะกรรมการจะพิจารณาจาก

ภาพถ่ายหรือคลิปวิดีโอต้องปรากฏองค์ประกอบที่สามารถระบุได้ว่าเป็น ANS Train อย่างน้อย 1 รายการ ดังต่อไปนี้

โลโก้ 100 ปี อำนวยศิลป์
1st Thinking School in Asia หรือ โรงเรียนสอนการคิดแห่งแรกของเอเชีย
21st Advanced Thinking School in the World หรือ โรงเรียนสอนการคิดเชี่ยวชาญขั้นสูงแห่งที่ 21 ของโลก
1st Internationally Bilingual School Accredited by CIS หรือ โรงเรียนสองภาษาไทย-อังกฤษแห่งแรกผ่านการรับรองโดย CIS

การมีส่วนร่วมบน Social Media เช่น Likes, Shares, Saves, Video Views เป็นต้น
รับคะแนนพิเศษเพิ่ม หากเขียนแคปชั่นตรงใจคณะกรรมการ หรือ ตอบคำถามในหัวข้อ “ถ้าคุณเจอ ANS Train อยากให้รถไฟฟ้าขบวนนี้พาคุณไปที่ไหน”
โพสต์ต้องไม่ถูกลบหรือเปลี่ยนเป็น Private จนกว่าจะสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม

หมายเหตุ คำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

รางวัลประจำเดือนตุลาคม 2569 ประกาศวันจันทร์ที่ 16 พฤศจิกายน 2569 เวลา 12:00 น.

8. วิธีรับรางวัล

โรงเรียนฯ จะติดต่อกลับผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของภาพถ่ายหรือคลิปวิดีโอผ่านช่องทาง Social Media ที่ท่านได้ส่งภาพถ่ายและคลิปวิดีโอที่เข้าร่วมประกวด
ท่านสามารถติดต่อรับรางวัลด้วยตนเองที่โรงเรียนอำนวยศิลป์ ในวันทำการ จันทร์ - ศุกร์ ตั้งแต่เวลา 8:30 น. - 16:00 น. โดยนำบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง บัตรข้าราชการ หรือ ใบขับขี่ หรือ บัตรอื่นๆ ที่สามารถแสดงตัวตนได้ที่ฝ่ายสื่อสารการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์
ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่สามารถเดินทางมารับรางวัลได้ ท่านสามารถให้ทางโรงเรียนโอนเงินเข้าบัญชี โดยส่งหลักฐานการยืนยันตัวตนผ่านช่องทางที่โรงเรียนได้ติดต่อไป
ขอให้ติดต่อทางโรงเรียนกลับไม่เกินวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2569

9. เงื่อนไขรางวัล

ผู้จัดกิจกรรมจะมอบรางวัลตามที่ประกาศไว้ในสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของกิจกรรม
ผู้จัดกิจกรรมสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่ากันได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

10. เงื่อนไขของผลงาน

ผู้เข้าร่วมรับรองว่า

เป็นเจ้าของผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวด
ไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า หรือสิทธิของบุคคลอื่น
ผลงานที่ส่งไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากกิจกรรมอื่น
ไม่ใช้ AI สร้างภาพทั้งหมดโดยไม่ได้ระบุ
ไม่มีการคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือแอบอ้างผลงานผู้อื่น

หากตรวจพบภายหลัง ผู้จัดกิจกรรมมีสิทธิ์เพิกถอนรางวัลและเรียกคืนของรางวัลได้

11. เนื้อหาที่ห้ามเผยแพร่

ผลงานต้องไม่มีเนื้อหาที่

ผิดกฎหมาย
ลามกอนาจาร
หมิ่นประมาท
สร้างความเกลียดชัง
ส่งเสริมความรุนแรง
เหยียดเชื้อชาติ ศาสนา เพศ หรือบุคคล
กระทบต่อชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียน BTS หรือบุคคลอื่น

ผู้จัดกิจกรรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ตัดสิทธิ์โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งเหตุผลล่วงหน้า

