ЗАПРОСЫ В КРИПТОВАЛЮТНЫЕ БИРЖИ

Рекомендации:

1. Направлять запросы и вести переписку исключительно на английском языке, для обработки запроса сотрудники криптобиржи могут задавать дополнительные вопросы по электронной почте;
2. Предоставлять более полную информацию о должниках (ФИО, дата рождения, место рождения, номера телефонов, адреса электронных почт и др. персональные данные);
3. Предоставлять решение российского суда на английском языке, ряд криптобирж требует нотариально заверенный перевод с печатью;
4. Направлять повторный запрос через 2-3 недели при условии, что криптобиржа не вернулась с ответом, так как время и полнота ответа зависит от сотрудника службы поддержки криптобиржи. Средний срок обработки запроса составляет 3-5 рабочих дней.

In accordance with Clause 7 of Article 213.9 of the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" No. 127-FZ dated 26.10.2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)"), the arbitration manager has the right to receive information of the citizen’s property, as well as citizen’s accounts and deposits, including the number of bank cards, e-money balances and e-money transfers from citizens, legal entities (including credit organizations), state authorities and local self-government bodies.

In accordance with Clause 1 of Article 20.3 of the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)", the arbitration manager has the right to request the necessary information about the debtor, the persons who are part of the debtor's governing bodies, the controlling persons, their property (including property rights), counterparties and about the debtor's liabilities to individuals, legal entities, state agencies, governing bodies of state non-budget funds of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies, including information constituting official, banking, business and commercial secrets.

Individuals, legal entities, state agencies, governing bodies of state non-budget funds of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies submit the information requested by the arbitration manager within seven days from the date of receipt of the request without charge.