12. การใช้ภาพและลิขสิทธิ์

ผู้เข้าร่วมยังคงเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงานของตน อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้เข้าร่วมตกลงให้โรงเรียนอำนวยศิลป์สามารถ

เผยแพร่
ทำซ้ำ
ดัดแปลงในส่วนที่จำเป็นต่อการประชาสัมพันธ์
แสดงต่อสาธารณะ
ใช้บนเว็บไซต์ Social Media สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ วิดีโอ และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์

เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรม โรงเรียน และการเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 100 ปี โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนเพิ่มเติม และสามารถระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานตามความเหมาะสม

13. ความปลอดภัยในการถ่ายภาพ

ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดของ BTS อย่างเคร่งครัด โดย *ห้าม*

เข้าหรือลงไปในพื้นที่หวงห้าม
กีดขวางการให้บริการ
กระทำการที่ก่อให้เกิดอันตราย
ฝ่าฝืนระเบียบของสถานีรถไฟฟ้า

ผู้จัดกิจกรรมไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบต่ออุบัติเหตุหรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

14. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)

ท่านสามารถอ่านรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมประกาศนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Notice) ได้ที่เว็บไซต์ของโรงเรียน

ท่านสามารถติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมหรือใช้สิทธิได้ที่

15. ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ท่านทราบอยู่แล้วว่า จะมีการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือ เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น การบันทึกภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว เสียง เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้

ผู้เข้าร่วมรับรองว่า หากผลงานมีภาพของบุคคลอื่น ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลดังกล่าวในการเผยแพร่ภาพแล้ว
หากเป็นผู้เยาว์ ผู้เข้าร่วมรับรองว่า ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองของผู้เยาว์นั้นแล้ว

ผู้จัดกิจกรรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อข้อพิพาทที่เกิดจากการนำภาพบุคคลอื่นมาใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

16. ภาษี

ผู้ได้รับรางวัลมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบภาษี ค่าธรรมเนียม หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด (หากมี)
หากกฏหมายกำหนดให้โรงเรียนต้องหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย หรือ ดำเนินการทางภาษีอื่นใด โรงเรียนจะดำเนินการตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
ผู้ได้รับรางวัลตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดส่งข้อมูลหรือเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินการตามกฏหมาย เช่น สำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากไม่ดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
โรงเรียนขอสงวนสิทธิ์ชะลอการมอบรางวัลจนกว่าจะได้รับเอกสารครบถ้วน

17. การตัดสิทธิ์

ผู้จัดกิจกรรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ตัดสิทธิ์ผู้เข้าร่วมในกรณีที่

ให้ข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ
ทุจริต
ละเมิดกติกา
กระทำการอันก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อกิจกรรมหรือชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียน

18. การเปลี่ยนแปลงกิจกรรม

ผู้จัดกิจกรรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ

ขยายระยะเวลา
ยกเลิกกิจกรรม

เมื่อมีเหตุจำเป็น โดยจะแจ้งผ่านช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการของโรงเรียน

19. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

ในกรณีเกิดข้อพิพาท ให้ตีความตามกฎหมายไทย

หากข้อกำหนดข้อใดตกเป็นโมฆะ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับ

4. ฐานกฎหมายในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

โรงเรียนดำเนินการประมวลผลข้อมูลตามฐานกฎหมาย ดังนี้

การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา (Contract)
ความยินยอมของเจ้าของข้อมูล (Consent)
ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของโรงเรียน (Legitimate Interest)
การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย (Legal Obligation)

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

โรงเรียนอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่

ผู้ให้บริการระบบ IT
ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
หน่วยงานของรัฐที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย
ผู้ให้บริการด้านการตลาดหรือประชาสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียนเท่าที่จำเป็น

ทั้งนี้จะดำเนินการภายใต้มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

โรงเรียนจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

ตลอดระยะเวลาการจัดกิจกรรม
ภายหลังสิ้นสุดกิจกรรมไม่เกิน 5 ปี หรือ
ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

เมื่อพ้นกำหนด โรงเรียนจะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้

7. สิทธิ์ของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล
ขอแก้ไขข้อมูล
ขอให้ลบข้อมูล
ขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูล

ขอถอนความยินยอม
การใช้สิทธิของท่านภายหลังการประกาศผล อาจทำให้โรงเรียนไม่สามารถดำเนินการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งได้ เช่น การมอบรางวัลได้

สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ทุกประเภท ทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ

โดยไม่มีข้อจำกัดด้านจำนวนครั้ง ระยะเวลา หรือพื้นที่เผยแพร่ ทั้งนี้ โรงเรียนไม่มีหน้าที่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทน ค่าลิขสิทธิ์ หรือผลประโยชน์อื่นใดเพิ่มเติมแก่ข้าพเจ้า ข้าพเจ้ารับรองว่า

เป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงานดังกล่าว
ได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลที่ปรากฏในภาพแล้ว (หากมี)
ผลงานไม่ละเมิดสิทธิของบุคคลอื่น
หากมีข้อพิพาท ข้าพเจ้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

การใช้สื่อและผลงาน: ยินยอมให้โรงเรียน ใช้ ทำซ้ำ เผยแพร่ ดัดแปลง ตัดต่อ ภาพถ่าย วิดีโอ

หรือผลงานที่ส่งเข้าร่วม เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน กิจกรรม 100 ปีอำนวยศิลป์

ผ่านช่องทางสื่อออนไลน์ (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Website) และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์/นิทรรศการ

ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ โดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทนเพิ่มเติม

การรับรองความยินยอมของบุคคลในภาพ:

ข้าพเจ้ารับรองว่าได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลทุกท่านที่ปรากฏในภาพ/วิดีโอ

(และยินยอมแทนผู้เยาว์ในปกครอง) เรียบร้อยแล้ว

Terms and Conditions

The event organiser ("the School") is Amnuay Silpa School. By participating in this activity, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions.

1. Activity Period

Submission of photos or video clips: 1st August 2026 to 31st October 2026.

2. Submission Channels

TikTok: @AmnuaySilpaschool

3. How to Enter

Take a photo or record a video clip of the 100-year Amnuay Silpa BTS train (ANS Train).
The photo or video clip must include at least one identifiable element of the ANS Train, as follows:

The 100 Years Amnuay Silpa logo.
"1st Thinking School in Asia".
"21st Advanced Thinking School in the World".
"1st Internationally Bilingual School Accredited by CIS".

Post the photo or video clip on your personal account via any of the following channels:

Set the post visibility to "Public".
For posts on Instagram, the participant must enable the display of the Like Count for verification purposes.
Tag the School's official account in the post according to the platform used:

Include the following in the post caption:

Participants may submit more than one entry. Each post constitutes one entry. The School reserves the right to judge awards according to the specified criteria.

4. Eligibility

Entrants must be:

General public.
Students, alumni, parents, teachers, and staff of the School.
Aged 13 years or older. Participants under 20 years of age must obtain legal consent from a parent or guardian.
Residents of Thailand.
Note: Committee members, administrators, and anyone involved in organising this activity are ineligible for awards.

5. Judging Criteria

The committee will judge based on:

Inclusion of at least one identifiable ANS Train element.

The 100 Years Amnuay Silpa logo.
"1st Thinking School in Asia".
"21st Advanced Thinking School in the World".
"1st Internationally Bilingual School Accredited by CIS".

Engagement on social media (e.g., Likes, Shares, Saves, Video Views).
Bonus points for creative captions or answering the question: "If you met the ANS Train, where would you want this train to take you?"
The post must not be deleted or set to Private until the end of the activity.

Note: The committee’s decision is final.

6. Prizes

August 2026 Awards: 5 cash prizes of 1,000 THB each.
September 2026 Awards: 5 cash prizes of 1,000 THB each.

7. Announcement of Winners

Announced via Facebook: Amnuay Silpa School (https://www.facebook.com/amnuaysilpaschool).
August 2026 winners: Tuesday, 15th September 2026, at 12:00 hrs.
September 2026 winners: Thursday, 15th October 2026, at 12:00 hrs.
October 2026 winners: Monday, 16th November 2026, at 12:00 hrs.

8. Prize Collection

The School will contact the winner via the social media channel used for submission.
Winners may collect prizes in person at Amnuay Silpa School on business days (Monday – Friday), 08:30 – 16:00 hrs, by presenting a valid national ID card, government ID, driving licence, or other official identification to the Marketing Communications and Public Relations Department.
If you are unable to collect the prize in person, the School can arrange a bank transfer upon receipt of verification documents submitted via the School's contact channel.
Please contact the School no later than 18th December 2026.

9. Prize Conditions

The School will award prizes as announced in the activity's publicity materials.
The School reserves the right to change prizes to others of equivalent value without prior notice.

10. Work Conditions

Participants warrant that:

They are the sole owner of the submitted work.
They do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or rights of others.
The work has not previously won an award in other competitions.
No AI-generated images are used without disclosure.
No copying, modification, or misrepresentation of others' work.

If infringement is discovered later, the School reserves the right to revoke and reclaim the prize.

11. Prohibited Content

Entries must not contain content that is:

Illegal.
Obscene.
Defamatory.
Hate speech.
Promoting violence.
Racist, religious, or gender-biased.
Damaging to the reputation of the School, BTS, or others.

The School reserves the right to disqualify entries without providing reasons in advance.

12. Use of Images and Copyright

Participants retain copyright of their work. However, participants grant Amnuay Silpa School the right to:

Publish.
Reproduce.
Adapt (as necessary for publicity).
Display publicly.
Use on websites, social media, print media, videos, and promotional materials.

This usage is for promoting the activity, the School, and the 100th-anniversary celebration, without additional compensation. The School may attribute the work to the author where appropriate.

13. Photography Safety

Participants must strictly comply with BTS laws and regulations. It is strictly prohibited to:

Enter or descend into restricted areas.
Obstruct services.
Act in a manner that causes danger.
Violate station rules.

The School is not responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from participation.

15. Consent to Data Processing

Participants acknowledge that the School will collect, use, or disclose personal data (e.g., still photos, video, audio) to achieve the objectives of this activity.

The participant warrants that if the work contains images of others, they have obtained consent from those individuals for publication.
If the participant is a minor, they warrant that they have obtained consent from their parent or legal guardian.

The School is not responsible for disputes arising from the unauthorised use of others' images.

16. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges as required by law (if applicable).
If the law requires the School to withhold tax or perform other tax-related procedures, the School will act in accordance with the law.
The winner agrees to cooperate in providing information or documents necessary for legal compliance (e.g., a copy of an ID card). If not provided within the specified time, the School reserves the right to delay the prize until complete documents are received.

17. Disqualification

The School reserves the right to disqualify participants in the event of:

False information provided.
Fraud.
Violation of rules.
Actions causing damage to the activity or the School's reputation.

18. Activity Changes

The School reserves the right to:

Change prizes.
Change the schedule.
Extend the duration.
Cancel the activity.

In case of necessity, the School will announce such changes via official channels.

19. General Provisions

In the event of a dispute, this shall be interpreted in accordance with Thai law. If any term is found to be void, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

I, the participant of the Catch The ANS Train activity, agree and consent to Amnuay Silpa School using, reproducing, publishing, adapting, editing, and displaying publicly the photos, videos, and work I have submitted for the purpose of:

Publicising the activity.
Publicising the School.
School website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, print media, public relations events, annual reports, exhibitions, and all types of promotional media, both in Thailand and abroad.

There is no limitation on the number of times, duration, or area of publication. The School is under no obligation to pay additional remuneration, royalties, or any other benefits. I warrant that:

I am the copyright owner of the work.
I have obtained consent from the persons appearing in the images (if any).
The work does not infringe upon the rights of others.
In the event of a dispute, I shall be solely responsible.
